I really didn't know what to expect with the FixMeStick. It did take a few hours, but I have to say I'm happy with the results. It found Malware on my computer, which I was surprised. After everything was done, my computer is running faster, and I feel so much better knowing that the hidden problems are taking care of. Thank you.

This product is what they say it is. I placed it in my computer and let it do what it does. It found items that the bigger company products looked over. Those little problems that FixMeStick found where the main problems. Thank you for a product that worked the first time.

I received the FixMeSticks and after reading the information and plugging it in...and letting the stick do its thing, my old unit seems to be running better.

It worked on my Windows 10 laptop and my wife's older Windows 7 machine which was bogged down terribly. Both are like new after they were cleaned. Both boot up quickly and browsers cleaned of bloatware.

I have an older desktop computer with Windows XP. I did a lot of my family ancestry research on it. I also had the Office Professional 2013 program on it. About 2 years ago, in doing some research, I clicked on a link thinking I was going to find some old newspaper to search for obituaries, and that is when it happened. Malware and the infamous "blue screen."

I had an anti-virus program, but it was no help. So, I started using my laptop. There were photos and documents on my desktop that I wanted to rescue, but I had no luck. For 2 years it tormented me that I might lose those photos of my ancestors and the stories I had gathered in those documents.

I had seen many ads for this product, but was skeptical. Then a few weeks back, I decided, what have I got to lose? I ordered the FixMeStick. It came, I plugged it in, and nothing. Just a blue screen. So, I tried something else. I restarted the computer up in safe mode and used the FixMeStick as the boot. A little over 5 hours later, I had a functioning computer, again.

Now, keep in mind that Windows XP is no longer a supported or updatable operating system, so I do not, and will not be online with it, and as that is the case, I did not update the virus' on the FixMeStick for this application. BUT, I did do that when I used it on my laptop with Windows 10. I am a very convinced and content customer. THANK YOU.

Received a message from AT&T that my computer had been infected with a virus. No info as to how I was to remedy this. No assistance from AT&T. My computer started freezing every time I would try to use it.

Remembered I had purchased FixMeStick some time ago (maybe two years); never used it, I thought it would be difficult (not tech savvy).

Well, decided something had to be done. So got out the FixMeStick, read and followed the directions and guess what, it worked. My computer is running as it should. I was ready to buy a new computer just to get around the problem. FixMeStick did what it said it would do. Thank you

It took a while but after a lot of patience on both ends, the FixMeStick support team with the remote assistance were able to help me figure out that my FixMeStick had stopped working. They are sending me a replacement one for free because I am and have been a loyal customer for over three years now.

When the FixMeStick is working normally I have never had such an easy time using it and clearing my computer of hidden possible TojanWare and/or malware from my system. FixMeStick does it all for you. I would highly recommend this product to anybody regardless of their antivirus programs they may be using because I swear by FixMeStick.

I contacted FixMeStick support because of problems with my product that I have owned for a couple of years. I visited with two representatives who were very polite and concerned with my problem. Both offered possible solutions to fix my issue but in the end, they offered to replace my unit which made me very satisfied. I have used my FixMeStick on 3 different computers with great results so I am anxious to receive my replacement so that I can ensure that my computers are virus free. FixMeStick is the best value product for keeping your computers safe.

I am 69 yrs. old and have fought my shares of distress and anger at a computer not working correctly. I personally have told myself that FixMeStick was awesome and wished I would've found it 3-4 years earlier. As for me, this is the best way to go at keeping your computer clean and running like it was new.

I'm not a computer nerd or wizkid, most times even when someone says "it's a no-brainer, you can't screw it up" there is always something I can't figure out and I take it back or send it back, BUT, this was easy-peasy, literally a no-brainer. I wouldn't hesitate to refer.

I have used FixMeStick for years now. Never had a problem with viruses, etc.

I am not particularly proficient with PC's etc. and have had to contact their customer service guys a couple of times. They have always been quick to respond, talk in non-technical language, are patient and get the job done. I am very happy with their service, I feel confident with their product, and I am happy to recommend them.

Unfortunately, the startup and use are a bit confusing, you must read all the instructions carefully and be very patient because at first, it won't start working that easily, but once it's running, it works very well. They tell you it's slow, and it is, but with patience, it works as intended. It is even more confusing on Mac, but I got it to work as well. The scan found nothing negative on my PC and Mac. I'm glad I bought this.

