I got this product around a year ago and it has decreased the intense lower back cramps that I get during my period. I sometimes have to take off work or not make it to classes due to how bad my cramping is, but Livia has changed that for me. I just throw it in my bag once I get any signs of my period and it is there when I need it. I have worn it at school, work, and everywhere I go. The clip on the back allows you to hook it on the side of your pants and it is super discreet. I love it!

I have Endometriosis and my doctor has only ever wanted to prescribe narcotics for my pain. Since I would always refuse she would then tell me, "heating pad and Motrin." That never touched the pain. I looked into Livia and got the subscription. I thought what the heck, let’s give it a shot. I am so happy I did because as soon as I got it and tried it, all the pain went away. This little thing sticks on with gel electrode pads that don’t leave your skin sticky. The unit clips to your pants. It is so discreet, I wear it to work with my scrubs. My pain is gone. It’s so nice living pain-free.

So Livia must be one of the best things that I have found. I don't have period pain every time but when I do, Livia is here to help. And it almost constantly takes the pain away. And even with a normal stomachache, it helps too. So my partner has tried it also and he likes it too.
