Works great. Cleaned 2 of 3 computers. Did not realize how much malware, etc. was on computers. After completion, they both seem to run faster. I love it. I would definitely recommend anyone to buy it.

I bought FixMe Stick to remove a very powerful virus from my computer. It did not remove it, but it did remove most of the bad stuff and cleaned out many viral files.

I would recommend FixMeStick to anyone who wants to clean their computer.

I'm not very computer savvy so I had my daughter come and help me, and it was a piece of cake for her to install. I guess us old folks need my skills. Also, I liked that I could call you guys for help. I have recommended this for people as my computer runs like new.

I got a virus and needed a bios bootable remover and theirs seemed to be the best available but at cost.

I've spent 9, over 9 hours of my life with this bloody stick.

The first stick, this one failed at 2 hours because these guys didn't design the bloody thing right. It cannot scan Gaijin's War Thunder game files, it locks up. So I paid someone to go back to Walmart for a replacement and wooooooooooo, this one also locked up at War Thunder 2 hours in, what the heck. I had to boot up my infected PC and cut out my war thunder game files to get the bloody stick to work.

I went to bed knackered, left the stick running and get up at 3 am to check and wooooooooooooo, the PC showed all clean.

I booted the PC and the stupid stick had removed nothing at all.

Their customer support by phone is zero and online, well, obviously you can't get online with a buggered PC.

FixMeStick fixed nothing, found nothing, cleared nothing.

Issues - Gaijin War Thunder game files kill the stick.

Virus in my PC as follows - Yandex, sticky notes, search awesome, yes this yes takes 48% system resources.

The stick was utterly useless.

The FixMeStick is as promised I plugged it in my USB Port and followed the simple instructions and it scanned my computer and came up with a number of things to be removed. Then I clicked the Fix Button and in no time my computer was clean! I love this product!

Very easy to use, the directions are easy to read and helpful. So far it works great and cleaned up my computer. The scan takes a while when it runs, but if you do it while your sleeping, you should have no problem. A great product at a great price.

I had tried to get an online customer service job in the fall of 2013, which I could do from my apartment. To be able to access their programs, I had to download all that information on a flash drive. They then showed me how to insert that flash drive before I started my computer so with FixMeStick all I had to do was put it in the USB port and start my computer, so it immediately went to the FixMeStick. My computer had been constantly crashing on me since mid-August, but if I shut it off then restart it, I can get back in by clicking start windows normally, then putting my password in to access my desktop where I could then access Google Chrome, which I like. At first, it would crash using Chrome and watching Netflix, but then it kept getting worse. I am able to go on Internet Explorer, which I don't normally use, get on the internet and then go into Netflix and can watch movies with no problems, no crashing etc., but now it seems to be affecting Internet Explorer too, but not nearly as much.

I used the FixMeStick and it was easy to use, but I would suggest you be in the area of the computer while it is working so you can put information in as needed. I was amazed at how much faster my computer was going even though the analysis said there were no viruses on my computer. I have AVG antivirus, so I think it does a good job of catching them and not allowing them to infect my computer. I also have Hitman Pro, which would scan my computer whenever I logged in. I am putting off calling CenturyLink Tech Support because it takes so long to get in, and then you have to be there for several hours while they do a screen share and go through your system to see what the problem is which is causing all the crashing.

I have used it for seven months now and it has worked great. I think if you are having any trouble try it and I am sure it will fix most of if not all of your problems. I had all kind of trouble when I started and now I have none. I use it once a month just to be safe.

I used the FixMeStick on my two computers and both had viruses which were deleted. I am so glad I bought the FixMeStick. I plan to use it on my two computers monthly for the 12 months. If this keeps my computers running better, I plan to re-order after the 12 months.

I did not think I had a virus, but I did expect to see something about malware and stopping/dropping off the net and stopping pop-ups. It said everything was OK. Maybe I got the wrong FixMeStick. So far, I would NOT recommend purchasing a FixMeStick.

I thought this product was very easy to use. I just followed the directions, which by the way were very to understand, and in no time I had it working. My computer has gained speed again, and I feel much better knowing it's all cleaned out! I definitely would recommend it!

This FixMeStick worked great for my Mac Pro. I think everyone should have one. Also, this is better than taking my computer to the service place to scan. Try it and see how you like it.

The FixMeStick was easy to use. Instructions were precise. Software was easy to install. It took about three hours to scan all the files on a very fast computer. After scanning all the files, a list of hidden problem files was listed, with the possibility of deleting them.

