Someone gave me the Gotham Steel Pan for Christmas and I used it in the oven, but it burned. I feel embarrassed to tell the person that gave it to me. She didn't know. Most of you won't continue this, but my family will be the ones who do. In honor of someone who has died. I didn't get a receipt. What can I do?

I purchased the deep frying pan with the basket, three frying pans, and two grills. This morning I tried to make pancakes, which stuck to the grill. I then got out a frying pan and tried that, and the pancakes stuck to it.

I would not recommend them to anyone; they are very costly. I even have one frying pan with several scratches in it. I called Gotham Steel this morning and they are sending out a new grill.

I was really excited when I received the Gotham Skillet to cook my eggs in. The excitement was short lived! When I cooked my first egg, it stuck when I flipped it over to cook the top side of the egg, and it has gotten worse every time I use it. I just cooked three eggs, and I might as well have been using a cast iron skillet without any oil.

I am very disappointed in this product! I will not be buying another one unless they can prove to me that the yolk side of the egg will not stick when frying.

I purchased this pan a few weeks ago. I am very disappointed with its performance. It is not what is advertised on TV. I cooked an egg in it, and the result was just was your's was. It stuck to the pan, and I had a difficult time to lift it off the pan to the plate. I used a metal spatula and my pan in scratched. I also had to scrub to clean it from the egg. I would not recommend this pan.

They emailed an order confirmation that stated to allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. After four weeks I checked the status, which showed it was out of stock. I never received the item or a notice that the shipment was delayed. Don't bother with this Mickey Mouse company!

I ordered the seven-piece set of Gotham Steel Pans and paid $139.00 from Amazon, shipped by Emson. I received my order on January 13, 2017.

When I opened it, all excited, my deep square pan had a chip in it. I didn't want to send all of it back, so I called Emson on two separate occasions. No one answered, so I left messages. I STILL have not had a return call!

The lifetime warranty states that I need to send the defected piece back and send them $9.95 and add shipping insurance! I shouldn't have to pay anything since they are supposed to be brand new. I am packing them back up and shipping them back. I will have to pay shipping and handling to get my refund back.

I am VERY disappointed! I am sharing will all my friends about the poor customer service.

This is the worst fry pan, even bacon sticks. They claim you don't need oil or butter but come on, even fatty bacon sticks to the pan. It seems quality control is severely lacking. It scratched within only a few uses. I'm going to try to get the word out about these pans, so other consumers don't get ripped off.

This product does not clean as easily as shown; foods burn easily and scorch on the pain. Unless you wipe the pan when it is still very hot, immediately after it is removed from the fire/heat, it will not clean.

This is the worst set of pots and pans I have ever purchased and used. I strongly recommend that you not purchase Gotham Steel pots and pans.

I just purchased the entire set. I tried frying an egg (like in the commercial) without oil, and it just got stuck to the pan. The second time, I figured that maybe it wasn't hot enough and tried a second egg on a separate day, and to my surprise, this one got stuck to the pan, burning the egg. Probably if I fried a steak that already has plenty of fat itself, it wouldn't stick, but with the eggs, it was a total failure.

I very rarely buy things from TV. It has been my experience that the "As Seen On TV" products are usually overpriced stuff that doesn't live up to their claims. When you see some of those commercials or infomercials, you say to yourself that you have got to get that. This was the first purchase that I made in approximately five years.

The commercial must have taken a long time to make because my experience was definitely not like the commercial. I wonder how many times they had to reshoot each segment?

I tried several foods, and most DID NOT just slide off the pan. I'm guessing that the pan will deteriorate as I use it more.

I should have read the reviews before I placed my order. It took about two weeks to get, which is reasonable. If I read the other low rated reviews, then I would never have ordered one.

Save your money and get something else. This is an overpriced pan that just doesn't work.

I babied this pan from first use, and I never used metal instruments. At the beginning it was awesome. Clean up was a breeze. I must admit that I always use a little oil in cooking and did so when I used this pan. The eggs always came out perfect and slid out of the pan. I did notice that when I cooked sausages or fast-fry beef strips, that it stuck in the middle of the pan, but the side edges seemed to be ok.

I finally tried the pan without oil for eggs, and boy what a disappointment! You could see right away that it was sticking and I had to scrape the egg to turn it over. I thought that I had done something wrong, but after reading reviews of the pan, I now understand that it was not something I did, but it was the pan not being up to the standards that it was described to be.
