I've only just recently started this product. It seems to be working well for me at this time. I plan to continue to take it to determine if it is, indeed, a product I can benefit from. The only problem I have with it is having to take 4 capsules daily. I appreciate the doctor's interest in keeping in touch with his customers and the information he provides.

After having a health analysis done, my gut and digestion came up to be my most concerning area. I decided to invest in a good pre and probiotic to start gut healing even though I was having no noticeable symptoms. I take 2 capsules before my 2 meals a day. I have no side effects.

So my wife and I bought Bio Complete 3, Total Restore, and Lectin three different products. We've been taking all three products and noticed that we both started losing a little bit of weight, and my wife battled chronic constipation for years but after 2 weeks time she started going regularly and I saw tears go down her face...I asked her what's wrong and she says nothing, this stuff we have been taking really works! I've been having more regular bowel movements and I have more energy. I have not lost weight like I want to, but I will continue to give it a try because it does give me more energy which feels good.

I have multiple sclerosis and I just had a kidney transplant last May. I have been down on the energy factor for some time now, so I was happy to have more energy.

This product is pretty good considering I started taking it during the Coronavirus pandemic. I am not able to start the cleanse because of groceries not being available or sheltering in. So far even without changing my diet a lot I have minimum stomach issues and am having daily bowel movements. I wasn't having daily movements before the supplement. I'm not in a position to buy grass-fed meats, etc. so I would like to know what exchanges to my diet that can be done to still improve my health.

I have struggled with constipation, bloating, water retention, and insomnia for many years. I have tried multiple supplements to relieve my symptoms with no results. Bio Complete 3 is the first one to make a difference. I am improved in the area of regularity and sleep but the results have not been consistent on a day to day basis. I have been taking the product for about 3 weeks and I am hoping to achieve consistent results with a longer trial. If I can reach that consistency in symptom improvement I would change my rating to 5 stars.

I’ve been taking the Bio Complete 3 for about a month. I’ve started running again but the huge difference is that my knees do not hurt anymore. I stop running about 3 years ago because it was just too painful. For the last 2 weeks, I’ve been running everyday pain-free. I’m back up to 4 miles a day. Saturday, April 18th, for the first time I was able to run my 4 miles under 38 minutes. I had never done that before. My 51-year-old knees are feeling better every day. The only drawback is that I’m extremely gassy. I’m farting all the time. But I am having extraordinary bow movements.

I have noticed several changes in my physical nature since first taking Bio Complete 3, but it is hard to know if all of these changes are due to the product or how meaningful they are to my overall health and wellbeing.

#1 - I have not been tired (hardly at all). I don't feel like sleeping, ever. I have stayed up many nights and most nights when I do sleep I comfortably wake up in under 5 hours without feeling tired.

#2 - My bowel movements are less frequent and more productive (from daily to every other day). Plus, they are nearly odorless.

#3 - According to my smartwatch, my heart rate has dropped from typically around 79 bpm to an average of 67 bpm.

#4 - My body odor has noticeably decreased. I had forgotten to apply deodorant for a few days and couldn't tell the difference.
