Could give better instructions on how and when to take! My digestion has improved immensely! Bowel functions have improved! Would like to know more about other products.

I love the fact that Bio Complete 3 has all the 3 of the biotics that your digestive system needs. I have found that my irregularity has become much more regular. I feel better and more energized knowing that my system is running "cleaner." I would give the analogy that my system feels like a car engine fueled with "Premium" fuel as opposed to the "unleaded" fuel quality. As an added bonus, my abdomen feels flatter and more toned.

Before I started taking Bio Complete 3 three weeks ago I was miserable, I couldn't eat what I wanted because my stomach would swell making me look like I was pregnant. This is my first time trying any of the Gundry products. I watched a video on social media and decided to place an order. I was a little skeptical at first but I'm sure glad I took the chance. It has only been about two weeks since I've started using the Bio Complete 3 and let me tell you, so far so good. I'm in my mid 30s, for as long as I know myself I've struggled with constipation. I'm talking weeks of not doing a number 2 or having to take a laxative to relieve myself. I try eating healthy and drinking a lot of water.
