After about two and a half weeks using this product, I am having fairly severe abdominal pain that feels like a cross between cramps, hunger, and heartburn, and I have also experienced some nausea.

I really wanted this product to work because I have had ongoing problems with constipation and bowel movements for quite some time.

I started intermittent fasting before a few months before taking this to manage my weight and have lost around 20lbs. At first, I was doubtful as to what the incremental benefit I'd get from taking this product since I already had a regular routine of going to the bathroom every day and "eliminating." Having said that, I always wanted to achieve a healthy gut since there were still times that I felt bloated and had a lot of "backup." Hence, I decided to try this out. My first real meal of the day is usually during noon time so calorie wise, my daily food intake is just enough for the day. After taking Morning Complete, I can definitely feel lighter down in my digestive area with bloating gone!

This is the first thing I always take during the day and from experience, I could say that drinking it gives me the boost in energy that I need because I'm always on the go with managing a busy schedule.

Overall, this product is definitely something I'd recommend to people who want to have a healthier gut and have an easier and lighter feeling throughout their day. The only criticism I'd give, if any, is that it would be great if the powder dissolved much faster since a lot of times, there is still some residue left after I drink a whole glass of it (I usually mix it in water under room temperature).

I've not really been a big fan of green drinks to date, however, after trying Morning Complete, I've changed my opinion. The taste is very palatable, and it mixes easily and thoroughly in all liquids. The inclusion of prebiotics in the mix is also a favorable component. It is a bit pricey by the time I receive it in Canada (with exchange/shipping/duty), but as with most things, quality does cost a bit more.

I try to stay on a clean diet. Morning Complete has helped me to stay focused, and my body is regular and ready for the rest of my day. I have energy throughout the day with no more lows.

This was my first order and when I opened the container, it was 3/4 of the way empty. I am hoping this is a mistake, waiting to hear back from customer service. Anyway - I did try it and I was surprised how good it tasted added to my lemon water. Can’t say I feel any overall change due to my limited exposure but if the other thing is rectified, I will continue. If not - going to be returned. This item is way too expensive for such a small amount.

I have been taking the Morning Complete for a week now and I have already seen improvements. More balanced bathroom habits, less bloating in my stomach, more energy, and I do not get as hungry in between meals. It has a mild flavor and mixes easily. I am a Holistic Health Practioner and Reiki Master. I always recommend products that have worked for me or my clients. I believe that Morning Complete will be added to my new recommendation list.

I was extremely disappointed in the customer service and return policy. I was told I could not have this product and called prior to my product being shipped, I was told basically sorry, it’s already going to be shipped and I was going to be responsible for the return shipping when it arrived! Paying over $20 to return a product that I can’t even have is like burning that $20 with a match. This aggravated me because I was told the product hasn’t left the warehouse.

I was really hoping this product would live up to all the hype, but I'm sad to say it did not. First, it was disappointing from the get-go, finding the jar was large enough for triple the amount of powder supplied. What a waste of plastic...I would think someone who cares about the environment like Maggie Q does, would ensure her products are packaged in a more eco-friendly manner. Second, the taste is horrible. I understand that everyone has their own taste and sure, some people may love it, I'm just not one of them. I can barely get the stuff down every morning. Third, and most importantly, it makes me bloat to the point of looking pregnant. Yes folks, pregnant. I sent my Mom a picture jokingly and she truly thought I was four months pregnant...not exactly a look I’m going for. I hope this product works for some people but I'm just not in that group.

I am so disappointed. Really wanted to believe the positive reviews - I was so motivated I bought a 3-month supply. First few days I noticed more energy and a feeling of fullness. By the second week, I became bloated and constipated. Now cramping. I won’t be using the product and don’t want to pay a lot of money to return. Very disappointed.

I’m so happy to have found Morning Complete by ActivateYou. It took about a week to see the benefits, but now I can’t live without it. I usually drink it first thing when I wake up in the morning but have at times added it to my morning protein smoothie.

This product was not good for me and my gut issues. I feel they talked me into buying 3 bags and said returning would be no problem. Just try it for 3 months they said. Well, I did, and now I can't get in touch with them for a refund. I don't want to think I was ripped off.
