I, very middle-classed, purchase a $19.95 pair of pants for my son-in-law for Christmas. I came to realize they came with a $59.99 monthly fee. Pants rental, I suppose, lol, it is ridiculous. Watch out. I would very much like the $120 extra I paid, to be returned to me. The moral to the story, if you buy $19 pants, you need to be sure you don't agree to a $59.99 fee to enjoy the pants.

I had bought many legging and sport clothing. When I needed to return it, it was free and easy. Customer service was friendly and helpful. I’m very happy with everything. It is easy to skip the monthly if I’m not ready to buy the new style yet. There's always a coupon and discount on this website.

I created an account back in June 2018 when I saw Demi sponsoring the company, but decided not to get anything. My non-VIP account remained untouched since June. Today I got a package from Fabletics addressed to me. I looked in my recent orders and saw nothing. After opening the package, I noticed the receipt had my first name and mailing address correct. My last name starts with the letter G but the last name was different. After checking my profile, I also noticed that I only put XL sizes and the three things they sent me were Medium or Small. It's annoying to me because a company this big with so much celebrity endorsement shouldn't get this wrong. How does that even happen? I am now waiting to speak to customer service because I'm not trying to steal from the company. Plus, this poor girl who was supposed to get this welcome pack was cheated. Get it together, "flab-letics."

I bought my first outfit when I was 18 in 2012. I instantly fell in love. I still have the outfit seven years later, and the tights I bought barely have a hole in the crotch area. I literally wore them until they died. I, of course, own another four tights, and a pair of shorts. So I've purchased a workout outfit from Fabletics at least once a year for myself. Not counting all the outfits I have purchased for my sisters who are in love with the quality too. Now to be fair, I am way more impressed by the bottoms. Sports bra-wise, it's a hit or miss. The last one I purchased has no support and isn't very thick. I do still love it. Tops are also a hit or miss, some are thick and tight and others made of thin material. Customer service has always been able to help me with any questions I have had, so on that end, I am also pleased.

I'm a 5'10, 160-pound male and I purchased a few pairs of shorts and sweatshirts to wear casually to class and stuff. The product quality alone is 5/5 stars. All of my stuff was packaged well and fits much better than I even expected.
However, much like many other reviews, the entire business scheme feels unprofessional and shady to me. Yes, they disclose their policy of paying around $60 a month for a membership (unless you opt-out within the first five days of each month). First off, even though you disclose something doesn't make it a lame sales tactic. They 100% intend to profit off of you forgetting to opt-out. And they will counter that complain with, "oh, well, we make sure to disclose that you'll be charged if you don't go through the rigorous steps to opt-out" or "we do have another *way higher* price you can pay if you don't want the VIP membership". Any argument they have against a consumer complaint is just a lazy way of beating around the bush.
In summary, the products really are high quality but before you go to purchase something, go in with the expectation that you need to remember to cancel your VIP membership as soon as you get confirmation your items have been shipped out. You can do it online through a smart-talk associate robot but they will put you in a "waiting room" for 10-15 minutes before you can chat with the robot and have it cancel your membership, again this is just another unprofessional way to inconvenience customers into paying their ridiculous $60/month fee.

Appalling. Did not know they were going to take money out of my bank account every month, was not made clear enough. The whole system stinks. They should not get even a 1 star.

Membership costs $49.95 a month. Which gives you 1 credit. So the only way to get your money's worth is to buy an outfit. You have to time when you buy or it will not be available. If you buy a $24 sports bra it still takes 1 credit. My home burned up last year in Oregon and I moved to Missouri. I ordered and they sent it to my old address, so I called and customer service fixed the address and mailed me another package. I again ordered this month and again it went to the old address. I called and they said they had to start an investigation and to call back next week. (Now I'm not so happy I have to wait, but I wait.) So I called back today, after 3 disconnects the guy tells me this is the second time this happened and sorry you're out $100.
I canceled my membership right then of course and asked to have my remaining money in my account refunded. He said OK. Well, a few weeks ago I got a new debit card, so I said can you tell me the last 4 of the card. He did, and I said I no longer have that card, can I give you the new card? Nope nope nope. He said it will refund to the bank that issued it. I hope so.
Do not use Fabletics!
For the price there are much better leggings out there.

My mom had this subscription and never cared for it after the first few months. Mind you, this was in roughly 2019-2020. I had called to help her cancel and the customer service lady (I couldn't understand very well) did not want to let me cancel and tried to get my mom to stay and offered free gifts and points, but my mom still refused and was arguing for half an hour before she said she canceled it and hung up.
Today my mom looked at her statement (and mind you, we're in 10/2021) and she was STILL being charged and her account was still active. So we had to argue again with customer service and we demanded an email confirmation of proof that we canceled the membership. My mom plans to sue if she gets charged again. Customer service refused to give refunds, only store credit, and by using store credit you are still using the membership and will still be charged. 0/10 will never recommend. I assisted with everything regarding her purchase.

I am extremely frustrated with this company. I canceled my membership back in January and I still get charged $49.95 each month. For 3 months, each month I call they say they have no record of charging my credit card. I read the credit card to them and they say sorry, no record yet. Each month I get my credit card statement and there it is – charged by Fabletics, $49.95. I have copies, emails of charges, and they refuse to assist me. Today the woman said to take it up with my credit card, not them. I will and I am angry.
