When credit card debts accumulated I felt overwhelmed. Living paycheck to paycheck it was difficult to get by. It felt like the darkness was closing in. The traditional payment of the debt would have taken over 10 years. This program has reduced and settled my debts by over 65% and it would take 2-3 years. This program works and I stand by it.

I'm just starting out with Freedom Debt Relief, but so far they have been very easy to work with.
I originally had it set up where I make my monthly payment all at one time, however; this month I needed to change it due to budgeting issues, and they changed it to every two weeks, no problem. Which cut my payment amount in half.
Plus, I can call and change it back any time.

My experience has been great up until recently. I joined FDR almost 2 years ago. Everything was going well until I deposited a lump sum of funds into my dedicated account to cover the cost of the creditors and fees owed to GET.
Since then I feel like I have not been given a solid answer. When I started the program I was told once enough funds have been deposited into your dedicated account then you can call and have the creditors paid in a lump sum.
Well about a month ago, I deposited enough funds to pay both the creditors and FDR. To the date, FDR is unable to provide me with concrete dates as to when creditors will be paid nor my expected graduation date.
I was told that FDR had changed systems and an exact date of payment to creditors could not be provided but to continue to follow up on my client Dashboard and that my graduation date was near but a specific date could not be provided.
Although customer service has been exceptional, the amount of information that has been provided has had no benefit. My hope was to be done with this and have everyone paid this month but that is not likely to happen. Any concrete information that can be provided would be great. Depending on the outcome of how quickly FDR can get this completed will depend on how likely I will refer anyone to FDR.

One of our creditors hired an agency to recover their money that was one of our debts to Freedom Deby Relief. I called to tell Freedom about it and said that we would fax it to them. The young man said that we could take a picture with our phone and send it and I told him we do not have one of those fancy phones so he gave me the fax number and then also emailed it to me. After three days I called again and asked if they had received it and this time I talked to a young lady that verified that Freedom had received it. Every time I call, the customer service is excellent. They treat you with respect and answer all your questions. My husband and I are seniors and we would recommend Freedom Debt Relief to everyone as they are hard workers helping to make our life better. Thank you.

It was so easy. I didn't have to do anything except answer questions over the phone. I didn't have to call or deal with creditors. It's such a huge relief. Completely unknown to me, but they reached out to me and were very patient while I investigated and tried to figure out my best solution. But it was time for me to make the decision, they were there and made everything simple. They were patient with me learning what was to take place and how to move forward. Trying to and not being able to bring my debt down is what lead me to FDR. I was overwhelmed with debt, but thanks to very professional and understanding consultants at FDR, I was able to trust that this was the best decision I could make.
I was a little scared and uncomfortable in the beginning, but after speaking with consultants and them explaining how the program works put me at ease. I am hopeful and have been reassured by FDR professionals that this is a step in the right direction.

Whenever I have needed emergency funds from my account (in other words, stopping a payment to FDR), this company has always worked very well with me. The latest one - I needed to stop my June payment because I had to have a new motor installed in my A/C unit. FDR saw no reason for them to receive my deposit for June and so my A/C has been paid for. God's many blessings to this company - they are always willing to work with and for you.

Just starting out so unable to provide a complete review, otherwise would rate it 5 stars. But the first reaction was one of relief from anxiety. Prior to this program, felt like wasn't getting anywhere in resolving my debt. The high interest was making it almost impossible to make a dent in resolution especially when unexpected expenses add to it. However, it was a relief when it appears there is a "light at the end of the tunnel" and resolving my debts was within reach. Looking forward to completing the program.

My wife and I have been on this program since August 2018. I am not going to lie, the first 3 months were very difficult because the creditors were calling and trying to make deals with me but I followed FDR instructions to the letter when answering the phone.
After month number 4, the calls ceased and my deposits every 2 weeks started to grow.
FDR actually made a settlement with 1 of my creditors in April 2019.
I was just informed in May 2019 that another settlement had been reached with a 2nd creditor!
If necessary, you can also add more creditors to your account after 6 months of being enrolled with FDR.
FDR negotiate with creditors without you having to worry about the details or the headaches of dealing with creditors harassing you, and so far, it has been usually about half off the balance.
I have been in the program going on month 10 and so far so good.
I have been on time with my payments and have watched the short videos provided on their website.
My advice to you if you are new is this:
1. Make automatic payment arrangements.
2. Watch the short 2-minute videos on the website.
3. Set up your e-mail address to receive notifications concerning settlements, website changes, etc...
4. Check your FDR website every now and then.
FDR has been on top of things so far.
