I absolutely love these rings and watch bands! I have purchased several matching sets, and I am completely happy with each one I have received. I get so many compliments on them! I love that they can be customized, and there are so many different options to choose from. The containers they come in are super handy for storing the item when you are not wearing it. Shipping is super fast, and you are updated on the status of your shipment from the moment you place the order. I am definitely a fan, and will only wear Groove Life from now on. I absolutely love the quality and of course the amazing customer service!

My watch band cracked and broke at the snap. My band was less than a year old. I’m a nurse with psoriasis and eczema and wash my hands a lot. This band kept water from sitting on my skin. I emailed customer service and within one hour I received an email stating I had a replacement band on the way. No questions, no issues, no shipping costs, nothing...just a new band on the way. Groove is a company that stands by its products!

Your company has been very helpful with answering my questions. They returned an answer to my questions very fast. The ring I got was like the pictures. This company seems to really be interested in customer service. That is not always the case in this day and age.

These guys, however, were very quick and very helpful to a very unimportant request I had. I could only imagine if I really was having a problem. I only wear silicone rings and used to get them from a different company. Now I have a small collection from Groove. I work in construction so I’m pretty rough with them. Most of mine are not broken but occasionally it does happen and they are always covered under the awesome warranty. What a cool thing. If you're reading this just go ahead and buy it! I ordered two rings at separate times, one for me and one for my husband. Mine arrived and fits perfectly.

My husband's...well, after checking my email that stated it was delivered, we looked for it and could not find it. After reviewing the email carefully, I discovered it was delivered to the wrong address. I emailed Groove Life that evening. Before 8:00 AM the next morning, received an email stating another order/shipment is scheduled. This is excellent customer service.

He understood that I bought a band two months ago and misplaced it and he looked up my records and I had a new ring shipped to me that same day! I selected the Cactus Blossom ring for its color and detail. I ordered the wrong size and the exchange was very easy. After seeing the ring I anxiously waited for the exchange to arrive. My inquiry as to whether it had been shipped was answered quickly, and I actually received the ring that day. Perfect fit! One size larger than my silver band, but it is so lightweight I hardly feel it.

I love the quality of the products. I am a nurse and have my hands in water or hand sanitizers all day and my hands dry without leaving my finger wet under the ring. I have purchased about 4 or 5 rings.

I purchase a Groove ring back in August 2019. After receiving my ring, and wearing it for months, it became loose. Almost stretched out. Groove ring stuck to their warranty policy and sent me a new ring. Customer service made sure I got the correct size ring in a timely manner, and still said to let them know if I had any issue with the new ring! Comfortable and breathable, easy to wear, feels like it belongs on your finger. The rings are very nice, they come in multiple colors. A lot of compliments, very affordable, don't have to worry if it's going to smash or break, takes a lot off your mind when you work in the construction field or when you're outside hiking with your animals. I have been very impressed with the service provided by Groove Life. I am in Italy and I was a bit worried it was not possible to order the wedding rings my husband and I wanted. Groove Life reassured postage was not an issue and were very clear about cost and postage instructions. The parcel has been stuck with Customs in Italy. Groove Life has been great in responding to the requests from customs and answers my emails without delay.

My husband gave me a ring in November. I apparently wore my ring when using chemicals so it shrunk and the design came off.
