Insomnia and bloating
Hello, I started taking Total Restore about five days ago. I am having problems with bloating and gas. Is this normal? Should I take the three pills once a day or one pill? Also having insomnia, so I've started taking it in the morning. Thanks in advance for your reply.

Total Restore
I did not know that it contained grapefruit and I am not able to have that with the meds that I take. You should make it a point to put that in your ad. I have been taking it for 2 days before I was told not to.

Grapefruit ingredient
I just received this bottle today and I already took 2 pills. I decided to read the ingredients and found out to have grapefruit in it. I cannot continue taking these pills because of the cholesterol pills that I am taking. It would be nice to warn your viewers that grapefruit is one of the ingredients. Thank you!

I bought 3 bottles of Total Restore recently and still have not opened it. Reading the comments, I am scared to try it. I have lupus, hypertension, and gout. Herma B thinks it works well for her but can’t afford to buy a lot of it. I would be very happy to send them back to you, for you to send them to her free of charge. Just send me a return label for free mailing. If your product can help her problem, it would be nice for her to have these 3 bottles.

Anxiously awaiting better results
I have only used Total Restore for one month and I have had very good results periodically with complete elimination. I’m trying to figure out if my diet causes the poor results, or if I’m not drinking enough water. Hopefully, I can figure out what I can do to achieve the very good results on a daily basis. I have started a daily food chart to see if I notice a pattern.

Small noticeable changes
Feel more energetic after taking morning pills. Definitely cleans out the body. Little nausea and bloating. Only been taking for about a month...still deciding if the cost/benefit makes sense for me to continue.

Not sure how well it is working yet
I am in the process of doing the microbiome diet as well as starting the Restore. I have gone through cancer twice and chemo as well as 5 surgeries and sepsis. I am trying very hard to get my life back and get well again. Things are going slower for me because of the issues but I'm not done yet. I will continue and give it 3-6 months. I have nothing to lose by trying.

The affects on Total Restore after 1 month of use.
I have just finished the first bottle of Total Restore which was a month supply. From the beginning, I have been taking 3 pills each day. The first thing I noticed was about 2 weeks in and that was that it seemed to curb my appetite a bit, but it wasn’t till the 3rd week that it seemed to start to relieve some of the bloating in my stomach, which is why I purchased this product in the first place. I do also suffer from lack of energy as well but have not felt any different in that area from taking the pills. I am staring my 2nd month now and am hoping that it will configure in a greater way of relieving the bloating and bringing up my energy levels!

So far it seems to be helping. Need additional order to continue taking after February.
Trial run at this time. If things remain the same will do a new order for additional 3 months. Started taking on 12/01/2019. Need more time to judge results. Still am hoping things continue to heal and improve. Will know better after on it longer. Would it be dangerous to take more than 3 times a day? Nighttime pain is still occurring and pain increases heartbeats. That happened on doctor-prescribed medicine as well.

My trial period
I’m not so sure that I’m using the product correctly.
It’s indicated to take 3 capsules a day. I started by taking one 3 times daily.
Since I didn’t feel any result, I resulted in taking 3 capsules in the morning with water and at least one hour before my breakfast.
I’m still waiting for the day that I can throw away the Omeprazole forever.
