After having a health analysis done, my gut and digestion came up to be my most concerning area. I decided to invest in a good pre and probiotic to start gut healing even though I was having no noticeable symptoms. I take 2 capsules before my 2 meals a day. I have no side effects.

I feel my digestion of food is better.

I began taking the Bio Complete about a month ago and was able to see and feel a difference within the second week. I have had stomach issues off and on for years. I was in the hospital for 3 days in January of this year and they could not determine the cause, other than the ulcer that I knew about.

When I read about the results from others who had similar trouble that had gotten relief from this product. I knew I had to give it a try.

I take it faithfully morning and night and have had such outstanding results that I highly recommend you try it. Especially if you have similar problems.

I have even eliminated taking anti-acid tablets. That in itself is a relief to not be experiencing the pain and discomfort anymore.

The visits to the bathroom are also much less troubling.

Could give better instructions on how and when to take! My digestion has improved immensely! Bowel functions have improved! Would like to know more about other products.

I ordered 3 bottles and almost finished with my first bottle. I didn't start feeling any difference until 2 weeks. The first week I was still craving my weakness (ice cream). By the second week my cravings lessen and week 3 there wasn't much of any ice cream craving.

In week 3, I incorporated 16/8 IF (Intermittent Fasting) and it's working great with Bio Complete 3, for me at least. I have more energy and Bio 3 is helping to increase my metabolism. I have lost 4 lbs as of today. I'm starting to see and feel the difference in my stomach.

I have been using Bio Complete 3 for two weeks and I can already see a difference. My skin is clearer and my trips to the bathroom are more comfortable. My hemorrhoids have cleared and it feels like my metabolism has sped up. Can that be real? I don’t know but I love it! I’ll definitely keep using it!

I am on a two-meals-a-day regimen. One half-hour prior to my first meal I took two tablets with an 8 oz glass of water. An hour or two later I had a bowel movement. That was very good. However, when I took two tablets prior to the second meal in mid to late afternoon, no bowel movement took place. I am at a loss to understand why.

This pattern did not change for two plus weeks. Any idea why?

I started taking Bio Complete 3 because I suspected I had leaky gut syndrome and didn't want to do an extreme diet to help heal it. I am overall a very healthy person but as a result of taking pain medications from 20+ years of migraine headaches, it was taking its toll on my gut health. My migraines have reduced by more than 80% and it has improved my regularity and reduced gas and bloating.

As a vegan, I am always trying to strike the perfect balance to keep my gut regulated.

It has only been 2 weeks but I have noticed a difference in that my stomach is not as bloated in the evenings, feels calmer during the day, and I do not lack energy at all. I know in my gut, this is a great product (perhaps better than the rest I have bought from Gundry MD before).

I am taking this to help my immune system. I have MS and I try hard to stay as healthy as possible. Especially now that we have the Covidvirus all around us. I haven't been able to leave the house in weeks, it is too dangerous for someone with a little or no immune system. Hope this helps me stay strong. I've been taking 2 tablets two times a day but have decided to take all 4 daily tablets once a day when I wake up. See how it effects me, great I hope.

Started out taking two capsules in the morning and two at night. I found out it is best to take them all at one time. Still need more time to evaluate its effectiveness. Beginning to see some results as advertised.
