So far I’m close to one month in. I haven’t lost any weight. I have noticed that I’m going to the bathroom more than once a day like before, also not hungry between meals, and I’ve also noticed that I get full sooner than before. I also haven’t had to chew on anti-acids either, which is great.

Bio Complete 3 does not seem to interfere with the Low FODMAP diet I am using currently. Rational for design of the product makes sense to me, as a retired RD.

For over 24 years I have been struggling with SIBO as diagnosed by "GI-MAP" DNA Stool Analysis. My history includes breast cancer, twice, 24 years apart, as well as numerous surgeries replete with antibiotics and all the problems that ensue. I obviously have had leaky gut all those years. I chose to add Bio Complete 3 to complement the supplements I take for dysbiosis related to overgrowth of Candidiasis and Methanobacteriaceae. I think it will help rejuvenate my gut-associated lymphoid tissue (GALT) thus support my immune system. I've had no negative side effects.

Bio Complete 3 has given me way more energy. I have been sleeping for 7 hours and waking up full of energy! I hop out of bed ready to go! With the social distancing, I have been doing a lot of gardening, walks, organizing my stuff, going for walks. I have so much more energy I hardly know what to do with it! I must have needed the extra amino acids because it has made a big difference in how I feel. Thank you!

I just received my Bio Complete 3. It took a while for me to get it because I live in Canada. I just started taking them today and noticed that my stomach felt better after the first 2 capsules in the morning. Up to this point I have never been able to take probiotics because they always made me constipated but these didn't do that. In fact, I had a bowel movement within half an hour of taking them. So far I am thrilled that I can finally take some probiotics because I have been suffering with IBD for many years. I'm looking forward to the Bio Complete changing that for me and hopefully finally getting rid of the IBD. Thank you so much for your product.

I have been battling major gastrointestinal disorders for the last 20 years. Lactose intolerance, gout, egg allergies and basically follow a very bland and "no fun" diet. My father was the same, consequently feel some of the blame in this is genetic. Spent the first 40 years of my life in North Carolina and that explains a lot right there.

I am actually a licensed nutritionist and master personal trainer for the last 40 years with a very successful practice on both coasts. However, it is often very easy to preach and not practice. Dr. Gundry made sense to me on every level.

Since starting Gundry MD Bio Complete 3 approximately 4 weeks ago, my stomach has improved greatly at age 62 plus with little discomfort. Will admit that the first day was a little rough. However, smooth sailing post that!

The only reason that I don't give this product full five stars is because about the time that I started this we went into this Pandemic isolation and that is very abnormal for us all. Really intrigued to see how it works out when life gets back to normal.

I wanted to respond to your request for review. I was only taking one pill twice daily with possibly a bit less bloating and more consistent bathroom habits. I recently started taking two pills twice daily and my overall gut health seems to be improving even more. Energy level has surely increased.

I have lymphatic colitis which causes frequent diarrhea. Since taking Bio Complete 3, for approximately 3 weeks, it has improved somewhat. Hopefully a little longer will improve more. According to the doctor, a complete cure is unlikely.

My review includes my approach to ALL medications. Though I take a doctor's suggestions on the amounts of medication to take, I, by long-established habit, start slower with a reduced medication consumption at the beginning of new medications. With Bio Complete 3, I started by taking 2 pills at 10 am for the first week. The second week I increased consumption to 3 pills at 10 am each day. On the third week, I increased consumption to the recommended 4 pills per day at 10 am.

Now, on week 6 of the Bio Complete 3, I am alternating between 3 and 4 pills per day. I feel it is beneficial to my overall health but 4 pills per day feels too much at times.

I signed up for Dr. Gundry's Bio Complete about 3 weeks ago. I have been taking it daily, 4 capsules at one time first thing in the morning. I do believe it is helping me having more complete bowel movements. I am not aware of other changes at this point. I have not lost weight but I am hopeful that that might happen as I continue to take the product.

I was concerned about the use of Bio because I developed a rash on both sides of my neck. I asked for help to determine if it was the capsules. I received an email from Quincy who asked me for a lot of information to help determine if so. I am convinced but not positive it was not Bio's cause. But in the meantime, I received a refund - not sure why. I did not ask for it.

I am still using the Bio Complete and have 5 more days of the first bottle.

At this time, I am not sure what to do. I am also in need of what results should I be expecting.

I would gladly return the funds.
