I feel wonderfully refreshed, after only three days. I feel energized, after recovering from ankle surgery, it's been difficult to maintain my energy levels. But all of a sudden I feel great Inside. I was having difficulty with constipation, and now I'm flowing. Still waiting for my probiotics, can't wait to see the combined results. Thank you Dr. Gundry.

On November 29th, 2019 I took advantage of a special offer for Gundry MD Total Restore. I ordered six bottles for $150. Total Restore was advertised as "The ultimate gut-soothing protection against leaky gut." From day one trying this product, if anything, it made my condition worse, even affecting my ability to sleep. I tried taking only one capsule three times a day, or just one a day, etc. My wife, a registered nurse, also experienced the same discomfort. We both stopped taking the product after less than two weeks.

I was very disappointed and very frustrated. I have been taking vitamins, herbs, and supplements for over 40 years, and this was the most disappointing experience of anything I have ever tried. I have found other similar products that have worked great.

I have five unopened bottles if anyone is interested.

The information in the video made some sense, so I decided to order a trial three-bottle supply for three of us in the family, so to evaluate the results. Both my wife (60 years) and my mother (96 years) experienced an unmentioned and unintended consequence.

Every day for as long as I have known my wife (27 years) every morning she would be congested when she woke up and hacked and spewed for about 15 minutes. I hated it! After taking Total Restore for just two days, she did not wake up congested. It took me several more days before I realized what was different. Hacking and spewing were absent in our house. Oh joy!

I gave my mother a bottle of Total Restore to try out at the same time my wife started taking hers. For mom's entire life her nose would drip nearly constantly. She carried a hanky tucked in her collar all the day to address the drips. After I noticed my wife's change, and about seven days later from when mom started taking Total Restore, I asked her how her nose drip was, since I noticed she did not have her hanky tucked in her collar. When asked, she said her drips stopped on the second day after taking the capsules. She is ever so grateful.

Okay, where do I start? Way back in 1988, the Lord Jesus gave me a word. He told me that He wanted me to become like He was in John 14:30, when the prince of this world came to Him and found nothing in Him he could use against Him to hurt Him with.

Remember, that Jesus laid down His life for us. Satan was only able to kill Him on the cross because the Lord allowed His self to become the Passover Lamb that was crucified for our sin, iniquity, and transgression from the foundation of the world.

Needless, to say, life just went on and my late husband, John, and I went to South Korea in 2011. We were working for a Christian school in Mungyeong-si. My husband was diagnosed with stage four metastasized melanoma the last of October 2014 and he went home to be with the Lord the last of January 2015 in Daegu, South Korea.

I came back to the states in February 2015. From January of 2016 to November 21st, 2018, I was despondent and depressed. I almost committed the sin unto spiritual death and probably would have gone to hell if I had died, because I knew better. I quit going to church, reading the Word of God and praying in tongues. I was in a real mess. I had a 3-year free fall out of the grace of God. But, I am so thankful to the Lord because, I realized the night of November 21st that I had had my idea about ministry, but it wasn't the Lord's, and it had become an idol in my life that stood between the Lord and me. When I repented of this and applied the blood of Jesus to the sin, instantly the grace of God was there for me to forgive my husband for getting out of God's perfect will for His life and the pastor, who had called me into his office in February 1993 and he wounded my soul. I asked the Lord to heal my soul, released the power of God in my soul and the glory light of Jesus. I wasn't offended at anyone anymore.

Now, these days, I am walking in the peace of God and I am no longer taking anti-depressives. I DON'T NEED THEM!

I have been taking the Total Restore once a day and, yes, I feel really great. I have finally come out of the tomb and I am not going in there ever again. PRAISE THE LORD. From here on, it is dwelling in the heights of heaven for me instead of the depths of hell. HALLELUJAH, I have the VICTORY. Glory, be to the Lord forevermore. Amen.

After 25 of having a festering wound in my soul that became bruised when my husband of 32 years of marriage died, I was finally free and Jesus was sitting on the throne of my heart for the first time ever in my life.

Now, I am free to love others and bless them, too. I have a supernatural love in my heart for people and I just want them to have God's best in their lives.

It is so wonderful to notice how joyful life is again.

I really love it. I had maybe two bad days since starting the program. The only thing is I'm on a fixed income and won't be able to buy it every month. I surely can't afford the big quantity, I would like to stay on for one more month. I could just buy like every other month.

Please tell me if buying all three was a mistake or unnecessary. I called the very next day after getting my online receipt and seeing that I spent over $1,000 on my order and I freaked. I immediately called and the customer service representative suggested I keep it because I have three months to return it. I actually lost my sense of time these past few months and saw it was more than three months.

