I'll be honest. I struggled with the taste the first day or two. I'm mixing it in water. I started mixing the Primal Plants with the Vital Reds in 16 oz of cold water and drink it first thing in the morning. The first week I didn't notice any difference in how I felt. I came across a video of Primal Plants through a thread from a health blog I subscribe to. I am almost 60 years young, work full-time, but lack the energy I used to have. I am not sure what caught my eye about this video since the Primal Plants was being advertised for skin issues. I have very good skin and never really had a problem with acne or blemishes. But I watched the video anyway and became very interested in the other (great) side effects from this supplement. I eat pretty healthfully; no processed foods, try to stay away from sugar, and I am an organic gardener and benefit from all the veggies from my garden. I am always a little skeptical of videos that brag amazing benefits, so I did my due diligence and read up as much as I could about Dr. Gundry and Primal Plants. I couldn't find anything bad about Dr. Gundry or Primal Plants. The ingredients seemed too good to be true in a single serving, but I decided to purchase a three-months supply and try it myself.

I have been taking Primal Plants for only one month now, and I feel like I have so much energy. There are no side effects, no headaches or nausea (like after taking vitamins on an empty stomach). I feel like I can take on the day head on and nothing gets in my way. Before Primal Plants, not only was I dragging, but it was easy to just sit on the couch and not get anything done. I had no motivation. For me, this is a wonder supplement.

With my regular vitamins, I can take them or leave them. I get lazy having to sort them all out and make sure I eat something, so my stomach doesn't get upset. I take Primal Plants every morning. I won't start my day without them. So easy to put a scoop into 8 ounces of water into my Bullet blender and drink it up. It has a very pleasant apple flavor too. Then I add another 8 ounces of water into the blender cup to get every last bit.

I am just about finished with my first jar, and I plan to continue taking Primal Plants. I know it's a great product because of how I feel.

I have only been on Primal Plants for 30 days, but I feel much better already, and my IBS seems to have disappeared. I also feel that my skin is improving, which is the reason I started using this product. My daughter is now using Primal Plants as well.

I bought this because it promises to help straighten out the balance of good bacteria/bad bacteria in my gut.

I had radiation for my prostate four years ago, and a side effect of that was some amount of radiation proctitis. I also took some antibiotics in connection with related procedures. That was necessary, but I think the antibiotics may have contributed to messing up the good bacteria in my gut, which was already sensitive due to the radiation (before all of this, I never had a problem).

Not to be gruesome, but on and off I have had a lot of gas in my gut, resulting in explosive bowel movements some days, but most days not. My colon doctor has tried to straighten me out by eating lots of fruit and fiber and taking good probiotics, and I continue to do all of that. But I was only about 80% better.

I started taking Primal Plants about three weeks ago. Within a week, there was a noticeable change in my bowel movements. As a result, I have more control over when I go. Much less gas. Bowel movements are not as soft. If anything, Primal Plants makes me a bit constipated, and most people would think that is not a great result, but trust me, it is great after what I have been through. I am just almost completely back to normal, which is the first time I can say that in four years.

I definitely plan to keep taking this. I don't know why it works, it just seems to work. I'm not going to argue with success!

This is my first month on Primal Plants Green. The first few days I tried just mixing it with water and drinking it down. It was okay, but then I began mixing it with the 8 oz of water and adding it to a sparkling water (LaCroix Coconut is my favorite). Since then I use it as my afternoon treat, and I really look forward to that rest time. Not only do I get the benefits of the Green, but I have increased my water intake for each day.

I have always suffered from digestive problems, since I was a baby actually. I have tried many many different probiotics and different digestive aids. Even though I have always stuck with the more nature/natural supplements, I always experienced some kind of distress. So far with the Primal Plants Green Superfruit Blend, I can honestly say, no "feed back." In other words, my system is calm and my daily movements have become regular with a more normal stool. For that alone, I am truly grateful.

Primal Plants has enabled me to reduce the number of over-the-counter supplements I was taking. My finger nails have greatly improved, and I was taking Calcium twice daily, my skin has improved and looks younger. The best result is that my health overall is improving and I am able to absorb all the nutrients. I have Celiac Sprue, so absorption is a big issue, the delivery of Primal Plants via water has enabled me to absorb more nutrients than ever before.

Dr. Gundry, I found out about you online. I am a 47-year-old woman who had a hemorrhagic stroke due to complications of childbirth. I also have high cholesterol because I was told it was hereditary. I was on Lipitor but it made me feel horrible. I was looking for a better option. I am about 10 to 15 lbs overweight, so my endocrinologist tested me and said I have a slow metabolism and he put me on meds for that too. In 2008 I had a partial hysterectomy due to female problems. I also have osteoarthritis in my right knee, along with sciatica on my left side.

I have been using the Gundry MD products since March 2017. I drink the Vital Reds in the morning and then drink the Primal Plants in the evening. My experience thus far has been very positive. My husband and I have only been using this product for three weeks. I was worried about the taste and was pleasantly surprised. I drink the Primal Plants every morning. When I wake up in the morning, I look forward to it. I like to mix a scoop of Primal Plants together with a scoop of Vital Reds in a 16 oz glass of water. It tastes pretty good that way. There's always some left on the bottom of the glass, so I just fill the glass with water again and keep on drinking it any time I get thirsty. It gives me the energy I need to make it through the day, and I need a lot of it. I have lost some weight from it. I feel more alert than before I started drinking it, and also know it is good for my body to get the nutrition that it needs. I think I will take it the rest of my life, that's how much I like it. It keeps me feeling good all day and night.

I have skin fungus and eczema, and have had it for years. Dermatology hasn't helped (palliatives, no cures). Recently, the itching had been about to drive me NUTS.
