Where do I even begin?

Soo...I ordered my leggings on the 22nd of July, I made sure I did express shipping because I needed these pants. So I'm waiting and waiting and I look on Tuesday and my package is still in Memphis, when it was there on Monday at 5 am, but I didn't think anything of it and I let the week drag on, and I look on Thursday and still nothing. At this point I am beyond FUMING because I paid for rush shipping, so I call and ask for my money back and instead of putting the money back on my credit card I get the $8.00 back on my account (store credit). Are you actually kidding me? What's the point of paying for express/rush shipping if you still get it in a week?! It's Friday night now and I just called my bank to dispute the charge. Fabletics, IF I ever do somehow receive this package, you best believe I ain't usin' it!

I would never ever ever shop at Fabletics ever again!

I've been a Fabletics subscriber since May and have had no problems skipping months. My initial purchase was $25, and I would have paid are least that much for the capris alone. After almost four months when I wore my purchase at least weekly, the capris are pilling slightly at the inner thigh and they have retained their fit. My shirt is a slub cotton blend which is cute with a sports bra and acceptable for everyday casual wear with a neutral colored bra. I'm a new yoga teacher in my late 50's and look forward to seeing if they will offer me something I can't live without next week or if I will invest in an Athleta legging.

I have placed numerous orders over the past year with Fabletics. I have only ever had one problem with that site, which was when I skipped a month, and it didn't go through. I simply messaged them on Facebook and explained to them what happened, and I received a refund back on my card within two weeks. Sure, that takes some time, but think about how they are still a developing company. All newer companies have kinks they need to work out.

Yeah, some things can be see-through when you bend over, but so are leggings from Victoria's Secret and other yoga pants from retail stores that everyone is boasting about. This article alone had false information about Fabletics that probably will upset people even more. If you're saying you were "scammed" into a VIP membership, you're not a very bright person as they don't hide anything when you sign up. Take a moment to actually read what is happening on a website before signing up.

I have been a member for years, but lately, I have had nothing but trouble. The quality has declined; products arriving with loose strings, or poorly sewn seams. The way your member credits apply, you often end up paying more during sales. Also, say you have credits you have paid for a month but not picked an item, for a while, you have about $200 to spend, but it will only apply to certain items, not the entire website. Also, you have the option to opt out of a month, so you don't have to pay. I opted out of this month, but when looking at my credit card statement, I was charged anyway!

Getting into contact and get support is ridiculous. The website is incredibly poorly designed. And using your reward points to get items is obnoxious. I've had items not be sent, and last time I tried to add an item to my cart and it deducted my points but added nothing to my cart, so I had to waste my time waiting on the phone for a representative to do something that should have never been a problem.

The outfits are cute but not worth the trouble and not good enough quality for the price.

I just joined them and then saw this site, so after I get my deal I will cancel my membership. One trick to cancel a membership is to call two times send an email, then call the credit card company and tell them you lost your card so they issue you a new one. They will not be able to use the old card.

I am a personal fitness trainer, so gym clothes are my work clothes. I have been a VIP member, canceled, and rejoined because of a client telling me about one of their special promotions.

I find some of the pieces to be a little cheap and some to be good quality. If I return items, I typically take it to the store that is in my area and have had no problems. The items I've kept and worn have worn well. As a 34D/DD bra size, I've only tried a few of their support bras and don't like them. They're sized with S, M, L, etc. and most don't have adjustable straps and I just can't do a one size fits all bra for athletics.

It makes me really happy to see the broad variety of items available in plus sizes. I can't say the frustrations I've had trying to advise a larger sized client on where to find comfortable, cute workout clothes in performance fabrics and with a variety of styles offered and Fabletics does that.

I totally understand peoples' frustration with the monthly charge. When I joined, I already knew about this feature, so I set a monthly reminder in my calendar to cancel the charge by the 4th (gives me one extra day if I forget).

Days ago I put a bunch of sale stuff in the cart and then went to pay today and all the prices were higher. I was NOT happy to see this, so I called and actually got someone on the phone. She was able to get the prices back to where they had been, which was a pleasant surprise. They had been on a 50% off markdown promotion.

I will pretty much only buy markdown items from Fabletics. They do have multiple promotional events every year, and occasional 50% off markdown, so I'm staying with it. I hope this info is helpful.

Do not buy from this company. They set up an automatic $50 charge when you buy from them. They charged me almost two thousand dollars, and I have been trying to get $600 of it back for over 6 months! Every time I speak to a new rep, I’m told "give us two more weeks and we will fix this."

NEVER BUY FROM this company!

I decided to try the 2 for $24 leggings and they were very "meh." Stiff fabric that was not very comfortable and honestly kind of scratchy. Victoria's Secret leggings are way more worth the price to me (Fabletics leggings normally retail for $85). It is also ridiculously difficult to cancel your $50 a month subscription. You have to either chat with a live agent on the phone or computer and they try to spend 15 minutes offering you things to get you to stay. It took me forever to just cancel my account, this was not worth it to me at all.

I just canceled my membership with the site. The clothing is ok; I don't believe it is top quality. A majority of the time, the items that you want are sold out or not in your size. The customer service is the worst that I have encountered. They take money from your account every month, which is stated in the Terms, and give you credit on the site. Then they won't allow you to use the credit and discounts on the site. Total rip off, the credit is actually money taken from my account.

Then when you try to cancel your membership the customer support person "Chloe" has no patience with you, she asks a question, and when it shows that you are typing, she tried to end the chat. Also, included with every purchase is a stupid magazine subscription, so if you don't delete it before checking out, you have multiple magazines coming to your house that you don't want.

The selection of items is very limited. The website is slow and not responsive at times. I'm sure that I could find the same quality clothing at better prices with better customer support.

I bought the 2 for $24 promo (I think that’s what it was) 2 years ago and the 2 pairs of pants were awesome. You must follow the wash instructions and not dry them in the dryer and the prints and colors last. They send you an email reminder every month with the option to cancel, and I too set a monthly alert. A couple of months ago I ordered a promo workout outfit for $24 (now in a smaller size, yay) and it is perfect. I am not sure if I would pay $50 plus for this stuff, but this company has followed through, never billed me without knowing, and they send enough reminders before your time is up to skip.

They charge you $49 a month to be a VIP member, which then excludes you from all promotions, leaving you to pay top dollar! You think your monthly fee is credited for future purposes, but they convert it to "credits", so you don’t know how much money you even have to spend. Then when you cancel, they keep your credits, otherwise known as your money! They should be shut down! Don’t join, you’ll regret it. Shame on Kate Hudson for being a part of this corruption!
