I installed this and our computer is behaving the way it did last year when it was new. I took a leap of faith uninstalling my McAfee, so I pray this works on a virus or spyware.

So far I have used the FixMeStick on my desktop PC, but it is still slow so I plan on doing another cleaning over the weekend. Now I have tried to use the FixMeStick on my laptop but it did not work. When I plugged it in and double clicked to run, it will not run. Why can't it work on laptops?

I contacted FixMeStick after losing my device during a recent move. Customer Service was an excellent experience, they are sending me a replacement (something companies nowadays very seldom achieve or even seem to desire to help). FixMeStick removes viruses other programs do not even find. I have been very pleased with both the FixMeStick and exceptional Customer Support.

When I used FixMeStick, I was surprised at how good it worked. When I asked stores is it worth to by it, they always told me no.

It doesn't work. Now I'm happy to claim that they were wrong and it is a good thing.

I have been a FixMeStick customer for several years. Each time I call for assistance the representative is knowledgeable about computers, viruses, and solutions to difficulties. The representative is skilled in sharing the information with me, patiently making certain I understand what I am being asked to do, and making certain that he/she understands my problem. I currently have FixMeSticks for ten computers.

From what I can understand, it doesn't fix my computer, it tells me that I have threats, which I knew from WinZip. So to me, it's not worth it if I have to purchase something else to FIX my computer.

We purchased a FixMeStick from the Shopping Channel and it was delivered to us three days later. We used it right away and were surprised to see the problems it managed to clear. We will use it again in 30 days. Great item and would recommend this to others. My only problem was activating the NordVPN, which was included with the purchase. They kept asking for a credit card. This code should be activated when shipped.

I have had nothing but bad results with FixMeStick. At first, it didn't work at all, and it was fixed VIA their website. The last time I used it screwed everything on my computer and I had to restore a backup, thank goodness I had a backup. At this point, I do NOT trust their soft/hardware, so I won't use it. Please note that I want to CANCEL my subscription to FixMeStick. DO NOT bill me for anything!

I finally reached Jessica at tech support. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and is mailing me a new FixMeStick.

I still have an issue with the hours of operation and feel that this company should offer support in the evening.

Very simple and easy to use and works like they say. Just plug it in and let it do its thing. I have two computers and both had programs that shouldn't have been there so they are gone now. So as they claim it does exactly what they say, so it's nice to use.

I've watched FixMeStick demonstrated on the Shopping Channel for years but only just purchased one a couple of weeks ago to scan my year old computer. I'm almost a senior, so not as computer savvy as the younger generation, but that that as advertised, it was very easy to follow the instructions, so thank you!

I let it run overnight as recommended and woke up the next morning to find that my computer had no viruses, perfect and thank you again! I will continue to run it every once in a while to help safeguard all my online transactions.

I love that they have sent a follow-up email to ask if I need any help, great customer service.

I recently purchased a FixMeStick, due to my computer being infected by Malware. It usually costs me over three times the price of the FixMeStick to have something like this repaired by my local computer company.

FixMeStick company was so proactive; I hadn't had a chance to pull the stick out and run the scan(s) on my desktop, and their office was already contacting me to see if I had incurred a problem or had questions on how to use it.

It took two hours to scan my computer, it found the Malware, and safely removed it! Now I will continue to scan my computer once a month to keep it safe and clean. And as Customer Support Manager extended, any questions, just call or email them and they will safely guide me through everything! I've already recommended this to a couple of my friends and will continue to, as I meet more people with issues on their computers.

What a blessing to have this product!

This little device is very simple to use and the customer service is second to none. Well worth the money for peace of mind. I especially like the fact that you can use it on up to 3 computers and there is no more to pay.

I had a problem opening up my computer. I was at a complete loss and was wondering who to call to fix my computer. Then, I remembered that I purchased the FixMeStick a while back. I thought I'd give a shot. I plugged it in following the direction and about 3 hours later, wow, my computer was again working. I can't thank you enough for getting me online again.

