Lectin Shield

There were certain foods that I enjoyed that never agreed with me. Potatoes are probably my favorite food that I had to avoid, tomatoes and quinoa were others! I thought maybe it was the starch or gluten until I read about lectins. I bought Lectin Shield and I was skeptical, but it works. I take it every day to avoid stomach discomfort from foods with lectins...there are a lot, too many to successfully avoid and have a normal diet.

I have used this for three weeks and have traveled extensively. I can tell by a neuropathy increase when I forget! A late dose calms it right down. But it is not quite as good if I remember and take it before I start to eat.

I have been using Lectin Shield for two weeks. I wanted to give it a go after reading Dr. Grundy's material on its effects of lectin in your body. I am totally surprised how it has made me feel in my complete self, I wake feeling much more energized to start the day, I don't feel uncomfortable (that bloating feeling) after meals, and I am much happier in my moods. It is still early, yet but I'm very happy with the result I'm having.

Lectin Shield has helped with bathroom issues regulated bloating gas. My joints are not as sore and have little more energy. Very good product. I have told people what I am taking and putting a good word out. I want to thank Dr. Gundry, he has put me on a road of helping me out with my health.

I am just recovering from a surgery on December 13, 2018 and the shipment of Lectin Shield arrived after I was home for a couple of days. I had been on hormone therapy (androgen deprivation therapy), which was putting some weight on, but mostly I was noticing a shifting from chest and face to my midsection! We had been following the Plant Paradox diets and were feeling better from that, but the ADT had stymied any further weight loss, and I wasn't feeling quite as good going into surgery. We found the Lectin Shield helped us through the Christmas season and now that I am in recovery and off the ADT treatments, I am feeling like I have to take care from doing too much before the healing is complete in 4 to 6 weeks. I am a new man, looking for ways to tone muscles and trim my waistline again! Look out world!

Lectin Shield has been a great product for me. Before I started taking Dr. Gundry products, my stomach never felt settled. In fact, it made me think if I just ate more it would quiet down. It turns out that wasn't the problem.

Now my body feels more "balanced." I even sent my sister-in-law some of the product for Christmas as she has struggled for years with leaky gut. Here was the reply I got just this morning:

I have been a single dad for over 10 years. I learned to cook at an early age and have been cooking daily since then. I have custody of my children every other week, so I am responsible for them. As such, I have prepared meals for them and myself believing I was cooking healthy foods to keep us all healthy. I did not know or realize the problems that lectin can cause in your diet. I also did not realize how many different foods contain lectin or the amounts in the food I prepared. Until I began to read the information put out by Dr. Gundry and also follow up research from different sources, I prepared a number of dishes that were Lectin rich. I had begun to experience bloating, acid reflux and discomfort a few years back, without realizing what it was. My doctor could not tell me why I had the acid reflux, discomfort or bloating.

By happenstance, I found Dr. Gundry's page that had a video explaining the leaky gut syndrome, and I have never looked back. I have ordered a number of his products and Lectin Shield was one of them. Since I have started Lectin Shield, I have found that I have not experienced the acid reflux, bloating or discomfort I have dealt with for a number of years. I have and will continue to pass on his information to family and friends and hope they read up on his products and take the same chance I did. I believe they will achieve the same benefits I have.

I use it mainly when I go out to eat since I’m not sure if the vegetables are organic or the fish is wild caught. It has helped me to maintain my weight loss. I have told all of my friends about The Plant Paradox way of living. I had a heart attack on Christmas Eve, and I went to see my primary doctor this week and he said it was a great way of living for my heart.
