I was intrigued but skeptical it would be any noticeable difference, but it sure was. I took Primal Plants in a tall glass of water first thing in the morning, and I absolutely noticed a boost in energy when I usually got sluggish mid-afternoon. After just a week I felt and saw a noticeable difference in my skin, tone, and texture! I didn't miss a day and raved about it so much my partner started taking it as well! I will definitely be continuing with this product going forward.

Sour Apple flavor is pretty accurate. I don't like sour flavors, so I mix mine with the Vital Reds which makes it taste better to me. I like sugary sweet things and mixing these two together makes the taste fruity, so I have no idea that there is anything plant related inside the drink. I tried the drink mix with just water when I first received it, and the flavor was too healthy tasting to me. I could tell it was a veggie drink.

I am completely satisfied with my new life change. I don't want to sound like I'm getting paid to say this but, WOW! I am on day 7, and I am down 8 lbs. I have not missed taking my Probiotic, Reds, and Primal Plants.

I haven't felt this good in years. I have been overweight about 50lbs for 11 years. No energy, no desire, no life other than the day to day go to work, run the kids around, etc. I have been a Diet Coke addict and a beer-drinking mess. The guy who hates water. Now I can't get enough. I have been taking Vital Reds for a month, and I loved it so much, that I also started taking Primal Plants! I have not had this much energy and stamina in a very long time! I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis a few years ago. I have been on meds for both since then, with some relief, but I didn't realize how much more relief I needed until I started taking Vital rReds and Primal Plants. Honestly, I was intrigued by the video on Facebook about the success story of the motorcycle mechanic who managed himself to clean his heart arteries from the fatal plaques. I believe in the power of plants and decided to join Dr. Gundry's patient number.

Because I am responsible not only for my own health but also my husband's, who is recovering from the hemorrhage stroke, I came to the decision to try Primal Plant and Vital Reds.

In the morning I usually make the shake for two: One large BANANA, 1 cup of organic GRAPEFRUIT juice, 1 cup of CARROT juice, 1 tablespoon of CHIA seeds and 2 scoops of VITAL REDS. It is delicious and good morning boost for the progressive day.

I have been taking the recommended dosage of Gundry MD Primal Plants Green Superfruit Blend every morning before breakfast for nearly three weeks. I am not accustomed to drinking a glass of anything straight down; rather, I usually drink slowly while drinking a cup of coffee and a glass of beer, for example. In this regard, the Blend is a little awkward, however, I am assuming, probably believing, the straight down drinking process is worth it.

To date, I think my skin is a little smoother than it was three weeks ago and this encourages me to continue drinking the Blend every morning. As I said in the title, "The jury is still out," but the anticipated verdict is likely to be good!

I have only been using the Primal Plants for about three weeks. I already feel a difference in my body and even my emotional state. I have had high blood pressure for several years. Let me begin by giving you a little of my most recent medical history...

June 26th this year, I had HF, which was totally unexpected but life altering. I had two stents implanted in arteries with 80 and 95% blockage leading to my heart, which was only functioning 30% due to HF. As of November 21st, there had been no improvement in my heart function. The doctor immediately changed my heart meds from Brilinta to Entresto.

In the meantime, I'd received my first month's supply and took the supplement for seven days but stopped after giving my brother my share of what was left in the tub after seeing my brother's skin condition. My main reason for taking Primal Plants was for Atopic Dermatitis. My brother's skin, however, looked like the worst case of Psoriasis I've ever seen. I wanted to give him as much relief as I could due to the severity of the lesions all over his body...

I just started taking Primal Plants about three weeks ago as I wanted to check with my doctor first. He did give me the okay. I have been moving my bowels better than ever, I have more energy, and I have less inflammation already in my body and less body pain. In addition, Dr. Gundry advertises Primal Plants at $99 on some sites and $59 on other sites. This massive inconsistency in prices is troubling. In any case, even $59 is way too high. In the meantime, I am trying to convince Dr. Kara to produce a cheap version of Primal Plants so that we can have an affordable alternative. Bottom line - I would recommend Primal Plants if the price was affordable (around $30).

I watched a Dr. Guntry video on clearing arteries by taking Vidal Reds. It was a LONG video of marketing, but it hit home as I had a stint installed a year earlier. I bought the Vidal Reds and I of course can't tell if it cleared my arteries (5 years with no problems) but it cleared my eczema within 2 weeks. I had been battling eczema for 2 years without success. It was hell. Tried everything. Pills, creams, and shots. I later found out that Vidal Reds was being marketed to clear skin for the inside out, not outside in like a cream would. I have been taking the Vidal Reds for years and have no skin problems AT ALL. What a great surprise side effect. Yea it's a marketing company but that product WORKED.

My husband and I both tried the Primal Plants. I could not stomach the taste of sour apple first thing every morning. I lasted 3 weeks and had nothing to brag about. My husband lasted 6 weeks and just got loose stool. So no. I see all these rave reviews which are unbelievable. It did nothing for either of us for the amount of time we took it. All hype in my opinion.

I have used different plant-based drink mixes over the years and I am finding the taste of Primal Plants to be unacceptable. Perhaps if one mixed Vital Reds and Primal Plants as they recommend it might be better. However, because of the price, I cannot afford both. What works for one may not work for you. Try it, then you will know for yourself. Personally, I use another product I like better. You might be able to mix it with something else to make it better.
