I'm very happy with Bio Complete 3. It has taken some time, but I can see my body is getting adjusted and becoming more regular which I really appreciate. I've always had digestive issues and this product is helping me a lot.

I’ve been taking the Bio Complete 3 for about a month. I’ve started running again but the huge difference is that my knees do not hurt anymore. I stop running about 3 years ago because it was just too painful. For the last 2 weeks, I’ve been running everyday pain-free. I’m back up to 4 miles a day. Saturday, April 18th, for the first time I was able to run my 4 miles under 38 minutes. I had never done that before. My 51-year-old knees are feeling better every day. The only drawback is that I’m extremely gassy. I’m farting all the time. But I am having extraordinary bow movements.

The first thing I noticed was that I did not have my night cravings for sugar and this was after taking the first dose. I also gave a dose of 4 tablets to my husband telling him to let me know what he experienced. The first thing he noticed was that he felt nauseated when drinking his lemonade - which is usually very sweet (I would have to dilute 5 times).

It's been a month since I started, I am down to 8 more capsules before I open the second bottle. I have not lost any weight, in fact, I have gained a few pounds! I seem to be sleeping better and having better bowel movements, that could be because I am also using Metamucil daily and I was prior. I usually take the capsules first thing in the morning and take the MM several hours later to give your stuff time to get digested. What should I have expected so far? I am going to continue with the two more bottles I currently have. Should I expect to lose some weight? I hope so by the end of this three-month trial, if not I might request a full refund!

I started Bio Complete 3 with great expectations to improve my health. I was living with bloating and stomach discomforts and lots of colon cancer in the family. I had a colonoscopy and my physician suggested probiotics. I started with that and when I saw Bio Complete 3 I ordered it immediately. I am feeling much better, no bloating, no constipation and my belly is flatter than before. I am waiting for better results when I can have a better diet. In this pandemic, I have some difficulties to find the food that Dr. Gundry recommended. This is the beginning!

I feel better. Not quite what I was hoping for but willing to see where this road goes. My cravings for junk food have subsided, and I find myself wanting to eat healthier. I'm not bloating at the end of the day like I once did. Better quality eliminations.

Despite receiving 9 bottles when 3 were ordered, I tried the product to see how it compared to probiotics recommended at CVS. After about a week, I experienced some issues, but then suddenly it felt all the dregs had been pushed clean. I could see an incredible difference. My medications had kept me constipated for years. Not anymore! I would highly recommend.

After three days I started noticing that my gut is not bloating after eating. After one week my hunger levels have gone down. I’m two days into trying Vital Reds and I’m noticing that I’m not as tired as normally. But I still need to try it longer to see. I’ve tried many supplements over my lifetime. Every morning as soon as I get up, I have a good bowel movement. I feel so much better every day. I have more energy and rarely have any bloating or discomfort.
