I was skeptical about this product when I read about it, but I don’t want Botox or other invasive procedures that have to be done for ever. So once I received it, I was pleasantly surprised by the results. It works just like they described and it looks very natural! I would recommend this product!

This is the best lip product I’ve ever used, REALLY! I use it morning and evening and throughout the day as necessary. It really lasts and isn’t sticky but gives a lovely sheen to my lips. I’m a convert!

I have been using City Lips (clear) for about a week and a few days. I use it daily throughout the whole day. I am a smoker and have those black lines on my lips. I will say that since I have been using City Lips, I have noticed my black lines becoming less visible (still there of course) and my lips are starting to look my healthier and pink. My lips also feel very moisturized. I have ordered another tube in hopes of seeing even more progress as I continue using. The only “bad” thing is I do not think there is enough lip gloss in one tube.

I’ve been using City Lips for several years now, and haven’t found any other product that comes close. Others burn or tingle, are sticky and wear off quickly. City Lips is a thick formula, stays in place much longer and causes zero discomfort. My lips are fuller, better hydrated and look younger. I had fillers injected 3 years ago and the process was extremely painful for the first 48 hours. Never again. I’m excited about the auto-ship service, although orders arrive much more quickly these days than in the past. My only complaint is the new packaging seems wasteful. The box is very nice, but unnecessary. The tube seems larger and the applicator hugs the surface of the lips better. I only use the clear product...the colors I’ve tried in the past were pretty, but more for younger women. Overall, I’m a devoted customer!

I am so pleased with the benefits of this product, I am happy that it doesn’t have the annoying stinging sensation! You do see fuller lips and I love that it enhances your natural lip color. I look forward to seeing more results in the future.

I began using City Lips about four years ago when I noticed that my lips were beginning to show their age in lines and thinness (I was in my late sixties at the time). I immediately saw a difference in my lips. They became plumper, and the fine lines disappeared. I have been a devoted fan ever since. I addition to applying first thing in the morning and last thing at night, I use clear City Lips frequently during the day whenever my lips feel dry. I apply my favorite lipstick shade over the clear when I want some color. A tube usually lasts me about two months. Although a bit pricey, this product is definitely with the money! It delivers exactly what it claims.

Even though the company states if not satisfied with their products return them for a refund. Upon returning City Lips I was told they only refund 40% of the price and that doesn’t include shipping.

Why would I pay to ship the product back and only receive a 40% refund? Too much trouble for me and I’m sure this enables the company to keeps all the money they received from me. Not fair treatment to me as a customer! I will never order another product from them! It’s all hype!

I've struggled for my whole life with chapped, cracked lips and had an awful habit of peeling the dry skin off, which only made them worse; so painful and unsightly. I was never without my "chapstick" because I had to reapply all day long and even that wasn't enough.

I was hesitant to try City Lips because it is expensive and I have had bad experiences with almost every type of lip gloss or lipstick I've tried. I decided to give it a chance and I have been so pleased.

I bought the clear gloss 3 months ago. I apply once in the morning, once after lunch, and one more time before bed. Within 2 days, my raw, painful lips felt so good and were looking almost perfect.

I've waited to post my review because I wanted to make sure it wasn't just a temporary improvement. I can honestly say that my lips have never felt or looked better! I have completely stopped picking at my lips because there is nothing to pick at! No dry, peeling skin, No pain.

I have only one criticism and that is the sticky quality of the product, but in spite of that, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this product and feel it is well worth the price. I am ordering multiples today, now that I'm convinced it's the right product for me. I would highly recommend!
