Gundry MD Bio Complete 3 Reviews

I have been battling major gastrointestinal disorders for the last 20 years. Lactose intolerance, gout, egg allergies and basically follow a very bland and "no fun" diet. My father was the same, consequently feel some of the blame in this is genetic. Spent the first 40 years of my life in North Carolina and that explains a lot right there.

I am actually a licensed nutritionist and master personal trainer for the last 40 years with a very successful practice on both coasts. However, it is often very easy to preach and not practice. Dr. Gundry made sense to me on every level.

Since starting Gundry MD Bio Complete 3 approximately 4 weeks ago, my stomach has improved greatly at age 62 plus with little discomfort. Will admit that the first day was a little rough. However, smooth sailing post that!

The only reason that I don't give this product full five stars is because about the time that I started this we went into this Pandemic isolation and that is very abnormal for us all. Really intrigued to see how it works out when life gets back to normal.

I wanted to respond to your request for review. I was only taking one pill twice daily with possibly a bit less bloating and more consistent bathroom habits. I recently started taking two pills twice daily and my overall gut health seems to be improving even more. Energy level has surely increased.

My review includes my approach to ALL medications. Though I take a doctor's suggestions on the amounts of medication to take, I, by long-established habit, start slower with a reduced medication consumption at the beginning of new medications. With Bio Complete 3, I started by taking 2 pills at 10 am for the first week. The second week I increased consumption to 3 pills at 10 am each day. On the third week, I increased consumption to the recommended 4 pills per day at 10 am.

Now, on week 6 of the Bio Complete 3, I am alternating between 3 and 4 pills per day. I feel it is beneficial to my overall health but 4 pills per day feels too much at times.

So my wife and I bought Bio Complete 3, Total Restore, and Lectin three different products. We've been taking all three products and noticed that we both started losing a little bit of weight, and my wife battled chronic constipation for years but after 2 weeks time she started going regularly and I saw tears go down her face...I asked her what's wrong and she says nothing, this stuff we have been taking really works! So we are amazed with these products. Thank you so very much and God bless!

I have struggled with constipation, bloating, water retention, and insomnia for many years. I have tried multiple supplements to relieve my symptoms with no results. Bio Complete 3 is the first one to make a difference. I am improved in the area of regularity and sleep but the results have not been consistent on a day to day basis. I have been taking the product for about 3 weeks and I am hoping to achieve consistent results with a longer trial. If I can reach that consistency in symptom improvement I would change my rating to 5 stars.

I have noticed several changes in my physical nature since first taking Bio Complete 3, but it is hard to know if all of these changes are due to the product or how meaningful they are to my overall health and wellbeing.

#1 - I have not been tired (hardly at all). I don't feel like sleeping, ever. I have stayed up many nights and most nights when I do sleep I comfortably wake up in under 5 hours without feeling tired.

#2 - My bowel movements are less frequent and more productive (from daily to every other day). Plus, they are nearly odorless.

#3 - According to my smartwatch, my heart rate has dropped from typically around 79 bpm to an average of 67 bpm.

#4 - My body odor has noticeably decreased. I had forgotten to apply deodorant for a few days and couldn't tell the difference.

I took the product religiously for 1 month with no change in appearance or feeling.

Worst of all I'm being stonewalled on my attempts to get their money-back guarantee. I'm beginning to think it's a scam.

I definitely feel more energized like Dr. Gundry said I would. I feel more hungry than I used to and I worry I might just eat more than I should and get obese.

My skin is much better but I’m still waiting for my slimmer waist.

Product appears to have increased my activity level. It did not, however, reduce my cravings. It did not cause me to lose weight. I don't know long I have to take Bio Complete 3 before I can expect to see any weight loss.

I am 71 years old, I have Psoriasis all over my body (up to 90%) for over 20 years, for years, my skin was always severely inflamed to the extend of severe itching, pain, bleeding, many sleepless nights and exhaustion. I am still taking all of Dr. Gundry's supplements religiously. I will definitely keep ordering and taking it in the future, it was like Godsend. In combination with his book, The Plant Paradox, which I ordered from Amazon and his supplements, I am living a better, painless, healthier life now, thank you so much Dr. Gundry.

It's only been 30 days but my bowels seem to be more regular. I haven't really noticed anything else though. I haven't lost any weight, but due to the Chinese virus, I haven't been able to exercise too much at all. I want to see what happens in the next 30 days.
