I am pleased to say that I have achieved my purpose. I have been able to lower the daily consumption of medications for gastritis to strictly when necessary (once a week or less).

As for weight management, I have not seen any significant changes since other inflammatory health conditions and medications that add inflammation to my body. It makes me a bit difficult to define the true results.
