I just signed up, have not really seen any changes at this time, but once I do, I will submit a different review.

So far since I have started with FDR, everything has been going as planned, money has been deducted, building my account and FDR, is working on the creditors to help reduce the amount that I owe.

My review I would have rated excellent! Unfortunately, several personnel employees wrote down my checking account number incorrectly. Then to top it off, they didn’t clear it with there computer system. It delayed my payments not once but twice. Until the third person solved the issue. I was very disappointed, to say the least. It caused a big overdrawn on my account and another checking account. The only reason I mentioned another account is because the bank shouldn’t have removed my payment. It caused my account to be overdrawn $342.00 plus NSF charges. This payment it’s included with Freedom Relief Debt. Finally, my first payment was submitted on June 7Th. The actual date is on the 4Th. Hopefully, my next payment is scheduled on June 24Th. Thank you for allowing me to express my disappointment.

I have been enrolled in the Freedom Debt Relief for around two months. Absolutely nothing has been done by Freedom Debt Relief. The only thing that has happened is my credit score dropped 75 POINTS (I wish I could bold and highlight this) due to my missed payments, which is a program requirement. My "specialist" gives me the runaround. When I asked for an update via email, I was told to look at my dashboard and that he didn't "write long emails." Seriously? I was also told when I signed up for the program that due to the amounts owed, ALL of my accounts would be taken care of "right away." We clearly have different views on what "right away" means. So far, my experience has been absolutely terrible, and I am super disappointed (and worried). They definitely sucker you in with promises of your debt improving, but so far, mine is just getting worse.

So far I'm very pleased with Freedom Debt Relief. They have given me a peace of mind. My living arrangements have changed and I just couldn't keep up with all the payments. It was making me worry so much. I called them, and they talked with me and helped me so much! I will recommend them to everyone who needs them.

We were paying the minimum balance on our bills and barely had any money left for food. We get Social Security, and I work 27 hours a week in the school cafeteria. In the summer when I'm off work, I only get unemployment, about half of my regular check, so it is very hard to make ends meet then. I just started with Freedom Relief, but from the beginning, every representative that I have spoken to has been very, very respectful, and knowledgeable in the questions that I had concerns about. I was given relief in knowing that my financial situation was being handled by knowledgeable people. Having a direct number to a representative, gives me faith in the organization. I have spoken to my contact, something like four or five times in a day and every time, she was pleasant and understanding of my concerns. I am a senior citizen and living within my means is difficult, having this company helping me get back on track is a blessing. Having a piece of mind is a big part of helping seniors not to worry.

I was struggling more and more each month with my credit card debts. It seemed the payment was getting higher all the time.

I was at a point of filing bankruptcy but really did not want to do that, so I saw an advertisement for FDR and contacted them.

I was so overwhelmed and Tom helped me to get free of my debt. I could have just cried I was so grateful for the help and guidance. I will forever be thankful, and will not put myself in that position again. Please be frugal and watch what you spend.
