Save your empty bottles (just in case you want a refund)

I used the product and it made my face break out. I don't believe I really saw any results, but I did only get through a quarter of the second bottle. But when I bought the product, you were promised a full refund if you were not happy, even if you used the entire product.

I had my concerns that I expressed to the support group and they never indicated that I needed to return an empty bottle. Well, I returned my product, (the two bottles I had left because the first bottle I finished). Since I didn't return the one empty bottle, I did not receive a full refund. This seemed odd because why would I return a partially used bottle and a sealed bottle but keep one (I obviously threw the empty bottle out)? Especially since I had thrown it out thinking I would get through all three bottles.

The short, save all your bottles, even if empty, because companies always find a way to not give you a full refund if you're not happy with their product like they promise.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Doesn't work

I bought four bottles as I really thought it sounded as if it would work. I took all four bottles as directed and actually gained a few pounds. It also did nothing beneficial for my bowels, which I have trouble with chronic constipation due to medications I need to take.

Maybe for some, but not for me

I tried posting a very thorough and honest review here before, and it got filtered out...no shock there. Anyway, to sum it up, I waited the full recommended three months and then some before making up my mind about the product. It sounds like it's helped thousands if not millions of people manage their weight and digestive health, which is wonderful, but no such luck for me.

If anything, I'm more constipated than before, and I haven't lost a pound. I'm still bloated, gassy, and have no energy whatsoever. I take 6 a day instead of 3, hoping initially that this would give me better results. But now, I'm just taking the 6 a day to get rid of the pills more quickly. It's too late to request a refund (90 days till it works, 90 day refund period, haha) and I'm sure the probiotics are doing something good beneath the surface, so I'll finish the remaining 1.5 bottles and then go back to just drinking green tea and protein shakes, I suppose.

I really hate leaving negative reviews but maybe it's good for the company to acknowledge their product simply won't work for some people, and that's totally fine...but maybe be more realistic about managing expectations?

No results

I've been using Nucific's BIO X4, and I've seen no results since I've used it. I haven't lost or gained any weight and still crave the bad foods I've always craved. Maybe this pill is not for me, but I do regret spending so much on something that doesn't work.

Ok, but need additional help

I was excited to try this, as I was ready for a change and this seemed to initially be it! However, after a month, I haven't seen any weight loss, and I have noticed more backup and bloating than before I started using this product. With less than 1/4 left of the bottle, I combined an additional probiotic of another brand, cheaper, like $8 at Walmart, that I read up about on Amazon and have started to see results. So unless you have the funds to continue to shell out $50 a bottle, I'll settle for the cheaper option.

Loved it!

I lost weight, feel better, and have changed my eating habits! I didn’t snack as much. I craved fruits and vegetables more and lost about ten pounds. I am active and try very hard to avoid processed food and High Fructose Corn Syrup. I’m sure that helps. I eat fresh bread and tons of protein. I rarely eat fast food. I do eat pizza and noodles. I eat eggs every day. The hard part is remembering to take the pills with meals or when traveling. I leave the pills out on the counter with my Brita filter to remind me. I wish everyone would try these.

Not what I was hoping for...

I have been taking the pills faithfully about two months, and frankly, I see no difference with taking a regular, less expensive, over the counter probiotic. I bought a 6-month supply and will finish them off, but do not plan to buy any more.

This product is not working for me

At first, it seemed to be fine, but as I got into my second and third weeks I started to get gas and bloating, cramping and stomach pain, and heartburn. It did not control my appetite or give me energy. In fact, it made me very lethargic and sleepy, sleeping through the night and most of the day. I started getting headaches every day, the last one came on like a storm shortly after taking the pill, and put me in bed the rest of the day. These symptoms seemed to be increasing each time I took it, so I have had to stop.

Can't check out

After watching much of the video, I decided to give it a try.

I was trying to order one bottle for $49.00. I put my purchase info into the form and tried to check out. At this point a never-ending display of other offers kept popping up, as it was stating that my order wasn't complete.

At this point, I was fed up and closed my browser hoping my order would be deleted. I felt a legit company wouldn't need such tactics.

I soon got an email stating that my order was received and thanks for my order. Oh, joy.

More to be revealed after the product arrives.

Heart pain

The first few days of taking the supplement things were going well. I felt the energy boost, I noticed swelling in my fingers was decreasing, feeling less fidgety, more active, but by the end of the week, I started noticing a sharp pain in my heart, shortness of breath, rapid heartbeat, and weakness. I stopped taking it mid second week and everything went back to normal in a day with my heart. I believe it’s the green tee extract. I’m very sensitive to caffeine.

I believe this will be a very good product if the green tea extract could be illuminated. This is something that needs to be considered for people who are sensitive to caffeine, and should also be listed as a side effect.

Disappointed

I bought this product in January, and after changing my diet, exercising 5 days a week and taking BIO X4, I haven't seen any changes. Disappointing as this seemed like a great product and so many people see many benefits.

Not really sure if I would recommend this to a friend.
