I have taken many different probiotics in the past. I have had the best results with BIO X4. It does take that the two-month adjustment period in the beginning to get the full results. I always had issues with dairy and wheat, but with BIO X4 I can eat them daily. This is a great product, and I would highly recommend it.

I am still taking it and will continue to. I started it in the middle of January 2017 because I have MS and needed the energy it was said to give. The weight loss and sugar cravings were a bonus. I also ordered the bone broth which I love the taste of! I have been quite discouraged lately because my weight has not moved since March. Prior to that, I had lost 12 lbs! Practically effortlessly.

My energy level is still great and I continue to get much accomplished every day. I know I could help myself lower the numbers on the scale with diet but I haven't tried yet. I have many projects around the house I have been working on and am really focused on that. I do have a lot of weight to lose. Any suggestions?

I decided to try BIO X4 to drop this impossible to lose last 10 lbs. It really seemed to help. I had more energy and was slowly losing weight. Unfortunately, I ran out quickly because I had shared with other family members and noticed an immediate difference in my weight. Instead of a steady loss, I feel like I am slowly gaining it back again and my diet is the same. I am definitely going to reorder and stay on it for the long haul.

I started using BIO X4 about two or so months ago. I have a very aggressive workout routine, have low thyroid, and struggled with losing weight past a threshold. Along with taking BIO X4, I also changed my diet to limit animal protein, certain types of plants (with seeds) and ate more fish, power greens, walnuts, and fruits in season. So far I have lost 12 lbs, am rarely hungry after meals, and have increased energy. My Systolic part of my blood pressure has also decreased as well.

There are two things I noticed after using BIO X4.

First, was greater regularity and this is very important to me. I was typically having a bowel movement once a day in the morning. My father used to call it his "morning constitutional." I seemingly had inherited that trait.

After a short time of taking BIO X4, this has increased to twice, sometimes, three times per day. From my early days in college taking courses for a physical education degree, I remember learning that if your digestive tract is truly healthy, you will eliminate food roughly twenty minutes after a meal as waste moves out of your body. I am not there yet, but there is an improvement.

I also noticed an increase in energy, although that may be psychological. It does not matter even if it is though when it all comes down to how I feel.

To start off, I want to tell people I don't lie about products that I use. This product BIO X4 really works! My daughter and I started taking it about nine weeks ago. I am not doing any more exercise than I normally do, just weights and walking seven miles a day.
