I was skeptical at first but three weeks in, my stomach feels flatter. Excited to see what the next three weeks bring. Exercise and watching what I eat is bringing the desired results.

I ordered the 3 bottles for a discount, and I am a third of the way through my first bottle. I have had a lot of digestion problems and very sluggish energy for about a decade. I eat well and avoid foods that give me a hard time, but still can’t get back to feeling "right". Within a week I noticed far fewer digestive problems, and a big plus has been that my energy has returned dramatically. As far as weight, I don’t weigh myself very often so I can’t give you data, but I feel lighter and am looking slimmer in my clothes. Still have the post-menopausal fat around the middle but I feel like with the return of my energy I could shrink it. It might already be shrinking. (I should weigh myself and keep a record for a future comment.)

I am a complete skeptic when it comes to supplements. I have tried more than my fair share over the years without much success. If BIO 4X was not working for me, I would not publish this review.

I am now on my second bottle and have noticed real changes. I was waking up every morning with stomach and bowel issues to the point where it was difficult for me to eat anything. I am so elated to admit those symptoms have diminished.

I also have arthritis and experience joint pain daily, noticing a big change there also, getting much needed relief. I am still waiting for the weight loss but I will give that some time. I will continue with BIO 4X because I firmly believe things are only going to get better. Why stop a good thing?

Just started this week on Bio X4. So far I'm very happy. The cravings are diminishing and I've not had a soda all week. Can also tell at supper time, my portions are becoming smaller, seem to be fuller faster. I am sure hoping this is my answer along with some exercise. Hope to see some weight drop.

I am almost 76 years young. I have taken this product for about one month. I noticed a new steady energy through my days, and more alertness and desire to do a lot of things each day. A better lighter state of joyous being within me, in spite of everything happening around me and the world.

I thing that BIO X4 has a lot to do with this improvement, and I feel blessed to have taken it. I recommended to my grown sons, and three friends already ordered since they saw how I was feeling.

I only started my bottle about a week ago. I don't know if I've lost weight because I did not weigh myself prior. I will just use how my clothes fit as a barometer. What I have noticed is my digestion is a lot better. My stomach is not torn up anymore after eating particular foods, and I am regular now.

One thing I've found, which is very evident, is that I no longer feel like cleaning my plate. I eat probably half of what I normally eat, and then my brain is telling me I'm full. It's not my stomach anymore, feeling bloated and telling me to stop eating, it's my brain. I literally feel satisfied with half the amount of food I would eat before.

Oh, and I have had no more sugar cravings! Pretty incredible. I just think that with all of these changes I have felt during the past week, they have been worth the price I paid for the bottle. I will continue with it.

I just started taking the BIO X4 yesterday, so I have only had 4 of these supplements. I can tell you that EVERYTHING affects me. Every time I take something new, it will affect me in some way, so I am very sensitive to taking things, but I have not had A SINGLE side effect from these!

By now I would have felt something, and I have felt no adverse side effects. I am also going through some kind of hormonal changes as I am turning 49 in March, so my hormones are changing, and for the first time in my life I have heartburn, and it's completely ridiculous.

I was a little nervous about the green tea extract in the supplements making the heartburn worse, but it has not, and the caffeine content also has not adversely affected me, and I am not a good sleeper, so good news there. I will post again after a month and let you know how it is after a month, but my hopes are high!

I'm on antidepressants and with that comes lowered libido. BIO X4 gave it back to me! It has lots of other benefits, but this one's my favorite (and most surprising)!

I received it last Wednesday evening and started on Thursday. It hasn't even been a week, and I feel better already. I'm down 7 lbs, and I need to lose 50. I'm full of scar tissue from three major back surgeries and both knees being replaced. I was very bloated, especially my upper rib cage, but the bloating has settled down. I have double rods from S1-T4, fused 14 levels. So very hard to put pants on, or my shoes if not slip-ons since my back doesn't bend. I'm now standing at the kitchen counter and doing leg exercises.

I can't walk too far due to my swollen knees, but I'm working on it. No more pasta, bread, processed foods, just as fresh as possible. I do find grazing every few hours does make a difference. I'm also taking 100% pure organic sulfur crystals, MSM. I was walking with a cane last November and within three weeks no more cane. It works on the cellular level, so between the two, I should very healthy.

If you don't try it, you won't know if it can help you. I'm 71 so it's not too late to feel young again.

Buyer beware!

There is a computer glitch when purchasing this product. I was only going to purchase three bottles and ended up getting 18. When I first called to return the product I was told that there was no glitch and that I did indeed have made a purchase for 18 bottles. I tried and tried to explain that the purchase did not go through. It said my card was declined.

I finally get the return slips only to see that they are not going to pay for return shipping. I called again only to be told that I placed the order for 18 bottles and I am responsible for sending them back if I want a refund for $667. Who in the world would purchase that much product for first-time use?

By the way, I would have given a rating of "0" but I had to give 1 star just to try and post this review.

I am not thru my first bottle as of yet. So far I feel better and have more energy. I was way late getting started as my husband was ill and we were six weeks out from receiving my order.
