My mother ordered this for me as a gift, and all this time she thought she had paid $29.99 for it. She noticed about six months later that these scammers had been billing her $68.99 every single month! To top it off, I never received anything! Now the "company" is giving her a hard time trying to get her money back. Ugh, unbelievable!

Would I recommend this? The answer is HECK NO! Scammer alert! THIEVES.

This is such a scam! The makeup is so crappy, my wrinkles came out more than ever, it made a shiny oily look, it takes forever to clean the machine, and they even want you to take it apart after every use, but I couldn't get it apart! And it's so time-consuming. I thought finally something to hide my defects? NOT AT ALL! It's blotchy, runny, shows blackhead pores, wrinkles, freckles, and it looks so fake! It made me look WORSE.

I CANNOT BELIEVE I fell for such a scam! And an EXPENSIVE scam at that! And you can't even get ahold of customer service. And if it was so great, how come there is only one operator taking calls to order? I got the same guy every time I tried calling to complain, and he just hung up on me every time!

I have not used it, but when I tried to cancel the order, they refused to refund my credit card. Horrible products. Customer service was very rude. I had to call over and over again. Not anything good to say about them.

I bought this makeup on December 3, 2017, and returned it within the 30-day trial period. Today is March 13, 2018, and still no refund.

I called to inquire why and was told that if you return it during the trial period, you don't get a refund. In order to get a refund, I would have had to hold on to it past the trial period, which makes no sense other than they would have been able to bill me for a monthly installment so more money to them. The total cost to me was $42.55; $26.80 for the "trial" and $ 15.75 to return it by UPS.

I have sensitive skin and this product made my face itch, otherwise, I would not have returned it. I'm happy for all those women who had a good experience with their product, but as you can see, mine was very negative. I hope posting this educates the public on their horrible business practices, as a reputable company would have returned my money.

I responded to their advertisement for a special offer and a 30-day free trial. Before receiving my shipment, due to financial difficulties, I had to cancel the order. When the box came in, I called the company and got an RA number which is required to return the product. I returned the box unopened back to the company through USPS on January 4th. Since then they have charged my credit card five times for a product that I don't even have. Their "free trial" has now cost me over $150.00 and I have had to close my credit card to keep them from charging me further fees. Customer Service and the whole experience has been a nightmare.

My advice to anyone considering dealing with Luminess Air is to RUN the other way and don't look back.

I looked at this system, based on the "dramatic" results on TV. I decided no, but my guy knew I had expressed interest, so he bought it for me. Ladies, read the small print. This costs a bundle, and it just keeps on costing. While I thanked Jack for the gift, we both decided it did nothing that L'Oréal True Match did not do ($7 every two months). This is a rip off, preying on our vanities. I am 63, and wrinkles notwithstanding, I am still beautiful to the people who matter. Forget this crap. Focus on what really makes you beautiful, and ladies, it isn't makeup.

Buyer beware. This experience has been a NIGHTMARE. DON'T BUY THIS.

In January 2019 I ordered the machine and makeup...somehow got an older machine, not the one I ordered. Returned it in February...got the right machine. In March I canceled and mailed machine back. I didn't like the makeup. Not the right colors. Machine and makeup not worth the money. Since March I have been trying to get my refund. It's now May 14, 2019. I still don't have my refund but money comes out of my account EVERY MONTH for products that I DON'T HAVE. I have called the post office in my home town plus Texas where Luminess Air is located. No one is helping me...keep getting the runaround.

I'm out over $240.00 for something I don't even have. RIDICULOUS.

DO NOT ORDER THIS. Customer service is AWFUL. Been told money will be refunded in 3 to 5 days 3 times. Been 2 months...10 phone calls...nothing.

The order I placed was:

1) Incomplete, preventing me from utilizing my trial period of 30 days, which really was less than a week.

2) Missing item still has not arrived, so I'm out of time.

3) The original order was too slow to arrive, leaving me only a few days instead of the trial of 30 days to try it out.

4) The rep lied and said no additional product would be sent to me before two months, it's on its way now.

5) They do not return phone calls.

So I absolutely love the product. However, I am retired and do not use enough for a monthly or even bi-monthly shipment. I have canceled this 3 times. Once by phone call, once by mail. I know they received it because I received a refund. I received another shipment after that. I returned on my dime with a letter. Received credit. I just received another shipment. The aggravations are not worth it. I have a dear friend who uses it and the same type of issues. Get it together Luminess!

The moisturizer they sent me was moldy and caused hives all over my face. Customer service was horrible; they did not seem concerned and refused to refund my money! The airbrush is a cheap excuse and does not work as stated.

I actually like the product, but they set you up with little information. You need to read the fine print where it's not $19.99, it is over $100.00 because after 30 days they start billing payments and sending out product.
