Gwynnie Bee has changed my life. I have been with them for almost five years. I have been promoted at work three times during this time because I always dressed like the job I wanted. I have been with GB during most of its growth and GB did hit snags with slow delivery issues at times of transition and holidays. However, I was always compensated and my feedback was taken seriously. I would recommend to keep track of your returns using the USPS app. This service is perfect for folks who change sizes often and love to explore new fashion. Also, it would be great to be able to choose your next shipments. You are more likely to get new collection arrivals shipped all the time and must keep adding clothes to your closet, I have over 500 items in my closet.

I've been using this service for over 2 years and it is the best thing I have ever done for myself. I get between 10-12 outfits (mostly dresses for me) per month. Everyone at work is always asking, "where do you get all the cute dresses!" There is rarely a day I don't get a compliment. I also recently lost a bit of weight. I didn't have to rush out and buy new clothes, I just switched the size in my GB closet. I can't say enough about how I feel about the quality, the look, the price, ease of use- literally, everything is amazing. You won't regret becoming a GB girl!

I’ve had Gwynnie Bee off and on (mostly on) for about 3 years and feel like the service is starting to decline. It is taking much longer for the next shipment to be sent. To the point that I don’t know how much longer I will keep the service. I used to be able to get two shipments a week and now I am lucky if I get one. This is not for a lack of items in my closet because I have over 600 (granted some of them may no longer be available, I wish they would just go away if that was the case or let you know to see if you want to try a different size). For example, this week I "returned" my items on Monday and it is now Friday and they still haven’t sent the next shipment. I see great value in the service as I am losing weight and it minimizes the amount of new clothes I have to buy, but if I am only getting one shipment a week, if that, I don’t know how much longer I can keep the service.

I am a plus size customer who has been on a weight loss journey. I like that I can just resize my online wardrobe as I lose weight. I became ill in 2018 and gained a large amount of weight back, thankfully I was able to just resize my wardrobe up.

I love the idea of trying new styles with no commitment. Thanks to the service I fell in love with styles I would have never tried on in stores.

Shipping to and from my home has been reliable. The customer service has been wonderful. Once or twice my clothing return was lost in the mail. I made Gwynnie Bee aware of the situation by email and it was handled very satisfactorily. I have even been personally called by agents to make sure I was enjoying the service and using the service to its full potential.

Everyone says you should do at least one thing every month to take care of yourself and to be honest, Gwynnie Bee has been that thing for me since 2014.

I literally cannot imagine my life without this membership. Initially, I joined to have a few more work options a month for fancy receptions and the occasional outing with my girlfriends. I've also never been a huge fan of laundry, so the idea that I wear and return without additional work was compelling.

Then I discovered that USPS will pick up the return bags at my door and I was completely sold. Since 2014, I have taken a job that requires near constant travel and Gwynnie Bee is my point of sanity in a crazy world. I return home from trips to new boxes of clothes ready to go and ship off the worn clothes before I board my next flight.

The selection of clothing and brands continues to expand in all the right ways and is a great reminder that plus size clothes don't have to be drab and bulky. They can be fitted, colorful, print and so much more. My sense of style has broadened as I use GB to take risks and try things I would never imagine trying on, let alone buying, in a store. While you can't tell them exactly what you want in your next box, the adding of the priority feature has been helpful in making sure I do get a cocktail dress before my next reception or that I get a nice pair of jeans before my next date.

And the compliments! So many folks have never seen me in the same outfit more than once. Obviously, I'm fancy, right? I have actually purchased clothes through GB as well and that experience is great. Deep discounts and good quality; what more is there to ask for?

I love GB, get the max number of items per month, and have no immediate plans to end my relationship with them. I wish they still did the GB tours with members where we could try on things and have a little shoot. That was such an amazing experience. If there is room for improvement, it is with the tops selection. They could stand to have some trendier options. There should also absolutely be a date night clothing category. The weekend wear is okay but it skews towards daytime farmers market visits.

I originally signed up for Gwynnie Bee to find a dress for a family wedding. I planned to discontinue after the free trial, but I loved the items I received. I've been with them for 7 months now. I have found the clothes to be much more stylish, comfortable and higher quality than my local stores. I have to travel for an hour to find stores with any style and then the selection is so sparse. Gwynnie Bee home delivery has allowed me to shop from home, something I found I really enjoy. I appreciate the different size models in the clothing reviews, this gives me a better idea of how it may look on me. My only complaint is the monthly price of the membership, but I will be honest, I'm cheap. The deals they give on the clothing makes it worthwhile. I have looked at other online clothing services but I love the control Gwynnie Bee gives you in choosing what is sent to your home. I couldn't have it any other way. I’ve loved my Gwynnie Bee subscription for three years now. And I love that they expanded their size range to be inclusive of smaller sizes. I had been sad that I would be sized out as I lost weight, but with the expanded size range I can still use this great service to try new things and experiment with my look. However, the account management experience leaves something to be desired. I think it’s ludicrous that I have to make a phone call to suspend or cancel my account. This is literally the only subscription service I use that I am unable to cancel, suspend, skip months, etc. on my own within the app. It feels like my internet service provider is trying to milk more money from me. Makes for a very unpleasant customer experience.

Not good. I am still having problems seeing anything online. This has been going since April 4th. I don't understand why they can't just reset my whole account? They should not charge me for this service since I cannot make any changes. I cannot add anything or remove items from my closet. I am very upset that this is still going on. It is now April 19th.

