This is the only product I have found that does not cause acne in the T zone of my face. My biggest problem area is my chin and I can see improvements. I have just started using it on the backs of my hands and am seeing results already. I plan to continue using this product and would recommend it to my friends and family.

Even after using for just over 2 weeks, I can see and feel a difference. The cream absorbs into the skin and leaves no excess or residue, and there is no smell. My skin feels moisturized and silky after application. Love the product.

After watching the video, I thought to try the product and was anxious to receive my order. I grew up around water and have nearly 5 decades of sun exposure. Love the outdoors, I now work outside it was time to do more than daily SPF moisturizer. I ordered a quantity of 2 and was tempted to get more with initial special pricing. I had already planned to share this box with my friend as a gift. “Wow this product is really good it does everything the video explained” – my thought as I applied it for first time. I also hide it because my teenage daughter's have the habit of using my products as their own. THIS is for me and I love the smooth soft feeling it provides. I often will apply it morning and evening. The visual results are immediate. In addition to my neck, I also use it on my face and chest area just below the neck.

I am glad every time I use it because I am taking care of myself, it is my "me time".

I recently (June 2016) placed an order for the neck firming product. My credit card was charged immediately. I did not receive the product. I called to inquire about the status of the product and was told there was a problem with delivery. I was told the product would be reshipped on an expedited basis.

When I called again to check on the product I was assured by the "customer service" team that the product was on its way via UPS and would be delivered to me the following day – two at the very most. A tracking number was provided. Again the product was not delivered as promised. When I tried to track it myself with UPS they had no record of the tracking number or delivery instructions.

I then spoke again with customer service and it was confirmed once again the product could not be tracked. Out of frustration I asked that my order be canceled and my credit card reimbursed. My credit card has been reimbursed but not for the full amount charged. No explanation was offered to me as to why the order was never shipped and why I have not been fully compensated.

I will not be ordering anything further from this company and am warning others not to do so as well based on my experience. This is genuine feedback and should be published.

I came across the trailer by accident and started to watch it. I was listening to the story of a mother and her son and I thought that's me. I hate needles, the thought of surgery sends shivers down my spine. I had resigned to getting old with wrinkles. Then I thought give it a try. I just changed my cream that I get usually get.The best thing is my husband said how fresh my skin looks. He did not know that I am using a new cream so this has really picked me up, as I am not a young woman. All I can say is try it because you have nothing to lose, only wrinkles and dull skin. I couldn't wait to try this product. I have tried every face cream on the market, even prescribed retinal cream. This cream has a light texture and great scent. I use this twice a day and noticed a difference with the first application.

I felt a slight tightness on my face and neck which I have never felt with any other cream.

After using it for 3 weeks now I do see a slight difference in my skins feel. It is smoother and a bit tighter, which has helped with the appearance of wrinkles.

I would definitely recommend this cream to any one.

This is pure pampering to skin and it sinks in immediately. I have only been using a few weeks and definitely noticing some improvement to texture of skin and lines. Use on face, neck and décolletage. Have used so many creams but this comes out on top.

I bought my first jar on a whim. Best whim I have ever had. I have had dry, sensitive skin all my life. I also have had several areas of skin cancer removed so, as you can guess, my skin has suffered all of my 70 years. I am delighted with the results that I can see on my face. I am still working on my neck and upper chest but both areas look much better. I will continue with this product as long as Beverly Hills MD continues to make the formula. I believe Miracle in a Jar is a better name!
