Gundry MD Olive Oil

I am still waiting to receive my order. I researched the benefits of olive oil on Consumer Labs and was very impressed by the proven benefits in multiple areas.

But, like the above article says, Kirkland Olive oil is about 11 cents a tablespoon while Dr. Gundry is about $2 a tablespoon. You could take 5 tablespoons of the Costco product to get the same amount of polyphenols (1667mg/Kg) and still come out way ahead.

I can afford the price and I'm looking forward to trying the product but something to think about if you can't afford the $40 to $80 a month (1/2 to 1 TBSP/day).

I had been using Moroccan oil for a year and purchased Dr. Gundry's brand (4 months). The taste is different and I needed acclimation to the taste, but I like it. I can't test polyphenols on recent oils or others, so I relied on Dr. Gundry's analysis. I go through quite a bit, seems to be $2 per teaspoon. I don't expect I can continue buying Dr. Gundry's olive oil because of the cost.

I am on bottle 6, taking 2 tbsp daily as a supplement in the morning with a bit of fresh lemon juice and water on an empty stomach before preparing my breakfast smoothie. While I haven’t lost much weight, I have lost inches, especially around my midsection. I have more energy and no more cravings for snacks. My joints are more flexible and don’t ache. Highly recommend this wonderful product. It is pricey but worth it!

I am an EVOO snob, or thought I was. Since I am dedicated to making the best decisions for my health to get me to at least my century mark (in 20 years), I would have loved to add Gundry's tasty, healthy product to my daily regime. However, its price is prohibitive for most people (and smacks of greed), so I am going to be forced to search for the next-best version.

I’m 100% Greek and olive oil has been a main staple in our home since the day I was born. I believe in the health benefits it has to offer - no question. But Dr. Gundry has taken this to a new level. This olive oil tastes absolutely delicious. It’s better than the olive oils I was raised on...that came straight from my father’s olive garden! I can’t get enough of the amazing flavor and I’ve noticed a massive difference not only in how I look but how I feel as well. I would recommend this product to everyone I know and care about. Truly amazing!

Like most people, I thought the price was a bit high at first, but was struggling with high cholesterol and triglycerides and had been wanting to make some changes to my diet so I decided to give it a try. I fell in love with the taste from the very beginning and began taking a tablespoon every morning. Fast forward 9 months - my cholesterol and triglycerides have dropped considerably, and my doctor's advice is to keep up with what I'm doing! Yes, this olive oil is a bit expensive, but I've always believed that money spent on good health is never money wasted. Just ordered 18 bottles!

My blood pressures were running about 160-175/100-110 consistently. I believe it was stress that was adding to the fact that I was already dealing with hypertension. I started taking a tablespoon of Dr. Gundry olive oil once a day. After about 2-3 months I started to notice that my BP readings were going down, and now they run about 140/70. It is an awesome product and I will forever take it.

Well, first I would just say the flavor is intense but smooth and amazing. I drink it straight every morning to start my day and my metabolism.

I am experiencing a reduction in inflammatory pains along with overall joint and flexibility improvement.

I will continue to use this olive oil liberally in my daily regimen and on salads, pasta, and anything close to appropriate. The flavor of this olive oil comes through in everything, you know it's there (which is a good thing).

Well, I really like it. However, it's a bit pricey right now for me to do everyday cooking. So I have a shot glass and take 1 shot every day.

Additionally, I will add some on whatever I am cooking.

I am on my second bottle. The greatest test will be in January when I am scheduling my blood work.

I am 63, and I have had some amazing results with other Dr. Gundry products. Looking forward to the tests.

I put the olive oil in my morning collagen and greens smoothie and it helps me to not be hungry. Tastes good on salads. The bottles are not huge so they fit well in my smoothie station at home. I really like the company’s free information on healthy eating.

The taste/flavor of the oil is amazing because it does not change the flavor/taste of foods I add it to. Instead, the oil ENHANCES food's natural flavor! And there is no oily after-taste.
