Lectin Shield

I am 92 years old (young really), still have a few marbles left, still driving generally, enjoying life. Now, what do I thank for my condition? Perhaps my doctor, perhaps my mental attitude, or is it Lectin Shield, or maybe the daily dose of Emu Oil caps. Or Omega Advanced maybe, even daily Turmeric. Whatever it is, I am great for 92, and I do think Lectin Shield comes up the winner, that's my belief, and I am sticking to it.

Hmm. Well, I have not gained any weight. Maybe lost a couple of pounds. I am experiencing constant diarrhea...but I think it is fat coming off. My appetite has diminished, which is a good thing. I just wish I could lose weight. I am at least 70 lbs overweight and have problems with my knees and hip. I also have this pouch of fat below my navel that I would love to get rid of. That would let me get smaller waist pants.

I was worried about Christmas dinner at my brother's house. In the past I would eat non-stop, and come away feeling full and bloated, and mad at myself for overeating.

From my personal experience, Lectin Shield is an excellent product for minimizing and preventing the impact of lectins. I keep one bottle in the car and one at my home. I take it on the occasional times that I may be exposed to lectins. The bottle in the car is the best because it is when I eat out or am at a social gathering and do not have control over all the ingredients in the food, which is when I can be unknowingly exposed to lectins. I always have them with me for the occasional time I need them, and my body will tell me the next day if I had been exposed and had not taken the Lectin Shield (my lower back aches very badly, something I used to think was due to age and physical activity until I went lectin-free and it went completely away!).

Hi, I've been really struggling with weight and I found both Lectin Shield and Deborah Murtagh Keto diet online about the same time. I was pretty sure Keto would work, however, all the vegetables that are low in carbs seem to be high in lectins, so at the moment I'm taking the Lectin Shield and eating on the Keto diet and I've been on it for five days and I've lost 1.4 kg so far. For me, that is amazing as I have tried very hard to lose weight and as soon as I got over 40 I found it very difficult, even though I had success when I was younger with diets and had lost significant amounts of weight. I've noticed I am not hungry and I am more alert and I generally feel better. I'm not sure which product to attribute it to, but I suppose it's some combination of both.

I am a ketogenic eater, I aim for 80% fat, 20% protein and as few a carbs as possible. I have given up most food with sugar in them. I like tomatoes, and some other nightshades and with Lectin Shield can have them in limited amounts and not feel guilty. Eating healthy is my primary goal. As a cancer survivor, that is very important to me.

I can tell an almost immediate result after taking my Lectin Shield.

I am less bloated and suspicious that I am slimming down.

Today I even told my husband about the product when we were eating lunch together and he was trying to pick the tomato seeds out of the tomato to avoid lectin. He is trying the product and I believe he will be pleasantly surprised.

I haven’t used the product long but I am convinced I don’t want to be out eating and not have it available. I’m looking forward to even better results as I continue using Lectin Shield.

As mentioned today is only my second day but I found Primal Plants a bit unusual in taste, but I can just add to it Total Restore. I hope it works because of my age, 80 in six weeks. Also, I would like information on type two diabetes, which I have, but I can certainly send a further update after a further three weeks of use of these products.
