This is a totally scam company, money-hungry, not being true to their words...I will never give up if you guys don't refund my money or never exchange it. I will report you guys wherever we meet. I'm in the Washington DC area and I would never EVER recommend your platform...if you spread untrue in your platform it will ruin your company.

I am 60, successful, internet-savvy. Ask for a refund? You have to choose from 6 cats with 6 more subs. On hold forever. Claim they will call back or just call back later to be on hold forever again. They say go to an icon to chat. No such icon exists on any page, I checked 30 of them. They say to contact one of our friendly staff members, click here. Each one sent you to the customer web support form. I was skeptical when I first signed up and then only got several more solicitations to spend more money. Basically, it’s like every other infomercial.

I love Mindvalley and have been a student for over three years. Any complaint I have had was addressed and solved to my standard. I enjoy the approach and the style they use to teach. They bring in the top teachers in the fields and keep up with a fresh course all of the time. We are evolving the human race by creating a new education model, one that teaches soft skills, happiness, and success through finding your purpose. I highly recommend them to everyone searching for a new outlook, an answer to life's questions, happiness, success, and being the best and most they can do.

I have seen some negative reviews, so I thought I would chime in with my personal experience. I ordered the Duality Course with Jeffery Allen through Mindvalley, and the course is absolutely wonderful. It's easy to follow and Jeffery is a great, humble teacher. The course is very professionally put together. There are workbooks, review/recaps, and they have even thought through things like extracting the meditations onto a separate page to make them easier to find later. The course is slow and steady, allowing you to learn at your own pace. I highly recommend this course. The only negative thing I would say is that they send far too many emails once on the mailing list.

This website offers a range of personal development programs in collaboration with the best experts in their fields. There is also so much free information readily shared with the purpose of raising the consciousness of our planet. I highly recommend signing up if you are a person who believes that you can help make the world a better place by first working on developing your own self. Who doesn't want to live in a world that is loving, with a full understanding that we are all intricately connected and that our actions impact everyone we come into contact with? I know that I am in the process of becoming more knowledgeable, therefore more aware of my responsibilities and my contribution to the planet. I no longer want to live my life as an island unto myself. I feel like I am at the starting point of a very exciting personal journey that I have been searching for my whole life. Thank you Vishen! A friend always said to me, when the pupil is ready, the teacher will come. Looking forward to all the interesting, thought-provoking and challenging courses that will come my way.

Do not waste your money. MV has decided to make everything automated. Good luck talking to a person or having someone respond to you. Everywhere you try to connect tells you to go somewhere else automated. It seems the only place they respond is here. Everything is marketing hype. Used to be different. They used to connect with people. No more...Their chat button doesn’t work. You click it and it blocks where you are supposed to type. They don’t respond to Messenger. They tell you to use the chat button (which doesn’t work). They are targeting the 20-year-olds now who don’t know yet that they are being fooled. Hopefully they will look here and see these reviews. My guess is that MV will not be in business 10 years from now. They got caught up in their own hype. It’s a circus now. Too bad, they had a good thing in the beginning. They did refund my money after I canceled but the entire experience was a joke. Really unprofessional. If you don’t want to connect with people and want everything automated, then don’t have a platform that’s all about connecting with people. Enough said...

I've been following MindValley since 2010, and currently own over 10 programs purchased through MindValley Academy. Each of these programs added something special & transformational into my life. The experience with MindValley community, especially with their friendly Support Team, was nothing but the best experience I ever came across elsewhere. Just grateful.

I have been a member of Mindvalley for several years. Their customer service is absolutely the best. The courses offered on are very extensive. For me, personal growth is of the utmost importance. I never have a problem finding courses to suit my needs. I highly recommend Mindvalley Academy.

I recently completed the Marisa Peer Rapid Transformational Hypnotherapy for Abundance 30 day series starting Dec. 10, 2018. The quality of Marisa's teaching and guidance was phenomenal. Vishen's hosting of Marisa for the free introductory masterclass was exceptional and offered a compelling preview of the course content. Her method of discovering and neutralizing the unconscious root causes of the self-sabotaging beliefs and obstacles most of us experience was powerful and transformative. I recommend this education with the highest praise to everyone motivated enough to take action to improve your life and maximize your ability to personally make a difference on our planet.

After watching another free masterclass, I just signed myself up for Vishen's newest Quest for Personal Mastery featuring Srikumar Rao. I am expecting a transformative experience to accelerate my own path to bringing my own unique gift to the planet.

I just discovered that Mindvalley's U.S. office is only 30 miles away from me in Beaverton, Oregon near Tektronix. I will drop in next time I'm in the area and say Hi to whoever is holding down the fort. Someday I will meet Vishen...and maybe even become the first out-of-this-world Mindvalley presenter one day.

I purchased Christie Sheldon's program, paid $249 but I didn't get any program. Trying for the last 2 days but there is no customer support...no call center....to get any support from them. Any online-based business has at least some customer care service...

There are just a few pre-defined questions on the name of customer support...what if the issue is outside of those questions?

This site pays a huuuuge amount of money on advertising but there is not a single name for customer care. Even after trying hard with there so-called customer service I still got no support from the Mindvalley team.

They seem to be fraud to me...who just took my money and vanished.
