Cannot request food you like in your purchases so you get products that are too spicy for family taste or just don't like. Have some products that I really like but we are only given 2 or 3 of these in large purchases.

I’ve been a 4Patriots’s customer for several years. My experience with all the employees and products has been very positive. I’ve noticed how the Sales team and Service team have constantly improved over time.

I have purchased a considerable amount of your food over the years. And I have sampled most of the items. Some I like better than others, BUT all are good food and very easy to prepare. And you can’t beat the price. Also, the caloric value is low, which is important. I would urge everyone to invest a few dollars into purchasing some survival food for emergency situations (like now with this virus). You simply cannot go wrong when stocking up with these products. Overall I'm satisfied with the orders I have placed. On my food orders, I have had to call you because something was missing or replaced with other items. That's ok except this last order the invoice said 8 items were shipped. I only received 7. I called giving an explanation and was put on hold without returning. Don't get me wrong, I'm not upset. I believe though that a letter with a reason explaining what you are doing would stop a lot of negative return calls. Most of all, I do like your products. Overall I'm satisfied.

Super fast on filling my order and getting it delivered in pretty durable, reusable containers. Here comes the "improvement part". In the description, the Survival Foods would be packed in a strong, high-quality, tear-proof material that could withstand up to whatever disaster was thrown at us. But, the letter that came with the shipment explained, "due to the nature of getting your order to you expedited, the food was packed in less durable packaging. In one container there was an open package of food that looked like maybe a utility knife had came in contact with it. Not really all that big of a problem, but maybe in the future that could be an option for the customer to decide if they want the cheaper packaging, idk. Just being honest, and that didn't stop me from buying more of their delicious survival foods!

It took 15 days to receive my (2) 3 months supply of survival food. After reading some of the negative reviews, I decided to check my storage holders. To the person that said it was out of date. The only date on the packages, is the date of manufacture, not an expiration date. Are you keeping the food dry and in a cool environment? I have tried the Travelers Stew and have to say, it was pretty good especially for survival food.

Concerning how many meals you get, check the back of the packages as the rice alone can feed 10 people a serving. All of these packages make multiple servings. I received all the meat products and everything else I was promised.

I don't care about them buying product from other companies. Show me one that doesn't. I have purchased from more than one company and the same thing is happening. The price was better than other companies I bought from. People, if you are using this product daily, then you are in survival mode. You eat enough to keep yourself healthy. You might have to cut back on the amount of food you eat in a normal situation. You are not being forced to buy the product. I decided to do so because of a Nature disasters since Fema is not prepared to help anyone quickly. I made the choice to take care of myself and family, not wait for someone else to help me which is what this country use to do. Now, most wait and wait and then scream where is my food and water.

Also, get a grip if that video insulted or scared you. If that's the case, then buy from a different company. ALL survival companies try to scare you. For myself, I am not scared, I am just preparing for bad situations. Ordered the 72 hour meal package. Good communication, fast shipping. We were hailed out the other night and no power so we thought we would give it a try. Boiled up the water added the potato cheese soup and never added any spices to it because I wanted the absolute pure taste. We ate by lantern light and it was excellent. Like others, I have had MRE's, C-Rats, high-dollar camping food from "Big Name" outlets and this by far was the best I have ever had. Service was excellent, I received my order in about 7 business days. To the person who writes about scare tactics, first off it is called "marketing", secondly, we hear daily from most of the MSM that our electrical grid is under attack on a daily basis - and finally the "House of Cards" known as an economy. To those who think it is "stupid to prepare for the worst", good luck counting on the "Gubment" to come to your rescue. You'll have to let all of us know how that works for you.

When I was ordering the 4-week supply they offered an add-on for another at half price. They arrived in a timely manner and are as advertised. Strong, easily stored tubs. You can call these people and reach them on the phone if you have any questions about shipping, etc. I'm very satisfied.

Whether or not the government letter in the ad is real, one needs only to investigate the mysterious collapse of World Trade Center Building No. 7 to realize there is a real need for survival food like this. There's a bad moon on the rise.

I received my order in less than a week. I bought the 30 day box. I really like the storage box it came in, is sturdy and not very noticeable stored in the basement. Just received it in the last few days and haven't eaten any yet but its all in pouches and they are intact.

Bought online. First ordered two three months supply. Then decided may be I should try the 72 hour kits first. Called customer service. My call was answered right off by a real live person. Asked to cancel first order and change to 72 hour kits. She did so immediately without trying to talk me out of it or up-sell me. Later ordered four lifestyles. They took about two weeks to arrive. They came with a packet of minestrone soup. We cooked it that night and it was very good.

I recently received my order and was not satisfied with the content. I sent the order to the return address listed on the paperwork they sent me and it was shipped back to me saying I sent it to the wrong address. They said I should have sent it to the address which is on their site. This is OUTRAGEOUS considering their claim of 100% money-back return policy.

Look, I've dealt with this company for a few years now. I started with accepting some of their free samples, then worked my way up to the survival seeds, 72 hour kit, one month, three months and on to other items/supplies. The food is great tasting, very well packaged, and naturally preserved in Mylar pouches. It was sent in durable rubber containers. It is well packed for shipping. The bonus items are also a great addition. Customer service is top notch and when I had a minor issue with some packaged items, they handled it quickly and promptly and even added extra with no extra cost to me. Bottom line: It is a great value and the product will last for many years as stated, if the buyer takes care to store it safely.

And finally: Yes, FEMA is stocking up on this type of food. Don't take my word though, spend your own time as I did and do the research. I grew up in the Military. We always kept emergency supplies as we were always getting slammed by Hurricanes, Typhoons and Floods. Trust me. Everyone should have a backup. I also am a Professional Back Packer. Trust me, you always will need the comfort of emergency food just in case.
