It's a lifesaver, really. Was pre-diabetic, now my mmol is normal and I stabilized. Don't know how much of this is due to following the methods from the app and how much from doing IF itself, but I actually feel great, so thanks I guess. At the very least, at least I know that I'm doing IF properly, not just following some random guide from the internet...
