I have contacted the customer support line a few times but have still never received the items. I ordered on 4/29. I just want my money back!

Only had it a month but the results are amazing. No more allergy symptoms, cat dander is down, we have to dust and vacuum more but it is worth it. We sleep better at night as well!

May consider purchasing another unit or two!

Cleans the air and kills odors. Also is cheaper than most air cleaners. It uses very little electricity and is very practical. It is well worth the cost of the product.

I ordered several units to put around my house. I have other similar devices but they are loud. These units are quiet, light a soft glow, and look great. Except the lights started going out in each one. I emailed the company for advice on what might be wrong. After a couple of emails, I finally got a response. All it said was it’s been over 30 days, no refund. I sent a reply that I didn’t ask for a refund. I wanted to know about light replacement, etc. I haven’t even had them six months. The warning on the side of the unit says to remove collected dirt frequently. How do you see or remove collected dirt? Mine are clean on the outside. They have just made little plastic boxes that plug in with a light, very expensive. Scam.

No benefits noted. When the blue light started to pulsate after a little over a year we decided to trash this device because of a warning label about “flashover or a risk of fire.” We don’t know whether the pulsating light was directly related to this warning but we decided we don’t want this overpriced but probably worthless device anymore.

I've had mine for less than a year, I bought three. One light is burned out, the blue light I think. They put more dust in the house, they're not worth the money. I will never buy one again.

It made a big difference in the air quality in our home, especially in the bedroom where, before Clairon, it affected my sinuses at night. It makes a HUGE difference in my sleep quality. I didn’t like that one of them no longer had a light, which made me think that it was done. And one of them started blinking, which meant I had to put it behind furniture where it is probably less effective, as the company recommended open spaces as much as possible. Bottom line, I’m buying more.

I bought 3 of these. One died after 2 months and I just noticed another one is dead. I only bought these at the end of November, the company would not replace them because it was over 30 days, but these supposedly have a 2–3 year life span. If you ask me, they are junk!

I like this product. I had 3 and felt they did an effective job. After 5 months 1 just quit working. When I contacted the company they said they only guarantee for 30 days. That’s a sign of a company that manufactures a cheap product. I would have expected them to at least stand behind their product for half a year. I think I’ll check out other ionizers in the future.
