I started using BIO X4 about a year ago. I lost 35 pounds. I drank 16 oz of water before each meal and exercise (ride my bike) every day (except winter ) and ate three meals a day with a total calorie intake of 2000. Because of a snowy cold winter, and a strained muscle in my left leg, I wasn't able to exercise following my normal routine. But, I have been able to maintain my weight by just using the BIO X4 and limiting my calories to 2000 per day. This is the first time I have been under 200 pounds during the holidays and thru winter for 20 years.

Now that my muscle has almost healed and summer is here, I plan on my normal exercise routine of biking six out of seven days per week. My plan in using BIO X4 is to lose another 8-10 pounds by fall.

So, I listened to the video Dr. Amy had on the internet. I liked the fact that this product was easy to digest and I didn't have to make a smoothie or something odd to get the benefits of BIO X4.

When I first started taking it I was religious, and I lost weight immediately. Not as much as I need, so I'm still working on it! It works if you take it correctly. I have been forgetting the five minutes before you eat. Duh, it's not hard, but I still take it when I realize I forgot it. It still works, bit I think not as well. Maybe it's just me!

So all in all, I LOVE this product and the probiotics and the Bone broth! I love the fact that Dr. Amy keeps in touch also, it makes me feel like there is someone making sure I'm doing it right!

I have lost 36 pounds over a five-month period. No dramatic weight loss, just a solid steady 1.5 pound a week average. I have combined taking BIO X4 along with a better diet and walking daily. I cannot say 100% that BIO X4 is the reason for the weight loss; however, I can't say that it is not the reason either.