Although I am not a technician, my computer is definitely faster.

It took about an hour to scan, step by step. Very very easy to use.

After rebooting, it doesn't remind you to re-connect the internet access. It took me a few minutes to figure it out.

Beside the internet connection, I had no issues. Yes, I would recommend it for anyone.

I do run an anti-virus program but for some reason, my computer just didn't seem to be working right, so instead of taking it to a shop, I decided to purchase the FixMeStick and try it first. I am glad I did. I plugged in the stick and it did take a couple of tries but then it went to work. It found 5 infections and repaired, everything works great now. Great product.

My CHAT session intended to assist me in deciding to purchase or not. After CHATING, I did make a purchase, which I found to be easy. As I have not yet received the product, I cannot comment on it - just the buying process. But if the product works as smoothly as the purchase process, then it should be an asset in my quest for security.

I ran this on two computers. It found problems on both of them but couldn't remove them. I just spent $60 for nothing. I know you won't do anything about this, but I just wanted to warn people not to buy this junk program.

After a series of internet spam attacks, I plugged in the FixMeStick to my computer. This was approximately four years ago and I can say that I have had no problems ever since. Actually, it was not all that simple. I did talk with some local "repair" folks but got a sense that they were not legitimate. I will leave it at that. What they offered seemed like a long term deal involving regular visits and ongoing service expenses. The FixMeStick could not be more simple. You plug it in and the viruses etc. simply are no longer a problem.

The installation was quicker than I had anticipated since I am not tech inclined. The download was fast and the running time was not to bad. I ended up with only one problem and it was fixed. My computer seems to run more efficiently now. I like this product.

This product is SIMPLE to use, even for me. I have an extraordinarily difficult time with most things due to a traumatic brain injury, but I can figure it out with ease! VERY user-friendly. The best thing is that it is also effective in catching spam and other computer hack assaults!

My son's computer crashed. With four teenagers in the house, I wasn't sure, so I pulled out my FixMeStick and let it do its thing. It was easy to use and only took a few minutes. We found no viruses or bad files, but the computer still was not working. The FixMeStick did what it was supposed to do, but it can't revive a dead hard drive.

The FixMeStick was useful in catching a number of viruses last week but did not catch some malware contracted yesterday when I put the stick into the computer. Maybe it isn't equipped to get malware. Thought this might be useful.

An electric bull ride starts out slow and easy and gives the rider a bit of false confidence. As the ride continues the bull goes its own way and, soon after, the rider is "kicked off the bull."

When I first purchased the FixMeStick, my computer was beginning to age and, for the first year, it worked like a charm, so I decided to continue my service on for a second year. Well, like that bull ride, my computer would not let me use the FixMeStick anymore - it would just shut off and I could not get the FixMeStick to work. I called in for help once and I the "engineer" worked with me for quite a while with no solution.

So recently; I noticed that my second year of service(?) was about to expire and I decided I would try again to see if someone could help me get the stick to work - figuring by now they may have work through the issue I was having. After a moderate amount of time, it was decided by FixMeStick that my computer is the problem and that it is over 10 years old.

Admittedly I was a bit perplexed because I "know" the stick had worked in the past, so, why not now? The skeptical side of me thought this determination was an easy out - I cannot tell you how many times I have been told that an electronic device I owned is out of date.

My computer shuts off from time to time, but I thought it was upgrading and I just didn't have a desired time set for updates in my computer. And to this day it does the computer work that I desire it to do.

So this is not what I expected - thus the 2-star rating. However, I will say that when my computer cooperated, the FixMeStick worked like a charm!

I used the FixMeStick for the first time since I bought it. Something happened after my son used my computer. I went to download an update on my embroidery program and all I got was an error stating, "FTCU.exe may have been moved or deleted." I thought at the time it must be a virus. Unfortunately it must have been something else. There was no change in my computer. Maybe Adware or Malware? Never did find the problem. The FixMeStick was unable to find a problem. I couldn't recommend one way or the other as it may not have been the appropriate thing to do.
