So far I have not completed the first bottle. I have not seen any changes yet. However, I have been on vacation for two weeks and I was consistently taking Nucific Bio 4 as directed. I was also consistently eating everything and I gained 7 lbs! I'm back home back on track with my workouts and watching what I eat. No supplements ever work for me right off the bat. I need them to get into my system and do what they need to do. I will report back in two months after the third bottle.

Upon taking my first day only 2 pills I had a headache all day. I didn't take the Dinner pill, I wasn't hungry all day. The next day I still didn't take a pill. If you think you need not to eat, this is definitely the diet for you. I'm still thinking I might need to re-think this way to diet.

Just started this week on Bio X4. So far I'm very happy. The cravings are diminishing and I've not had a soda all week. Can also tell at supper time, my portions are becoming smaller, seem to be fuller faster. I am sure hoping this is my answer along with some exercise. Hope to see some weight drop.

I started using Bio X4 in January and simultaneously joined Weight Watchers. I've lost 15 lbs & have decreased abdominal girth. My bowel movements have very little odor and the bloated, "gassy" symptoms are nearly gone.

I am a firm believer in one change at a time in order to evaluate the change on its own. So far I have not lost any weight but my calorie intake has been 1400 - 2100, when in the past it has needed to be below 1200 to lose weight. I also lead a sedentary lifestyle and am 50 years old. The benefits I did notice? Energy, hair and nails. I believe the product is delivering on its promise to help you absorb the nutrients in food and eat higher fat content without gaining weight. My dieting had been robbing my nutrition and my nails were peeling and cracking. Now people are asking me how my nails look so nice. Again, the supplement was the only thing I changed. I also have been sleeping better and have more energy in the afternoon. Plan is to reduce calorie intake, increase activities and hopefully suffer less consequences to overall nutrition.

After using this product for a few months, it has helped me to loose weight and eat less without a struggle. My digestion is hampered by the need to take antibiotics which kill the "good bugs" in the gut.

Well, I've been taking Bio X4 for a week now and I can definitely feel a difference! I have never taken a digestive enzyme supplement before so I was cautious about it. Bio X4 definitely decreased my appetite and made me pee a lot.

At first, I experienced some diarrhea and serious cramping. At one point, I looked at my stomach and it was jumping around like there was a fight going on in my intestines. It's crazy how long that many toxins and backed up food remain in your system. I will keep using it. So far so good!

My original reason for trying BioX4 was to aid my digestion in hopes that it would alleviate the auto-immune skin condition on my face. While this product didn't work in that aspect it did eliminate the horrible bloating and nausea caused from 85% of fruits and vegetables making up my diet for decades. I didn't experience increased metabolism or less of an appetite. But I eat modestly so I wasn't looking for a diet pill. Also, recent blood test showed that I have a high level of lectin that is a direct cause of my skin condition. I have a no tolerance to grain, soy, dairy and nightshade veggies. I will continue to take BioX4 for the powerful enzymes. I have recommended it to several people.