I always use Norton Antivirus, which is very good, but with the FixMe Stick, the protection level is even better, as the FixMeStick uses multiple anti-virus programs to check for infected files.

I was pleasantly surprised, the FixMeStick worked as well as promised. It cleaned up my 5-year-old Dell laptop. I am able to log in and start working on it as if I just bought it. Easy steps to follow. Even a "dummy" like me could easily understand and follow the directions/instructions. I like that I did not have to sit and monitor it while it was scanning for viruses. Great (requested) Christmas gift!

I had watched a feature on CTV about the FixMeStick more than a year ago at least, and at the time, thought maybe I should give it a try.

Time went on and I forgot about it. Until this December when I began to receive renewal reminders for my AV programs, malware blockers, etc. By now my computer was appearing to be slower, yet my AV program was not detecting any issues.

I decided that, for the price (on sale at Amazon late December), why not try it out. If I was not pleased, I'd request a refund, so what's to lose?

Once received, I loaded it on my PC and it started to work as advertised on the second reboot.

The instructions warn that it could take up to three reboots. When it did not appear to work on the initial startup, I was quickly becoming skeptical...until l re-read the instructions about 1-3 reboots.

When in doubt, read and re-read the instructions. They are very clear and the screen images etc. are useful.

On the second reboot it was up and running through the 6 steps. Yes it took a lot of time but the "instructions" told me it would as did other customer feedback.

Well, it did take 23 hours. But in fairness, it did my main drive and my back-up and as I have thousands of photos, there was lots to scan.

Yes, it did find malware issues that my Kaspersky AV program, Windows Defender, and Malwarebytes had missed.

Yes, it was easy to resolve them, and yes, the computer runs much faster.

In a way, I'm glad I had some issues it detected. If it had said all was fine, how would I know it really did anything beyond what I already use?

After all was done and cleaned, I had a couple of questions for the support team regarding how to use the Quick Scan and also how to go about scanning my second backup drive normally held off-site. I did not want to do a complete re-scan of the PC and the primary backup drive.

Marco from the Support Team got back to me the next day with thorough responses. That is what impressed me enough to take the time to write this review.

I have since told friends and family about the results I have had so far. They had never heard of the product.

Bottom line: The FixMeStick is a product that appears to work in tandem with my suite of AV stuff, AND it is backed up with a first-rate support staff who personally dealt with my questions. I will do the monthly scans as suggested and get the offered one-month extension. A good marketing idea.

It does not do anything significant for my Apple Air. I have an infestation and all they do is direct me to manually remove the threats...what’s the deal?

If their product is supposed to work, what's wrong, am I doing something wrong, are they not supporting Apple?

FixMeStick has been around for a while and I decided after having a few issues with my computer to try the FixMeStick. This thing really works quite well. It will take a few hours to run its scan but it will find the problems and fix them for you.

The FixMeStick really helps put my mind at ease when I'm concerned about my computer. I can count on it to be sure my computer is safe from viruses, malware, etc. that my regular anti-virus software may miss. I would definitely recommend it to everyone for peace of mind.

FixMeStick was so easy to use and found a problem/malware on my PC. Now my laptop is running much faster! Thank you for this awesome product. I didn't have to spend hundreds to fix my laptop and it to someone I didn't trust. I'm not that tech savvy, so using the FixMeStick was very simple for me. It did take a while, but the wait was worth it. I highly recommend it!

So far satisfied. I have Norton and Scanguard antivirus in addition to using this FixMeStick. My laptops are running smooth but on scanning with Scanguard, it warning me I have issues with my security while Norton scan says all good. I don't have otherwise any speed issues. I am wondering what to make of Scanguard scan warning.

After the first scan, I allowed a file indicated as malware to remain on my laptop. After reboot five trojan viruses were discovered. After rescan I cleaned the same file. Thereafter my laptop reported as clean.

I am used to calling the "IT Guy" when I have a problem, so am close to being a Luddite, really. I am retired now, no IT Guy - and I was able to get this stick going, watched it for a few minutes to ensure it was doing something, replied to a question or two, then went out for the evening. When I returned it showed as being complete, so "success" for me. Hopefully, there is no problem, and it will stay this way. I just wish that it would remove the extra "stuff" which slows down my laptop - but I can deal with that if there is no virus, etc. in my machine. Thank you. It felt good to be successful.
