Groove Life Silicone Ring Reviews

I recently decided to try a silicone ring after finding myself removing my wedding band more and more frequently for workouts and chores - sometimes without remembering to put it back on. My wedding band is a plain titanium ring, so it's lightweight, durable, and inexpensive - about as low fuss as you can get for a metal ring. I initially ordered an $11 Rinfit brand silicone ring on Amazon, but I wasn't crazy about the color choices. Then I saw that Groove was offering a three for one deal, which worked out to $9 per ring after entering a discount code. I cancelled the Rinfit ring order, and placed an order for a deep stone grey Groove Edge ring, with two free "mystery" rings.

I received my ring, and was disappointed that only one arrived. I was also not happy with the color. What looked like a medium grey online was charcoal, and essentially looked black in all but the brightest light. Bummer. I wrote a short e-mail to customer service, and slipped the ring on. The fit was perfect, and feels the same size to me as my metal band. The flexibility is fantastic, and at times it's easy to forget that you have it on. The construction and finish of the ring is also great. The edge has a shiny, polished appearance that contrasts with the matte finish of the flat portion of the band. The grooves and logo underneath have clean, sharp lines. I bought my wife some inexpensive silicone rings recently for workouts and camping, and the Groove ring is in an altogether different class.

I still plan to remove this ring if I'm going to be using knurled metal equipment, but only because that will eventually destroy it, and I don't want to deal with the hassle of warranty returns. I'll be able to keep it on for literally everything else that I do.

I got a fast response from customer service, addressing both the missing rings and my dissatisfaction with the color of the ring that I received. Both issues were resolved without any hassle, and I have a Storm Grey Edge ring inbound.

I'm glad I bought from Groove.

I have been a "Groover" for over a year now. I absolutely love ALL the Groove Life products. I have 2 watch bands and 6 rings (4 are mine and 2 are my husband’s). We both enjoy them.

The staff (Savanah and others) are so friendly and accommodating. The lifetime warranty is the best warranty by far.

Christy was wonderfully nice and accommodating. This isn't my first time dealing with Groove. It won't be my last. I've had my first ring for a while now. It's white and no matter what I've done, grease, dirt, paint, etc., the ring is still white. Groove rings are comfortable and much better - in my opinion - than traditional rings.

My experience with Groove Life was easily worth a five-star rating! I mistakenly ordered the incorrect size ring. I was super impressed with the quality when I received the rings, so I was bummed when they were too large. BUT, I was able to contact customer service via Facebook Messenger and had a reply within minutes. And the new rings were on their way the next day! Even with the current COVID-19 hurtles. Super impressed with both quality and service of Groove Life. Definitely would recommend this company.

I’m pleased with the ring. You might scoff at $30 for a rubber ring but it’s comfortable and doesn’t feel like a cheap ring. There’s added value too. I needed a different size and customer service sent me the replacement and told me to return the old ring when it was convenient for me. I didn’t think I’d ever wear one of these but I’m happy with it.

By far the best silicone ring on the market. Stands up to more abuse than any other ring I have tried, whether it's hiking, camping and fishing, or the abuse it takes from a demanding job of running a jackhammer, digging trenches, or laying pipe. Not only are the rings fantastic, but the warranty is bulletproof, no questions asked. I have gotten two replacements since my purchase. It is a hassle-free process. My wife and I definitely recommend Groove rings to anyone and everyone.

I contacted them concerning the wearing of my husbands ring, sent photos of the ring. No hassle sending out the same ring the same day. They even told me that if it did it again that they would do another replacement for me for a solid color. I recently got married and always knew I’d get a silicone ring because of being in the army and doing CrossFit so when I got my first ring, a Qalo, I was really disappointed in the product and figured I’d invest into a better ring in Groove. Best decision I’ve made in a while. While the other ring was irritating, this ring disappears. I forget it’s even there which is exactly what I need because I don’t like wearing rings/jewelry. I absolutely love my ring! I’ve been wanting a rubber ring for some time since I work with animals and am constantly washing my hands. I didn’t want to wear my antique mother's ring which is my wedding ring for work. I love the colors and options, customer service is hands down the best. The ring is so comfy, I don’t even know I have it on. It’s great too when I’m hiking and camping, working out, etc. I never take it off. I even got my husband to get one and he loves it too.

Groove Life stands by its warranty. When my wedding ring split, I filed an online claim with picture and had a replacement quickly. I've ordered other rings and enjoy changing them out. I purchased an NFL Broncos ring self-sized to a 12 only to find out it was about one size too large. I made the purchase through Amazon (big mistake here) but reached out to Groove Life through their website, where the magic happened. Maddie was extremely helpful, immediately informing me she could get a replacement ring out no problem. She simply took my address and phone number, gave me simple return instructions for the original ring and wished me well. Exceeded my expectations, especially considering I had made my purchase through Amazon (stupidly considering I missed out on the 2 free mystery rings by doing so) and was really just contacting Groove Life directly for a recommendation on how to proceed with exchanging my ring for one with a better fit.
