False advertising

Be VERY careful with this company. They will continue to bill you forever. Slimy fine print that they don't tell you about and shows up on the product. Customer service is absolutely no help, keep repeating the same rhetoric over and over!

Customer service doesn't call you back.

Trial offer is a HOAX. Don't order from them ever!

Horrible billing and customer service!

They constantly overbilled my credit card and could never locate me in their records. Finally, I canceled my credit card and told them they ONLY way I would pay them is by check or Gift Card.

It really is a shame because my skin is allergic to EVERYTHING, and this stuff works wonderfully for me, but NEVER again will I let them bill me! Horrible customer service!

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Customer service terrible

I have had no luck for over a month now. The first machine did not work. The second machine was different, sent without tube or stylists.

I sent emails and got one reply to three. They just wanted to charge me more for the second machine, even though they sent the wrong one with me not being able to use it.

I will try again and then will be calling my credit card company to handle it and get my money back.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Misleading at best, criminal at worst

The order I placed was:

1) Incomplete, preventing me from utilizing my trial period of 30 days, which really was less than a week.

2) Missing item still has not arrived, so I'm out of time.

3) The original order was too slow to arrive, leaving me only a few days instead of the trial of 30 days to try it out.

4) The rep lied and said no additional product would be sent to me before two months, it's on its way now.

5) They do not return phone calls.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Love!

I absolutely love my system! Yes, it is pricey! I only use it on special occasions and date nights with my husband. You can totally control when you want your refills to be delivered. Customer service has always been quick to resolve any issues. I had received two broken bottles of foundation at two different times. They replaced both bottles without hesitation! So the bottom line is, if your funds don't allow you to go with their suggestion, then they will set up a plan to suit you personally.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Do not buy

In all reality, they make you pay like $150 for the machine, and the makeup comes off once you start sweating and if you're in the rain it looks like your face is melting off!

Honestly, Walmart makeup stay-on way better than this stuff, let alone they do not have your exact side they only ask if your light, medium or dark. Then they give you two bottles between whatever you picked, and the shade doesn’t match your skin tone.

Rip off

They bill you more than they say they will. Customer service is non-existent. The product did not go with skin color. They sent and billed for things not requested. This company is the worse company I have ever bought anything from. Save your money and buy makeup at Ulta or Beauty Brands or Walmart. It is so much better. Only buy from them if you want to throw money away. This company is a scam.

Total waste, pushy salespeople

I originally ordered this for my daughter and I. Make sure you cover your hair and clothes, as it goes everywhere. We were able to eventually limit the makeup to our faces, but it's almost impossible to put this on evenly. We both felt like we were wearing masks, didn't hide my daughter's scar, and defined my wrinkles. Bad enough that it was $370, if you try to return it, you are responsible for return shipping, and a 20-25% restocking fee, hard to understand operators, numerous holds, etc. It took me three months to get my $290 back. And even though I canceled my account, it continued. I was sent additional shipments and billed for those. Now a year later out of the clear blue, another starter kit arrives! It has taken me three weeks once again, long holds, I am so done with this company!

Misleading charges

I purchased the product via a commercial which stated a $39 price. A month later after $42 was taken, I received my product minus the free gift (it was out of stock). A month after that a charge for $36.72 was charged to my card. I called the number and was told the product was actually $131 and the first charge wasn't the price (although it says that), it was the first payment. Of course, they refunded all my charges and gave me a 30-day free trial and if I like it I can start the three payments. This is clearly a "make you buy our product" scam.

Rude customer service lady

Well, my package was returned today due to that fact I had put a PO Box address on it. The system allowed it to be put there. So my package was returned. I paid for the 2-day shipping and called to get my refund. I got into an argument with the lady about getting my money back and to have another package sent. I requested a supervisor after argument. The floor supervisor said they had to receive the package back into the warehouse before they could send me my package, in meantime, they have my money and are withholding my package. Now, mind you, it takes 5 days for them to get it back to their warehouse. Why is no one looking at the orders before they are going out? They know their process and that FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. How am I supposed to know it's coming until the email. Really.

Not a happy camper!

I ordered the Luminous Air product in December, before my son's wedding. When I started working with it, I found that it required much more physical product than the two drops they recommended. The makeup was 'cakey and dry' on my skin, and after a couple of weeks, I decided it was not going to work for me. I called to return it, and the sales rep suggested I try a different type of foundation and offered to send it. She said many women like this product better, which begs the question, "why send us the first cakey product at all?"

I tried the new make up and didn't like either the texture or the color match and decided the whole airbrush experience wasn't for me. I called to get return instructions and did exactly as they required, and asked to be discontinued as a customer. They credited my card for $42.94. Great! But the next month, another charge on my credit card. When I called, they told me my request came in too late to stop the billing (conveniently, for them).

The next month, another billing! I called again, and the rep told me that they couldn't stop my membership without a tracking number from the shipment I sent back (they didn't tell me they needed the tracking number when I called for return information). She assured me that I wouldn't get another billing.

Guess what? This month, another billing! I called again, and they said they have no record of me returning the product, so I needed to pay this final payment to complete the 3-month payment schedule. I gave this rep the name of the rep and the date I called the previous month, and he said, "she must have given you inaccurate information" WHAT? He said they still had no way of knowing if I sent the product back (check your warehouse!)

I tracked my credit card statements and "no," they did not give me credit for the trial period. I don't know if they are a reputable company when they are lying to their customers. I am SO DONE with them. Very frustrated and disappointed.
