I bought to help aid weight loss. I expect that will take a while to kick in as only on the journey for one month so far. An unexpected side effect is I have gone from chronic gallbladder attacks every day to zero. I have canceled my plans for an operation to remove it, and hope that I will be able to return to a fully functioning healthy digestive system. Your gallbladder function is to break fats down, so I am confident my weight will soon return to normal. I also no longer suffer reflux. I have no clue why this happened but true story!

I started taking them on Tuesday the 1st of June and I weighed myself that day and I was 230. I had originally ordered another Goli product. It was unavailable for quite a while so I contacted their customer service and asked for a refund. I was offered two other extra products, one of which was their Apple Cider Vinegar gummies. It was a great choice for me as they have helped me in several ways!

First, my appetite seems to be satisfied with less food. I’ve lost a few pounds and my stomach area is definitely flatter. My energy has increased and the aches and pains caused by Fibromyalgia have lessened! Even my mood is better! I do realize that not everybody will get the same results that I have but wanted to share my experience with Goli gummies.

I should add that I that the highest recommended amount - two gummies, three times a daily.