I needed a better way to clean my PC. I saw an ad for FixMeStick. Wow, plug it in and it will fix any virus! I got it and it worked. Virus is gone. Now I just use it once a month to keep the system free of viruses. Thanks FixMeStick.

Great appreciation and thanks to Kyrstin Richardson at FixMeStick Support. She helped me out when no else could. It's rare in today's world of online customer service to get such quick and in-depth help like I got from FixMeStick.

It took several tries on my part, but due to Kyrstin's persistence, it is now working properly. I had to ask for her help again within a couple of days of fixing the first problem when due to a mixup on my part I ordered a new FixMeStick and also renewed the one I was using. When I realized what I had done, I emailed Support and Kyrstin again came to my rescue and within 24 hours my payment was credited back.

Great company, great people to deal with!

I received a nasty malware on my HP laptop and I couldn't get rid of it, so I loaded the FixMeStick and about 47 minutes later, after FixMe completed its scan I started up my PC. With NO ISSUES! This little stick saved me a lot of money. Thanks.

After almost three days, I am still trying to use the Chrome browser with little or no success (I sometimes can access one website between reboots, sometimes not). The free trial of McAfee LiveSafe is not going well. Makes my i7 seem like an 8088 (4.77mhz) when trying to access features, which don't always work. Might get back going, but may not cure all issues.

I purchased one FixMeStick and was able to use it with great results on two computers. One was even dead for four years with ran some malware. Now both work as new. I will recommend it to everyone.

I have been a FixMeStick user for the last 5+ years and believe in the product. However, I am disappointed that they cannot offer a better deal to their loyal customers. They did not even offer a good deal for Cyber Monday. They offered me other products, but not FixMeStick. I had to purchase a new one at London Drugs for $30 instead of them updating my old one for $30. Even now, they are offering me a renewal at $44, which I am not taking. I will just wait for next year's Cyber Monday sale at London Drugs.

It was so easy! Just plug in the FixMeStick and press the "ON" button. Click on the executable file and follow the instructions. Anyone could do it.

The scan appeared to be very thorough, and when it finished, I felt confident in the scan results. I was relieved to find that my computer was in good health. I run McAfee as my primary antivirus software, but I wanted a second opinion. FixMeStick was perfect for that purpose.

I love that it upgrades on the fly and stays current automatically.

I will definitely renew the license when it becomes due for renewal.

Removed all viruses from my computer, easy to use, just followed instructions on the screen and let it do its work. My computer is much faster, 180 characters is like writing a novel, I've put my review in, and it is favorable.

My biggest problem was running my QuickBooks program because going to print paychecks took 25 minutes. It works now. I took it into a shop to see if they would check it for viruses and he wouldn't do it. He told me to take it back home and phone QuickBooks, which is costly, so I bought a FixMeStick. I think it's fixed.

This product is great, I highly recommend it. I was having problems with my computer being really slow and a lot of pop-ups to try and get me to download virus protection (these wouldn't go away without restarting my computer.) I ran FixMeStick and my computer starts right up with no more pop-ups!

After seeing the FixMeStick advertised for the past couple of years, I finally decided to check it out for myself. I found the device easy to use and was excited to see that it would take 4 hours to run, thinking that it would find and clean up a bunch of unneeded and unwanted files.

Let me also say that my computer is approximately 7- 8 years old, and what I consider to be efficient but extremely slow. Having said that, I am constantly running defrag and virus scans without much improvement on performance.

After the program ran, I was mildly disappointed that it only found one virus and one malware files, which I promptly instructed to remove.

The end result was that my machine was as slow, if not slower than when I started. A day or so later, Windows installed a bunch of updates, and now my machine runs as it did before.

I will say that if you are or you have a user who will go on any site or do anything without thinking twice then this product is probably a great tool for you.

In summary, I would recommend this product as a good and useful tool to have, but beware that it is not a miracle tool to improve performance for those of us who have "old machines."

Now I may have misunderstood, but I watched the sales pitch again and in my mind, there are implications that this device will fix all your problems.

I recommend this product but would caution anyone to believe that this product is going to breathe new life into your old machine.

I used the stick a couple of times until I was able to get it to work. And yes, it did remove a virus, A VIRUS. I haven't called them yet but will when I got the time. Meanwhile, I still have the same problem. I was told I have many malware viruses, but the stick told me of one and successfully removed it. When I call them, and hopefully they be able to HELP, I will revise the review!
