I have more energy now than I did when I started taking Energy Renew, but am still not back to the level I had before (I had anemia last year). I'm not sure if your product has helped, but I will continue to take it. One concern I have came from a friend I told about the product. She found an article in WebMD that indicated the needed dose of r-ribose was 60 grams per day, and your product only contains 5 grams. I would not recommend the product as of now; I need to take it a bit longer to be sure.

The product had a pleasant taste and actually seemed to be working after only 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I noticed that my palms were starting to itch and shortly after about 2 weeks had developed a rash. I stopped taking the product and have been living with a severe rash and itch on my palms now for about 10 days. I called the hotline and they indicated that I should try taking half the dosage, which I will try once my rash completely goes away.

I am wondering if one of the allergic reactions is a skin rash and how common this is.

I listened to the video posted online by Dr. Gundry. Received it yesterday and tried this morning for the first time - prior to exercise. Following exercise, I showered, and upon getting out noticed a hive-like rash on my face. For some reason, it has affected the right side of my face to a greater extent.

I used this product for one month. I found absolutely no results for the better. I still feel tired after six hours at work, mental thinking the same, no weight loss even though I'm eating the same, involving no sweets and light on the carbs too. Product only increased gas for me.

I would most definitely recommend Energy Renew to a family member or a friend. I drink it first thing in the morning before work. For me it may take five minutes and then I feel the energy through my body. I am almost 70 years old and still work full-time and take care of my disabled husband. I was experiencing major fatigue and brain fog. My energy has increased so much. I decided to try taking it twice in a day, to see if I would have any adverse effect. Between 1:00 and 3:00 pm I start to feel sluggish and sleepy. I took some to work with me, and mixed it in the afternoon, a wonderful pickup was the only side effect I had, and that was a great positive.

Plus it tastes really good.

I have been using Energy Renew along with other life-enhancing products for several months. It is easy to take in my smoothie. My doctor was very pleased with the results of a recent blood test, so I must be doing something right! At almost 82, I can still enjoy an active lifestyle of folk-dancing, Zumba, and water aerobics, despite osteoarthritis, osteoporosis and a recent hip replacement. I have more energy than many people in my age group, and I think that this supplement helps to enhance it.

I am a 70-year-old woman and I have been drinking Energy Renew. When I first ordered it, I didn't order enough, but I ordered a year's worth the next time. I won't be without it again. I have just received my first shipment, enjoyed my first glass. I must say, I liked it very much, will add a follow-up review if I don't forget. I have read many books and articles on health over the years, I have tried many products. Even if this product wouldn't provide extra energy I would still use it as a healthy refreshment. There are many beverages out there but so many of them have less than desirable ingredients. I would certainly recommend this product. Check for price deals if you're poor like me.

I have noticed increased energy and my belly has been disappearing.

I encountered COVID which brought a period of fatigue, no energy, sciatica, brain fog, and a very slow recovery. My strength was gone and I couldn't exercise like I used to.
