I do not like how you make it hard to get a prescription sent to my local pharmacy and push your much much more expensive pills. Hard to recommend to friends due to that.

I think some of the qualifying questions could use more explanation so people make the right choice or do not lie.

I think this is a great option for anyone without insurance or with not so great coverage. However, for the Depression/Anxiety membership, I think more can be done to make it more personalized. Though the doctors and nurse practitioners are all qualified and knowledgeable, it didn’t sit right with me to see a different healthcare professional every time. I’m new to managing my mental health with medication, and I now realize the importance of sticking with one good mental health professional or doctor for the management of prescriptions. It can be disorienting to see a different individual every visit and it’s hard to really track progress, regardless of if every doctor has access to your records.

With that being said, prescriptions were mailed promptly and I liked that the pharmacy was accessible for questions. As most of the previous reviews have stated, this is a great option for treating minor health issues when it can be difficult to get an appointment with a local doctor especially during the pandemic.

I LOVE the NP I spoke with who made me feel comfortable and not judged. She was very empathetic. She also listened and gave me options for my care plan. The options were something that I very much appreciated! Overall AMAZING!

I work in the healthcare field and right now taking time off to see doctors just isn't possible and it's very costly. I love that Lemonaid allows me to get the medications I need and quality doctor care from the convenience of my own home and that messaging is unlimited. I do wish that talk therapy was also offered but I'm still very happy with them and will continue to be a customer.

So far I really like the company. Just moving along with no set insurance yet combined with needing my old prescription - they were beyond helpful and available in my state! I had used Pill Club which when I started was great then led to no customer service so I decided to switch but every company hadn’t been available in my state except this amazing company.

I’ve been using Lemonaid for a few years and still enjoy the service. I most recently spoke to Trisha, a nurse practitioner, about refilling a prescription and she was so helpful and understanding to my needs. All of my questions were answered and Trisha even took the time to send me a coupon code to help lower my prescription cost at the pharmacy.

Lemonaid is great for what it is...a quick virtual visit for non-emergency related health and illnesses. I still do use them even though I am fully insured. At the moment, nothing else compares to Lemonaid with the exception of HeyDoctor or now known as GoodRx Care. Lemonaid still lacks STD/HIV tests and their app structure is confusing at first. They push their subscription model but on certain visits, you can absolutely opt-out for prescription delivery and instead, have it sent to your local CVS. This part is just a little tricky for the first-time user or the uninformed. The level of care you will receive whether you see an actual doctor in-person or virtually, varies, so I cannot base my review by this. But with that being said, keep in mind Lemonaid is an express service (but aren't all doctor visits express nowadays?).

They are getting one star off because their referral system is terrible. I had referred a family member that had used my code but I have yet to receive my referral prize. And when asked about it, I never got a response. It's too bad because I know several people I would have potentially referred them to.

To sum things up, Lemonaid is still in my opinion, one of the top 5 online clinics out there. They are certainly, however, not unmatched and the others are just as competitive when it comes to general health.

From the first call, the initial call back and video call the service customer service and sales were great, knowledgeable, and useful. The PA that called me back and did my interview was very knowledgeable in the customers' needs. I feel 100% satisfied with all services and customer relations.

This service is greatly appreciated. I am able to see a doctor via video and obtain an Rx more quickly than I can through my regular doctor's office. Doctor consultation is just $25, and then my Rx is at the pharmacy within an hour!

I was looking for walk-in clinics in my area so I could get an antibiotic to help fight my infection. While reviewing online and not having health insurance, the office visit co-pay was a big part of my search. So while doing my research and reviewing companies I came across "Lemonaid Health." I downloaded the app from my phone to review the app as well as the reviews I read online. As I narrowed my decisions down, I decided to give Lemonaid Health a try. What do I have to lose? If I don't like it, I can always look elsewhere.

To my surprise, the app was very easy to use and informative. I sent my info through and shortly after, I reviewed a message that they were ready for my video chat. I completed the video chat through there app since my phone does not have video chat on it. The nurse practitioner reviewed some things with me for verification and reviewed my symptoms. She was very straightforward, not leaving me with any questions or concerns. Mind you I've never had any health problems before, so this process made me very nervous.

Now as the process has been completed, the video chat was only a few minutes, and the prescription was already sent over to the pharmacy of my choice. I have already been notified by them, that my script is ready for pickup. All of this was completed within less then an hour. Stress-free while I sat at my desk at work not missing pay from work. I think this is perfect for those with minor health problems and that can be easily treated. I would most definitely refer to this app again if ever I am put in this situation again!

Just wow! I had a simple UTI but didn’t want to pay the $100 office visit to urgent care. So I tried Lemonaid Health. Yes, it was really only $25. It’s super quick and simple to sign up and took about 5 minutes to answer simple symptom/health questions.

Immediately after the questionnaire, I was connected to a doctor here in my own state through video chat on my iPhone. I think my wait time was 6 minutes. He was super friendly and asked me a few questions. Let me know what medication he would be prescribing me and how to take it. He then verified the pharmacy I had chosen and sent it in. The physician sent me a confirmation message reiterating the medication and attached a link for coupons for various different pharmacies for my medication (I filled mine at Walgreens). I clicked to redeem the coupon and showed the pharmacy when I picked up my prescription, and it literally saved me $26 on my antibiotic! I will DEFINITELY be using Lemonaid Health again.

I have used them for about two years on birth control refills and just today for UTI Rx. It used to be only for three months, but the last time I found it's now a one year refill. You also get to video chat with doctor or NP, so you get a personal touch. Why go sit in an office for up to an hour waiting to be seen for 5 minutes tops. I just got what I figured was a UTI (first time) and knew I would need antibiotics so of course, I went to Lemonaid. From start to video visit, it maybe took 10 minutes, and my script will be sent to the pharmacy I chose within 15 minutes after visit. Of course, if I felt I needed to be seen in person, I'd go, but when all you need is a simple prescription this is the best way ever!

I was nervous giving this a shot with all the scams out there, but I had my online appointment, we discussed prior treatments, blood pressure, general health, and came up with a plan. Now I get a month (or maybe a little less than a month's worth of pills if everything goes normally) for less than my old prescription of 4 pills with a huge copay. It's now delivered in 2-3 days after requesting a refill, couldn't be any easier. Thank you!
