Good but can't track my completed exercises

By Dee , South of Houston, TX

I need exercise to get stronger. I have been using this for about 1.5 months. Although they have several exercises, I actually expected more. My only problem with this is I can't find out which exercises I completed. Since it is self motivated, I wanted to challenge myself and ended up doing the same exercises again. I'd like to see that.

There is a 15 minute mobility exercise and it is fabulous. Do it before you sleep and you will enjoy your rest.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Horrbile

By Ivana ,

So I paid for this for three months and got bored and I canceled my subscription. Come to find out they charged me a few months later and I cannot even remove my credit card info. There is no phone number to call and complain, this is a HORRIBLE company and I am disgusted with them. I canceled AGAIN and entered a closed account credit information so they can try to steal from there.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Bad Business

By RC , Kewadin, MI

I emailed them three times can't get a hold of anyone. My daughter canceled this over email because you can't get anyone live there. This was done three months ago yet she got charged again this month. Stay well away from these scam artists.

SCAM!

By Carrie ,

I signed up for the trial and was not impressed. The workouts are only 30 minutes and not that great. I could then never cancel it! Suddenly could not get on website and 1-800 number failed. I finally disputed with credit card and had to change my credit card number to get it off. Such a scam! Stay away.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Daily Scam

By Ken , Dallas, TX

Like other reviewers, I cancelled my subscription and continued to be billed. This is an unethical business practice.

Canceled the plan online

By Caridad , Arizona

DailyBurn is good until you use the service. It is a great way to exercise but when it comes to cancellation, it doesn't cancel on the first request. I had to call them and was advised it was on hold but now they are are cancelling it.

Hi Caridad, so sorry to hear. We don't have a phone line, so I'm unsure of who you had spoken with about your account. Either way, please send support@dailyburn.com a note to make doubly sure that you account has been cancelled.

Watch out

By Lynn Hart, Somerville, TX, Verified Reviewer

DailyBurn is a scam! I never had their service yet they somehow obtained my checking account info and took almost $100 and refused to refund it. They've been running me in circles for months finding one excuse after another for not refunding my money. They are obviously in the business of hacking bank accounts. DailyBurn means they burn people daily. Watch out.

Unethical Company

By Unhappy Customer, Virginia Beach, VA, Verified Reviewer

I signed up for Daily Burn using a 3-month free subscription. I marked on my calendar when I needed to call to cancel before I would be billed. I was billed on the 7th, even though it listed the 9th as my final day of the trial. I feel like I was tricked into paying for the service. I responsibly kept track of my final trial date and yet I was still charged. I personally believe it isn't good business practice, or ethical, to trick customers into paying for services.

DailyBurn saved my life!

By Elsa Fernandez, Oregon, Verified Reviewer

I had worked out off and on for quite a few years. However, one day I just stopped, then without realizing it two years had passed since I had last exercised. Plus, I had gained 30 lbs and was desperately out of shape.

This year I started working out on my own, but then I hurt my back. It took another month before I could even think about exercising. When I stepped into my home gym once again, I decided to take a smarter approach and turned to DailyBurn for some direction. First, I completed Cardio Power, then move on to Body Weight Burners. Next, I plan to complete Live to Fail by the end of this year. And, then I'll be kicking off 2018 with Spartan training.

Since restarting my fitness regimen with DailyBurn, I have lost almost 20 lbs in less than four months. But more than that I look fit and healthy. My muscles are starting to re-emerge, and I feel strong. I have energy.

Thanks DailyBurn for offering a real-life approach to fitness.

Great Workouts and Understanding Customer Service

By Sela, Oklahoma City, OK, Verified Reviewer

I love that they continue to add on different workout programs. I first signed up for daily burn about 3 years ago. It definitely helps me get started on my weight loss journey. I ended up canceling after using the service for about 2 years because I was in a car wreck. I emailed their customer service and they were very understanding.

I received my refund for that month within 5 days and I did not have any issues with them charging me again. I don't understand why people are saying that they are getting extra charges unless they choose to get all of the fancy add-ons.

DailyBurn

By Elizabeth, NC, Verified Reviewer

I have been using Daily Burn for about 9 months. I do not follow the programs very strictly. For example, I work out 3-4 times per week rather than the recommended 4-5 you would do on their schedules. I also did not follow the diet. Given those pretty significant variations, I'm pretty happy with the results. I can do the workouts at home when convenient, and although I have not lost much weight (only a few pounds), I have noticeably more muscle and feel a lot better. It seems like a good option if you cannot get to a gym and don't want to spend a lot of money. The trainers and workouts are fun, not obnoxious.