I've been with Gwynnie for about 4 years (I think?) and have enjoyed the service. I like that it's a rental program with an option to buy rather than a box where I pick what to buy and send the rest back. I've kept a dress for 3 months and returned it at the end of a season; other items are one and done. I don't keep much in my closet, around 20-25 items tops (I'm on a 5-item at a time plan) because I periodically curate what I've got, get rid of out-of-season items, etc. It helps to ensure that I don't get too many things that I send back without wearing. That said, it does happen sometimes. I find that returning with the app (where I can scan the return mail bar code) helps me get my next box faster.

Renting clothes from Gwynnie Bee changed my life. I had gotten into a rut of wearing fairly dark colors, the colors I thought looked best on me: black, burgundy, purple, green, brown. I thought I dressed pretty well; quirky and put together.

I kept seeing ads pop up for GB, so I finally decided to give it a try. I added dresses to my closet and excitedly waited for my first box to arrive. It contained 3 black dresses, but there were polka dots and flowers. Nothing outside my comfort zone.

Then something happened. I started adding dresses in colors I'd never considered before. Pink! Blue! And it was fun. Fashion should be fun. And I discovered these new colors worked on me and made me smile.

I saw an ad for Gwynnie Bee on Facebook in 2014 and decided to take advantage of the free trial month. When I received my first couple of boxes, I was kind of disappointed. I was unfamiliar with the brands and the size charts were not entirely accurate. I also felt the shipping was slow, so did not continue my subscription.

I am so glad I decided to give it another try! I have been renting consistently since early 2015 and I love it! It does take a while to learn the brands and how they fit. There are certain brands that run large, etc. I have chosen to rent a good amount of items at one time, so it fits my life and I always have something in my closet. If shipping is delayed for some reason, it is not a big deal.

I pretty much exclusively wear dresses and Gwynnie Bee has great variety. There are items appropriate for work and for play. My only wish is that I would be able to designate when I would like to receive a particular item, such as for a special event. I often receive items I have prioritized, but there have been some prioritized items I have never received.

When I first started with Gwynnie Bee, they exclusively carried plus-size clothing. As I continue on my weight loss journey, I was thrilled when GB expanded their sizing to average size clothing as well. There have only been a couple of times in which the size I needed fell between the two and GB did not carry that bridge size.

I hope to start a family within the next year or so and wish GB would offer maternity clothing also. Overall, I love this service and have recommended it to several people. The customer service representatives are quick to respond and are helpful. Customer satisfaction is important to this company and I respect that.

I have been with GB for almost a year now and have very mixed feelings about it. I am planning to cancel before my next renewal.

I have worn many of the items received, and enjoyed them. And I have tried on a lot of styles that I might not have seen in a store. It is fun to get the box and see what I got and even more fun when it fits and I put an outfit together!

Everything I have received has been in great condition and I've gotten some real bargains buying returned items.

But $80 a month is more than I should really spend for the convenience of getting a couple of new pieces to wear for a few days.

Months where I get something dressy, I have to hold on to it until there is a fitting occasion. That means I likely can't get something else that month, so I either don't wear it, or I paid $40 to wear it once.

When I don't like either piece in the box, it feels like I wasted a lot of money just to try two things on.

Part of why it hasn't worked for me is that I can only return things by going to the post office. Sometimes I put it in my car and forget to drop it off - that's my problem, but it often means I only get one box that month.

I also am bothered by all the waste. I get 1-2 boxes a month and they just get recycled (or pile up in my room, oops!). The bag is easy, but I would rather use the box for returns than using creating even more waste with the bag.

Last, check what you have to do to cancel. It really bothers me when companies make it so easy to sign up but hard to cancel. You have to call. And the cancellation takes effect the day you call. So you either lose access you've paid for, or time your call just right to get your full month but not get charged another month.

Overall, I think it's a very interesting service. If the price was a bit lower I would probably continue.

I love that I can wear any of the items as many times as I want and don't have to buy them unless I want to. I would say two things would make the service better - offer some higher end or trendier clothing (maybe there is a $2 item up charge or something) and speed up turn around shipping times. Even if I notify, scan, and ship same day it sometimes takes nearly a week to receive new items.

Finding fashionable, high-quality clothing in plus sizes is challenging under the best of circumstances; living in a state that has yet to open a Lane Bryant makes it even worse. Gwynnie Bee allows me to pick out items that appeal to me and then test them out in the real world without the risk of spending a lot of money on an outfit that only gets worn once. Great in the fitting room and great on the street are two wildly different things, especially in harder to fit sizes. Gwynnie Bee allows me the freedom to try out styles that I’m less certain will fit/flatter me, and that has lead to some happy discoveries. I did the free month trial, I received two dresses quickly and did enjoy wearing them. However, they aren't as nice as other services like Rent the Runway - just your average dresses that you can find at a mall or TJ Maxx. They charged my card for the free trial, and I had to get in touch with someone because it wasn't clear when I signed up. I didn't know I could ship things back for more than 2 items in a month. The communication of the service needs work.

Lastly, I bought a dress on sale. Not one that I had out on loan, but through a flash sale they had on dresses. The dress was advertised as "floral two tone belted dress." I ordered the dress on April 4. I hadn't heard anything about shipping in about a week. Given the quick shipment for the rental items, it seemed odd. Then I was told to check back in if it hadn't shipped by the 16th. I emailed again, it was shipped on April 17. 13 days between? Not ideal. I open the package, and the "belted" dress comes with no belt. It's clear in the photos there is a belt and there are two belt loops on the dress. I've emailed to remedy the situation, but just bad customer service.

Hope they improve because it seems like it could be a cheaper, basic alternative to Rent the Runway, but just beware.
