I have ordered the Vital Reds Red Berry at first. After taking once daily, I begin feeling lighter, agile, and able to extend my energy for my daily works routine.

When the Primal Plants Green Superfruit Blend information was sent to my email, from the result that I have experienced from the Red Berry, I did not hesitate and ordered the Primal Plants.

Primal Plants is making a positive difference for us; even though we are only three weeks into Diet Evolution. We have noticed digestion improvement and significantly less stomach bloating. I have been taking Primal Plants and Vital Reds for about two and a half weeks now and I love the extra energy and the way it's curbing my hunger as I've started the Gundry diet.

I've lost about six pounds, but I've cheated (just a little) a few times.

I noticed the change in my skin fairly quickly; it feels softer and the finer lines seem to have smoothed out. Excited to see how it goes over time.

Truth be told, I was convinced to try it for purposes of vanity, but I'm thrilled with the health benefits. I have been on again/off again with paleo, and I don't eat gluten, so it hasn't been much of a change to try the diet. Easy transition.

I have eczema on my face, and it has been helping, but whenever I get stressed, it flares up a bit still. Gundry Primal Plants is far superior to any super greens products that I have used, and I have tried many. I am coming up on 30 days of using Gundry MD Primal Plants. I use it every day in my morning shakes. The results are outstanding and excellent.

I especially like that Primal Plants does not alter the taste of my shakes at all and the best part, it is gentle on the digestive system. There is no gas, bloating or diarrhea, which has always been the aftermath of introducing super greens into my daily intake.

So just to be clear, I am not trying to lose any weight at all. Quite the contrary in fact. I am trying to pack on some good lean muscles for strength and fitness. I am a very lean athlete and I burn lots of calories so I can use some more muscle mass to keep from blowing away in a good wind.

My primary goal is to pack as much nutrition into my meals as possible. Since I already consume a protein shake each morning from vegan sources which include probiotics, the greens are a simple addition to my normal daily breakfast and they provide the additional goodness that I don't normally get from that meal.

I purchased six jars of both the Primal Plants and the Vital Reds and I am confident my body is just soaking all that goodness right up like a sponge. I feel strong at each of my workouts and I believe I am now recovering faster as well.

While I did not subscribe to the auto-shipment arrangement, I will as soon as these 12 jars are almost gone so as not to run out.

I would encourage anyone trying to cut fat or build lean muscle mass to try both the greens and the Reds. I'm feeling really well using the Primal Plants. I take it every morning with water, juice or with Vitamin Water. I seem to have more energy than I did before. I told my doctor that I was not going to take Omeprazole for a while to see if the Primal Plants can clean out my gut without taking a prescription drug.

I have just begun the experiment with Vital Reds, Primal Plants, and the probiotic. Initially, I noticed that my appetite subsided, and I quickly burned up about ten pounds to my approximate ideal weight. I have also had very low energy since Lymes disease last year. My husband researched making his own mixture of vitamins, antioxidants and important details we lose as we age. Not to mention our food today is not grown the way it used to be.

I love this product. I've been on pain medications for over twenty years, and of course, they have caused my colon to practically come to a stop and two years ago I had gastric bypass surgery a Roux-en-Y that meant the small intestines is now attached to my new smaller stomach, which slowed things down even more. I thought I'd live on stool softeners for the rest of my life, and was even told that by my pain management doctors.

The first day I received Primal Plants I started on it, and of course, I better confess I got the daily dosage confused with another supplement I started that day, also it was two times a day, and a week or better than I noticed Primal Plants wasn't. Well no harm no foul, because I have not had a stool softener since that first day. No diarrhea, stomach cramps or any adverse reactions.

I also noticed towards the end of the first jar, which went faster because of my error, that my energy was much improved even with the pain meds every six hours.

I am also healing faster than before. Last week I received a deep injury to my left index finger while pulling weeds about the size of a dime. I cleaned it out, kept putting antibiotic ointment on it and bandaged it, and three days later when getting ready to change the bandage, I told myself if it's still as bad, I'll go to the doctor. I found fresh pink skin, it was still the same size, but I couldn't believe the difference. It was healed enough to leave off the bandage with no problems. Now you can only see a faint white outline of the dry edge.

I began taking both Vital Reds and Primal Plants together daily as part of a daily routine after being lucky enough to stumble upon Dr. Gundry's products in an all out search to figure what was wrong with me. I began to feel what my Primary Care Physician has described as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome with little to no answers as to how to deal with it. He suggested I try some supplements such as SAMe and Magnesium to boost my energy levels daily, but after several weeks didn't think I was benefiting from it at all. My Doctor did encourage me to find ways to lessen my symptoms through research, and I wanted to be as natural as I could with the solution.
