I started using Curology three months ago and the results are incredible. I never had terrible skin but as started getting older I started experiencing more difficulties like unexplained acne, redness, hyperpigmentation, etc. I was doubtful that anything could help me retrieve the skin I once had. Now, just three months later, I love my skin and I feel more confident than ever. Thank you Curology!

Luckily, my email received a reply immediately after a few hours from a Mrs. Sarah. Here’s the situation.

I applied for the free trial. The product made my skin a lot worse and hurtful to the touch. However, I chose to trust in the product and decided to pause my membership to possibly try a different formula.

Immediately, they send me the same product that I communicated (via email) was terrible for my skin. And they also charged me a whopping $60.

Sarah clarified how the "pausing option" skips a few shipments and resumes them for later. That is completely understandable.

I am simply frustrated because customer service simply ignored my situation and ended with a "Thanks for being a Curology member. We’ll always be here if you change your mind." They did not offer an alternative for me. It seemed that my dissatisfaction or concerns about their system mattered nothing to them. Considering that I paused my service, It would be great if the 90-day refund guarantee was applicable. Or they could resend me a different prescription (that I could actually use) to replace the one shipped.

I truly want to respect this organization again and recommend it to my friends, because this is a great service for acne prone people. But they are not doing everything wrong in regards to customer service. Please fix this.

My skin has never looked or felt better. I am 31 and struggled with breakouts since I was a teenager. With Curology my breakouts have become virtually nonexistent, even during my period, which is when I typically would break out the worst. I used to suffer from cystic acne flare ups along my jawline and that has been completely eradicated! My scars and dark spots have been visibly reduced or disappeared completely, and the overall look and feel of my skin has improved drastically.

Plus, the routine really couldn’t be any simpler. It is a bit pricey, but when you consider that you get a face wash, a moisturizer, and a treatment cream custom made for your needs, it’s really totally worth it. I do wish the prescription cream lasted a little longer; I seem to run out well before I am due to reorder. Overall though, I truly don’t know what I would do without my Curology!

I’ve heard so many people talk about this product and about three months ago I finally gave in. I’ve tried so many products before trying Curology, none of which work quite as well as Curology. It has only been three months and my cystic acne is almost completely gone. I do have a bunch of scarring and tiny pimple pop up every now and then, but it’s way better than before. I’m absolutely in love with this product, and I am happy that I finally found a product that does as promised!

I love how it is erasing my acne marks and cleared my face of it. It works for blackheads too. They start to pop themselves, my skin looks clear for the first time in while since I have been fighting with my hormone acne. They help you to get what you need for your specific skin problems.

Trust the process and this system works like no other. Once you get past a month and truly dedicate yourself to Curology, you’ll see amazing results. No skin care routine is going to work overnight. Curology gives you your own provider who prescribes a serum that fits your needs and skin type. If over time the serum isn’t doing the best you can message your provider and fix everything. It’s a great product.

I started Curology about two years ago and stopped because I got the results I needed and this year is when my acne had started it's breakout process again, and I decided to turn back to Curology, and I did with no regrets! It has been two months and my face has cleared up tremendously. I would gladly, and without hesitation, recommend this to anyone who has similar, or even acne in general, and looking for a solution! Now they have the moisturizer, and cleanser - it's like a bonus to what the original bottle was doing! I used the formula that was "made for my skin" and my face broke out worse than I've ever broken out before. I messaged my provider and instead of changing the formula to fix it, they sent me the exact same mixture, and oh by the way, conveniently, they do not do returns. Complete scam. Do not use this product.