I am confused about its efficacy because I thought it was necessary to use all three products together. Is that true? I would like to know because then it gets to be very expensive. One day I skipped taking my Metamucil and was in terrible pain as Metamucil keeps the stool soft and I was literally going out of my mind from the pain and took a fleet enema. I felt like the heavens and earth opened up as I gave birth to three separate bowel movements (it literally felt like I was giving birth). I will never skip the Metamucil and when I take all three and the Metamucil I do get to go to the bathroom. I am unsure if I get other benefits but I only have bio 3 and Lechtin Shield left. The dosage I should take is in question. Should I take 2 bioX 3 capsules in the morning and 2 at night or all 4 together. Lechtin Shield says to take 2 a day/ And Restore 3 says three a day. I am unsure when to take each one. At this point I am down to my last bottles of Bio 3 and Lectin Shield and do not know if I will reorder or not. I would feel a lot better if someone called me from the company to tell me what each one is doing and if it pays to spend on all 3.

Then the collagen product I saw was not vegan and I did not know if all these supplements were FDA approved. I am confused and scared to change my routine now. I was thinking Bio X3 may be the best because it is good a prebiotic, probiotic and post probotic, I would think. Then there was this one day when I did not take my daily dose of Metamucil and I took all the other 3 products and thought that would be enough. That day I was so miserable because I could not go to the bathroom and had horrible stomach pain. I finally took a fleet enema which I detest taking and I finally went three separate movements. The stool was extremely hard and it felt like I delivered three children. That may sound funny but it was really painful and I had to use a rubber glove and remove it by breaking it up before passing through and risk getting an anal fissure which was a nightmare and I got that in 2011 after a rectal prolapse surgery due to the morphine and pain killers. That lasted 6 months and I had to spend my life in the bath as it was so painful. I went to 6 doctors in New York and bought compound creams costing close to two hundred dollars a jar. I finally looked on the internet and I am not so savvy on the computer and I found a group chat with anal fissure complaints and they were all telling me to buy "Recovery Creme" by Dr. Wheatgrass and they specified that it may not feelm like it is working but do not give up becauwse it can take a few weeks to feela differenc. I used it often and waited and finally, I felt something change for the better so I continued applying this recovery creme for another month and all of a sudden I did not have that pain. It did work and I hope you get the message out top people. Maybe Restore 3 and that creme would work faster but I would not know. My Doctor assured me that although an anal fissure may cause you to feel like you want to die, but it will not cause a person to die. That helped me not one bit.

I would respect Dr. Gundry and your whole team if you got the word out to people looking for a solution to anal fissures. I am left with a thrombotic hemorrhoid and have been applying 2.5% of Proctozone-HC after a movement and had been soaking in a 15-minute bath with Lavender Epsom Saltz but sometimes that helps relieve the pain but does not cure it. My doctor said that some of the procedures can make it worse and another person told me they sort of cut the circulation off to that area by rubber banding it and it falls off because there has been no blood supply to that area. With Coronavirus and all, I have been waiting to look into this more. If you know, or please ask Dr. Gundry his opinion on how to get rid of this thrombotic hemorrhoid. Also, ask him my other questions. Thank you, and if we talk I can give you my phone number. I do not think it is violating the below agreement if I mention the name of the creme for the fissure. If you think it does then take it out of my review. I want people to get the message, and since you said people suffering with anal fissures found relief by using Total Restore then that might be true. I did not know about your company in 2011.

I was having trouble with my gut and I could actually feel my food moving through my colon. It was very painful, and I also have diverticulitis and I could feel it sitting in pockets, so I decided to try Total Restore and after two weeks, I no longer notice any pain. I would have spent more money going to the doctor. And I recommend this to my family.

I have been having problems in my stomach, had a tear in the lining of my stomach, so everything I ate made me sick and nothing was flowing right. Since I've been taking Total Restore, the lining of my stomach has healed. And I changed my diet; I don't eat foods with lectins in them anymore and now I feel GREAT! Everything is flowing properly.

I have been taking Restore for a month now and feel very good using it. I just spent a week away from home and was sure to pack my dosages. I did, however, forget to pack my Synthroid medication of 170 mcg. I haven't missed a beat. If you've ever had that lethargic symptom of a sluggish thyroid, you know that it can be horrible to live without your meds. I have not had hardly any symptoms, which I give credit to the better health by using Restore. I have also finally been able to drop some weight after years of trying everything!

Hi, I just had a procedure in the hospital to have a hernia repaired, around the same time that the Total Restore arrived, so it is hard for me to say how much better I feel yet. I have been taking three capsules a day, so when I get over this procedure, I hope that I have a noticeable improvement. I do believe it has bolstered me up some. I will keep you posted. I have been taking Total Restore for not quite a week, as is someone else in the house. I have noticed my energy level is up and I am not feeling tired all the time. The other person has a chronic illness and he too has more energy. I have stopped taking all other supplements so I will know for sure it is Total Restore that is working.
