Beverly Hills MD has some very clever advertising people. I got suckered by their claims of effectiveness and friendly-sounding emails and ordered two products, Lift and Firm Sculpting Cream and Vein Away. The first feels good on the skin but made no visible changes after using for more than 40 days. The Vein Away feels so tacky on the skin that I couldn't use it. Although the company SAYS you can return products, I found getting them on the phone to authorize the return was impossible. I made several attempts without luck. Don't get suckered like I did and save your money.

I started using this product on one arm (bat wings). I saw a difference within the first 24 hours. I decided to try my tummy. I have been considering cool sculpting for this problem area but it is so expensive. My husband didn't know I was using this and asked "Are you losing weight? Your stomach is so much flatter" Worth every penny.

So like most people I've tried almost every product on the market, but actually other than this one so far, none of them do what they claim to do.

From the first time I tried this the wrinkle/indentation by the side of my mouth was less visible and more plumped. Having used it a few weeks, I'd say it's like having had a skin laser treatment; my skin is plumper where it should be and very smooth. But this is way cheaper, less invasive and non time consuming. For me this is working and I will continue to use it. I'm impressed, I really didn't expect to be!

Great for moisturizing without the intolerable smell. I can't honestly say as of now that it has helped with my skin tone or crows feet but not giving up hope just yet. We all want that miracle in a bottle.

There are so many nice looking older women out there. This cream feels good has restored my face to its former smooth appearance. I do not wear any sort of liquid or powder foundation. I only wear a touch of blush and mascara. So you can really see my true complexion at all times. I began using the Sculpting Cream a few weeks ago because I could see that my skin began to look a bit dry and haggard. I cannot believe the difference in just a few weeks. My face is radiant!

Everyone keeps telling me how "fresh" I look. My skin is so soft and my neck has improved tremendously. I turned 66 years old in May but no one believes I am that age. I truly believe it is from using the sculpting cream. It may be a bit pricey, but it works!

I ordered the 3 jar special of Crepe Correcting Creme. The website pops up with a chat person. This person assisted in the special price BUT the company scammed me.

I was sent the 3 jar special & 2 additional jars which I did not want. Of course they got all the money off my card. I contacted them 4 times on the website and via email - NEVER A REPLY. I was requesting to return products for the refund & guarantee.

The doctor emails me for my opinion of the products. I advised him I am NOT happy and he stated someone would contact me. This NEVER happened so I got stuck with 5 jars of creme.

Also, the sealed jars are half full. Creme does NOT work nor was there any improvement.

Worst customer service, as there is no customer service, no refund or guarantee honored. Beware of this company.

Skin looks softer, smoother, and well-rested. At the beginning I thought it is the placebo effect, but my friends and family continue telling me my skin looks good! I have been told my skin looks well-rested when I was at my night shifts with sleep deprivation. I definitely will continue to use it and I do recommend it to family and friends.
