They taste good, even if combined with the Vital Reds, though neither dissolves quickly in bottled water. I have to keep shaking the bottle before drinking. But hey, it beats shopping for all those veggies and PREPARING as well as cleaning up after!

I bought a six-month supply and see no reason I would not continue to use them all up, unlike some other supplements which now clutter my shelves.

After my husband heard about Primal Plants, we decided to give them a try. We added Vital Reds and Prebiothrive and have both been using a scoop of the Vital Reds and Primal Plants with about a half scoop of Prebiothrive every morning for about two weeks now. Gundry Primal Plants is far superior to any super greens products that I have used, and I have tried many. I am coming up on 30 days of using Gundry MD Primal Plants. I use it every day in my morning shakes. The results are outstanding and excellent.

I especially like that Primal Plants does not alter the taste of my shakes at all and the best part, it is gentle on the digestive system. There is no gas, bloating or diarrhea, which has always been the aftermath of introducing super greens into my daily intake.

I have not liked the experience of mixing the powder in liquid (water) every morning. I think that a tablet or capsule form would make it much easier to take on a daily basis since my schedule is usually overloaded and I find it rather annoying to have to wait for the powder to dissolve.

That said, both my spouse and I have noticed definite positive changes in my skin. Though I am in the latter years of middle age, my entire adult life has been plagued by recurrent skin breakouts and "zits," for which I have had to apply benzoil peroxide based creams religiously in order to control. Since starting daily use of Primal Plants just three weeks ago, I have only spot-used the skin cream twice! That, I think, is quite remarkable! Furthermore, bloating issues have been much better controlled since starting the product.

As a physician myself, I do not think that these positive results are mere coincidence but are most likely the result of using your product, though I have yet dared to attempt to see whether a reversal of my symptoms would ensue if I were to discontinue use temporarily. At this point in time, I am not very eager to find out, as I so very much enjoy what I think is thus far a beneficial impact of your product on my health.

I will keep you posted when my three-month supply runs out! Meanwhile, they should try to work on an easier mode of product administration, perhaps a tablet formulation.

I have been very pleased with Primal Plants (I take it along with Vital Reds and Prebiothrive). I have more energy and just overall feel better. Also, minor pain in a few of my joints has disappeared.

However, there is one strange effect that is occurring when I take it. I have an allergic-type reaction where my face gets flush and hot. It usually lasts 10-15 minutes, and the severity varies. I have pinpointed the reason for the reaction to the powdery residue of Primal Plants when I am scooping it out and mixing it getting into my nose and nasal passage. I now cover my nose when mixing and I don't have a reaction. Although, sometimes when I forget to cover my nose or in a rush, I will have the reaction.

And please note, this does not occur with the Vital Reds or Prebiothrive products. I have done different tests with each product and narrowed it down to Primal Plants. It does seem that Primal Plants is much more dry and gives off a lot more of a "powdery cloud," thus more chance to get into nasal passages.

I really hope that they take a look at this and possibly change their formula or production methods to reduce this. This has also happened to my wife, so it is not just a personal physiological issue with me.

So just to be clear, I am not trying to lose any weight at all. Quite the contrary in fact. I am trying to pack on some good lean muscles for strength and fitness. I am a very lean athlete and I burn lots of calories so I can use some more muscle mass to keep from blowing away in a good wind.

My primary goal is to pack as much nutrition into my meals as possible. Since I already consume a protein shake each morning from vegan sources which include probiotics, the greens are a simple addition to my normal daily breakfast and they provide the additional goodness that I don't normally get from that meal.

I purchased six jars of both the Primal Plants and the Vital Reds and I am confident my body is just soaking all that goodness right up like a sponge. I feel strong at each of my workouts and I believe I am now recovering faster as well.

While I did not subscribe to the auto-shipment arrangement, I will as soon as these 12 jars are almost gone so as not to run out.

I'm feeling really well using the Primal Plants. I take it every morning with water, juice or with Vitamin Water. I seem to have more energy than I did before.
