So far I have nothing but the best to say about this company. They have been very understanding and talked/walked me through the entire process so it’s easy to understand how it works. The videos are also great.
This service has helped me to avoid going into more debt then I am, and they don’t make you feel judged like some company’s might. They truly understand what it’s like to be in any kind of situation. I would so recommend to family and friends.

I am writing a premature review at this time. I went through the signup process and it was a positive experience overall. I was left with some questions which took three calls to customer service to get an answer. My dashboard can't be set up yet because there is a backlog...However, my first payment will be processed because they will go into my account to get the monthly payment. I would prefer to send it to them the money monthly, rather than their company having direct access into my account. That limits my control of the process. There are a couple of other kinks in the process that I think need to be worked out, but I hope the overall process is successful. I'll keep notes on the entire process.

Since we just started, I really don't know how good it's going. But they have made it really simple so far. I am still a little nervous about this whole process, but as we get going, I'm sure it will be okay. Everyone that I've worked with has been kind and gentle with me, calming my nerves. When the bills still arrive in the mail, my heart sinks a bit, I've always prided myself with never being late with a payment, so not making one is really hard for me. So please get everything settled for me so that I can stop worrying.

Our view of Freedom Debt Relief has been good. They have been very helpful, and they listen as well. I would recommend them to all of family and friends. If we needed to add more services or take some away, it has not been a problem. We are able to go online to view our contract, or speak to a live agent.

To be honest, I am a witness that Freedom Debt Relief is an honest and reliable company that is ready to work with its clients as they promised me at the beginning. So far they have resolved one of my debts after their negotiations on my behalf. I saved money on my first settlement. I had several debts and one of them is down already. For new clients, feel free to work with Freedom Debt Relief. I am not shy to say that. One of my creditors took me to court but I am not worried because my case is in safe hands, although it's not over yet. Freedom Debt Relief is there to help their clients who have problems with creditors just like me.

Having credit card debts that you tried for many years to solve a financial problem somehow could not happen. I tried several different ways to pay my monthly bills but I could not do it. I finally realize I have to seek help to achieve my goal.
I contacted several mortgage companies for financial help but that did not materialize.
Finally, I received an email from Mike, one of your Freedom Debt Relief representative, and somehow he got me qualified and with his help we got the ball rolling to help me beat my credit card debts.
I'm in it for four years and looking forward to being debt free.

So far I am pleased even the IV, only made 1 payment. And am very new. Have had a TBI and bipolar, with SDHD, and have always had a hard time with financial services and maintaining the checkbook; more so now with this brain injury. I find it very confusing and get overwhelmed easily...now being disabled. I only get a small check once a month to live on mostly. Why I got the credit cards I thought to help me maintain an improve my living condition. But you can imagine how quickly I got in trouble with eight different credit cards.
I am pleased I found out about Freedom Debt Relief before things got worse than they are! I am pleased and relieved that they have been so good at keeping it simple and explaining things in a way I understand without complicating anything we have had to work on so far. And the peace you also can experience knowing if I can't find the answer I'm needing by going to my Dashboard, then all I got to do is CALL.

Once I signed the agreement for the change I went to contact customer service about whether the new total would start this current deposit or the next and that the account change I also needed to do had gone through so I didn't have to move funds around. In the chat function, all they could tell me was that the new deposit schedule started June 14th. So I called customer service and they told me yes, the account change had gone through and that the new deposit amount would be pulled on May 14th and the new deposit schedule I was emailed did not include the May 14th deposit at all. The original amount was withdrawn and I ended up scheduling a one-time deposit for the difference since my latest settlement agreement needed the new deposit amount to start this month. When I received the updated deposit list it showed the May 14th deposit at the original amount.
The customer service people were quite polite and helpful, though they gave me slightly incorrect information, which is why I only gave 4 stars.

When credit card debts accumulated I felt overwhelmed. Living paycheck to paycheck it was difficult to get by. It felt like the darkness was closing in. The traditional payment of the debt would have taken over 10 years. This program has reduced and settled my debts by over 65% and it would take 2-3 years. This program works and I stand by it.

I'm just starting out with Freedom Debt Relief, but so far they have been very easy to work with.
I originally had it set up where I make my monthly payment all at one time, however; this month I needed to change it due to budgeting issues, and they changed it to every two weeks, no problem. Which cut my payment amount in half.
Plus, I can call and change it back any time.

Just starting out so unable to provide a complete review, otherwise would rate it 5 stars. But the first reaction was one of relief from anxiety. Prior to this program, felt like wasn't getting anywhere in resolving my debt. The high interest was making it almost impossible to make a dent in resolution especially when unexpected expenses add to it. However, it was a relief when it appears there is a "light at the end of the tunnel" and resolving my debts was within reach. Looking forward to completing the program.

Helped reduce payments by half. Became easier to ignore emails and phone calls knowing they were or would be contacted when payments to program began to arrive. Not too big a hit on credit report because that hit already happened. Should see stability soon.

FDR has kind and knowledgeable people who help you; some spend more time with you than others.
When it comes to credit cards and debt, or wherever the debt comes from...it is all business.
Some card companies won't compromise. No matter how you got there or who you are or how long you have been with a company.
If this is one of the worst things that happens to me then I can live with it. It isn't easy and it is very stressful on one's life. I will be glad and grateful when my debt is paid.
FDR does what they can with the tools they have.

So far the experience with Freedom has been very informative, hopeful, and, at the same time, nerve-wracking.

Very fast process and not much time wasted getting everything for the experience of the process. Everything went great with the little we needed to do.
The amount we needed to invest was very minimal. Actually more reasonable than a competitor we had been using prior to this firm.
