I have done many diets in my life and have always gained the weight back. I was at my highest weight ever and working from home. GOLO gave me my life back. I’m down 62 lbs and have so much energy, and I know I can lose more. It’s a lifestyle I can live with. Even on days that I eat something wrong, I don’t beat myself up, I just go back on and I do it. I have been taking GOLO for 3 weeks now just because my metabolism has been off for quite some time. I'm prior military and work out on average 3 days out of the week. Since taking GOLO I have never felt better and have since lost 10 lbs slowly. GOLO does work, if you control your plate and eating habits. I'm not as hungry anymore and have absolutely no cravings and my concentration is so much better now and I sleep soooo good at night now! I am looking forward in the next two months to see how much more I'm going to lose. Thank you GOLO!

I keep seeing reviews of people quitting after a few days because they "feel jittery and sick" and "didn't lose any weight".

First of all, the whole point is so that you change your eating habits over time, you are making a whole lifestyle change! This does not happen quickly, and just because you are taking the Release capsules it doesn't mean you won't have any cravings and you are going to lose weight right away, you have to put in the hard work to change your habits.

Also, there are no stimulants in the capsule, so if you're feeling jittery and sick, it's most likely because you consumed something else that made you feel that way.

I think the program is great! I was so confused as to what to eat and I was jumping from diet to diet. It's been a little over a month and I am starting to notice that I'm having more energy, and yes, I have lost a couple of pounds and I have a long road to go still. But you can actually call and talk to a real person when you need support! What other diets do that? I mean really, they give you all the tools but if you don't put in the work you won't see any results! It's as simple as that!

I just started GOLO today. I took two pills after breakfast and lunch. Planning on taking the third after dinner. I'm calm and have no anxiety and my hunger is GONE. I'm always hungry! Not anymore, thank you GOLO!
